I'm Valerie, James daughter. I was the one at the dealership doing everything and it was the best experience I've ever had getting a new vehicle. everyone I dealt with was so amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond. I arrived in my old truck without air and had to leave for a dr appointment and they let me drive the new vehicle so I didn't die from the heat, I never expected it but I very much appreciated it. Everyone was just so kind, we told jokes and laughed, super down to earth fellows. I've already had several people ask where we went and told them all to go to orr Chevrolet. Can't beat that service anywhere else.

Watch when you buy from them they are tricky about adding ADDS.(Add ons) They added $1995 without an explanation. We ended up getting a good finial deal. But the sticker price showed $58000 and the contract was adjusted to $60000. Be sure to look at the contract. They will add up charges, unknownly
This ended up costing us more in sales tax!!

Service Technician advised me to bring vehicle in on Monday and would replace radio panel because dash on 2024 Envista continues to black out. They had already performed update and it did not resolve issue. Also hatch is rattling inside the vehicle and a piece of the exterior trim on left of vehicle is loose. The same exterior trim piece on the right side had to be replaced a few months ago due to it falling off while we were traveling on interstate. When I brought it in for Monday, I showed service technician the three issues with the vehicle. He stated they would replace radio as this was same issue another owner had previously had, and would fix the other two issues. Spoke with him yesterday at lunch to get update. He advised that they were actually working on the hatch and that he was awaiting an answer from GM regarding replacing the radio or doing another update. He stated regardless, my vehicle would be ready for pick up today with either the update done or he would order the radio and would have to bring it back when it came in. I picked up my vehicle this afternoon and NOTHING had been done regarding the other two issues. Had my vehicle for a week and apparently did not touch it at all. Evidently he lied about them working on the hatch yesterday, cause today he acknowledged they had it since Monday and did absolutely nothing.

On Monday, the Service Manager called and spoke with me regarding this issue.

I want to give 5 stars to Tanner in Servicing. I initially had an issue with a salesman who forgot that I had dropped off my truck. If Tanner hadn’t stepped in, my rating would have been very different, but he completely turned my experience around. When I called and was transferred to Tanner, he immediately took action, locating my truck, confirming what needed to be done, and going above and beyond to assist me. His communication throughout the process was outstanding. I highly recommend Tanner if you need your car serviced at this dealership!

I purchased my vehicle from ORR and when I tell you there is no question unanswered, and they take care of all your car needs, and if they don't have it they'll find it for you. This is the place to buy. whether you're driving 30 minutes down the road or 4 hours it's worth the drive and my salesman Austin is the guy to see and Mrs Cindy with the magical desk,she knows a thing or two about busines. The parking lot was clean, the Charger was about 10kwh on my car, and the one employ that I spoke with, who turned the Charger on and off for me, was quite nice as well.

Let’s Talk about an Excellent Team! I live in Texas and saw a ZL1 Camaro posted online. Called and Spoke with Kaitlyn, asked for more pictures and details. She sent the requested information very quickly. I asked for a final price and if I could get a warranty. She put me in contact with Eleazar who went above and beyond to make sure this was the car for me. Not only did I get a bumper to bumper warranty but he also included new tires and made sure the car was cleaned.

I flew in to get the car and it was sitting on the showroom floor. Linda did an amazing job handling all the financing and paperwork. This made the overall experience of buying a car one I can be proud of.

Hats off to this team for the coordination of selling an out of state vehicle, providing the best customer service ever, and showing how friendly Arkansans are. I’m from Arkansas myself so it was refreshing to see people at home still operate with class, and respect.

I will be back for future purchases!

The parts department is 5 stars. They helped me out, and I always get my parts from Kenny and Jeremy. They are the best.
The service department is why I am leaving a 1-star review. I called to get information about my car because the transmission was acting up. It had a code for the input speed sensor. All I asked was if it was on the outside of the transmission or the inside. She put me on hold and then hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times and was told they would call me back, but they never did. I talked with another transmission shop in Cabot, and they helped me out. They told me it would be inside the transmission, so I took it to them to fix. Orr could have had my business, but they chose to be rude and act like they didn't want to help.

Appt schedule was vary promt and timely. When I showed up for the appt, they took the truck right in. I didn't have to sit and wait for them to get started. The service was completed in a timely manner. The staff is always very professional and cordial. The quality of the service department at Orr in Searcy is the reason I buy my vehicles from Orr.

