They blew me away with their quote and service. I got two other quotes, one was 3x the price Sunrise quoted and the other was 2x the price. Quote to install date was one week. They did exactly what they said they would and cleaned up nicely. Why would you ever use anyone else. This company has been around decades and is family owned. They don't try to upsell you on anything. I thought I needed new downspouts and they told me mine were fine and I'd just be wasting money if I replaced them.

Looks like they were able and willing to do the job. I'd wanted my existing gutters replaced, and it sucks to have to say it, but it wasn't perfect. Sometimes it isn't, right? But i think the issues i had were resolved quickly and at no further change. That level of service is very much appreciated

I called about a gutter that was leaking and Cindy came over 20 minutes later and took an elbow off dumped a big clump of pine needles that a previous company didn’t find. She said no charge I was so thankful for kind , prompt service.

Called and asked for an estimate about mid-October. Was told they didn't have time to send somebody out but gave me an estimate over the phone. I was 2' off on my estimated distance but my invoice was 25% more than what was initially given. They didn't have anything on record for the estimate due to nobody having time to physically come out. Had a scheduled appointment and I took the day off to meet the installers. Nobody showed up and nobody called. I called them at the end of the day to figure out what happened and why I wasn't called. They had been behind for about a week and somebody called in sick that morning. I asked why I wasn't called and it was like talking to a wall. All that was offered was that they had been running behind for about a week and being short a person didn't help. I understand, but if you're running behind for a week then you've known for a week. I would've been more understanding if explained the circumstances and offered another day the following week before our scheduled day came. They did come out the following day, but I had already lost a day off work waiting all day for them not to show up. The install looks fine minus two points. Firstly, when they demoed the gutter above my heat pump they dumped a lot of debris into it. Now I have to open it up and clean it out with a vacuum. Being in the construction trade it has always been expected that when you make a mess, you clean it up. Secondly, the downspout diverter for the rain barrel. It is my understanding that the gentleman installing it was very frustrated with how to install it. Keep in mind that it was installed correctly with the old gutter system. All that it needed was the new downspout gets cut at the same point and the diverter moved into place, very simple. Should take a professional about 30 seconds to look over the item and figure out how it works. That's not what happened. It's installed upside down so no water goes in the barrel or downspout, it goes out the side. Also, the diverter is installed below the barrel inlet making it impossible to work even if installed correctly. Water flows downhill not up. So at this point I am holding an invoice that's roughly 25% more than expected and a few hours worth of their work to do it correctly. Not happy, I do not recommend.

Came out on time, gave me a bid, installed the gutters for the quoted price. This was ten years ago and the gutters still work and look like new.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