UPDATE: I have been contacted at 10am by ORR, had a conversation that ended in “let me talk to the GM and see what or options are, he will probably be calling you. There were still crickets at 215pm so I reached out. No response, at 515pm I reached out again and got a very smart a** response basically putting the blame on me with absolutely not a single reply or option.

ORIGINAL:
I do not feel my salesperson was knowledgeable of the inventory on the lot on my budget nor the features of the vehicle I went with. The features that were said to be on the vehicle are not. I didn’t drive an hour to leave without a vehicle, but the ones I thought I was going to look at weren’t even on the lot.

I’ve never had an experience at a dealership like the one I had today. 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon listed online for 46,900. We came and looked at it in Thursday night and was quoted a price we thought was too high with our trade in and said if you can get that down to $47,500 you got a deal. We received a call today Friday saying good news we got you to $47,553 which is still above the online price of $46,900. I said great we will be there as soon as I can get off work. When we arrive it was oops we forgot about your trade in the quote is back up to $53k our bad. Then it’s don’t leave we can work it out how about $49.8k. I say ok well we brought an additional trade in that’s paid off what will you give me for a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fr with 137k miles. The quote $3200 what a joke when I asked why so little I was told well we try to give the most we can against average market price. I mean one of the worst experiences. I was at $42k in my head with trades and we had a deal. I think we were only off by $3k but after being lied too, tricked and insulted I had to leave as fast as possible. Worst experience at a dealership ever!

Am new to Searcy and wanted to make sure I got to my appointment on time for my oil change !! I was met by some of the friendliest , and most helpful people I had met !!! Of course I was almost two hours early but they took my vehicle right on back and did a fantastic job !!! Not only did they service it they washed it also !!! If I could give more stars than 5, I would do so! I live in a small town where there is another Chevrolet dealership. My husband and I, plus our four children all have Chevrolet vehicles that were bought through and are serviced by our local dealership. Because of this, I have a good relationship with our local Chevrolet personnel and have experienced good service over the years. They have set the bar high. However, my recent experience with Orr Chevrolet brought this experience to a much higher level.

In February 2023, I was travelling from Illinois to Searcy, Arkansas to visit my daughter for the weekend. On the way down, my Suburban starting experiencing some issues. There weren't many service options along the way, so I decided to forge on to Searcy and seek options there. About 20 miles out of Searcy, things were getting more significant, and I decided to head straight to the Chevrolet dealership once I arrived in Searcy. As I took the Searcy exit, the severity of issues became apparent, and I literally crawled into the dealership around 3:40 on a Friday afternoon.

I went to the service desk and talked with Careagain, the Assistant Service Manager. She advised me that the only mechanic on duty was finishing his shift for the day. I inquired about Saturday and was advised that Saturday service was by appointment only and she did not have the authority to schedule me. She informed me that my only option was to have it looked at on Monday, and hopefully whatever part was needed would be in the shop, otherwise it might take until Tuesday. I pleaded the case that I had appointments on Monday and my sister, who was with me, had a business to run. She apologized sincerely. Since my vehicle was not drivable, I called my daughter to come pick us up and unload things from the Suburban. As I was doing so, I saw Careagain walk from the shop area with a mechanic, Matt, following behind her. They were heading towards my vehicle. The next thing I knew, Matt was driving my vehicle into the shop to take a look at it. He returned minutes later to tell me that I had a "shredded" right front bearing, and they had a replacement one in the shop - did I want to replace it. I felt bad that he stayed after his shift, and he reassured me that he had no problem doing so - even though he had an hour drive home. He replaced that bearing within minutes and removed all monitor lights from my dash. I was literally in my vehicle and driving away in less than an hour from the time that I first arrived at Orr Chevrolet.

Careagain and Matt both went well above and beyond their duties and did so with such a caring and generous spirit. Orr Chevrolet is fortunate so have these two employees working for them. I only wish that Orr Chevrolet wasn't so far away from where I live because they would become the new place for my Chevrolet loyalty.

Service staff are kind and helpful. Work is done quickly. Need to crosstrain admin staff so they can get customers in and out faster. Website scheduling was quite unwieldy. Not even sure it worked in my case.

We really enjoyed the fact that the internet person that we were corresponding with ended up being the salesperson who sold us the truck. This is the way it SHOULD be always!! We have had the very opposite at other dealerships in the past. Keep doing what you're doing!!

Always excellent service at Gregg Orr Searcy! People are friendly, not pushy, but honest with recommendations. I appreciate when they tell me something can wait, isn't critical, or could be done at home or somewhere else cheaper. It is more like a partnership than a typical customer relationship.
