Doug Miller with Steel Structures was great to work with. From building design, ordering the building, getting permits, and site preparation, the process was easy from start to finish. Doug set up a timeline for building construction and every date was met on time or before the scheduled due date. Materials arrived the day prior than originally planned. The building was completed nearly two full weeks ahead of schedule. The build crew was professional and did a great job. Doug was involved every step of the way. Overall, extremely satisfied with the service and product from Doug and Steel Structures. If I find myself in the market to build again someday, they will be my first call.

Recently had a 32x48 shop built by SSA and the whole experience was very professional. Doug at SSA was very helpful in the planning process, and I would highly recommend them for a build.

Steel Structures of America did a phenomenal job on this 36x48 structure. From start to finish the building took maybe 3 months but that was because the garage doors took a while to come in. Otherwise most of it was complete in less than a month and a half. Very well built structure and a great crew that put it up. They were also one of the cleanest construction crews I have ever had work for me. Everything was always organized and cleaned up at the end of the day. There are some leftover scraps and stuff you are responsible for getting rid of but the crew was great about keeping everything organized and tidy. And FYI if you don’t want any of the scraps when its all finished, just put them up on Facebook. I had way too many people wanting the leftovers and it was gone and cleaned up in a jiff. A lot better than taking stuff to the dump.

I also want to say the overall quality of the building couldn’t be any better. I’m sure it will last several lifetimes. The fit and finish is great. The eves and all exposed structure are flashed off nicely and protected from the elements. You might be able to find a structure for less money, but I don’t think you can find a better built structure.

Also a shout out to Kevin Lenkersdorfer, the project manager. I took about a year and a half to actually pull the trigger on this project. He continued to communicate with me on this project I think when most people wouldn’t have. He really wanted to make sure that at the end of the day my wife and I had a structure that was perfect for us, down to the every little detail. Kevin was a great person to work with and I would highly recommend him and Steel Structures America.

Enjoyed working with a professional agent (Doug Miller) that was obviously armed with computer programs and company information to help service his customer in a very timely and accurate manner.
The construction crew laid out, framed, and sheet metaled my 48' x 60" x 16" building in 14 calendar days. I was extremely impressed with the quality and speed of the crew. The were pleasant, polite, and customer centric. I was amazed how square every part of the building was and how much attention to detail went into it. I've already received many compliments on the building and several of those were from people who work in construction. I will recommend SSA to anyone who is considering building a new structure.

Steel Structures built a 36’ X 48’ outbuilding for us. The resulting construction was fantastic. Doug Miller out of the Zillah office was the salesman/project manager. He aided us in the permitting process, the placement and kept in touch during and after the completion of the project. Always available, easy to work with and very responsive to calls and questions. I give Doug 5 of 5 stars! Steel Stuctures put up a high quality, well engineered and constructed building. They get 5 of 5 also!

I have known Jeff Kerns for nearly 8 years and he is one of the nicest, most honest, and hard working guys I have ever met. If I am ever in need of a steel building he will be my first call!

I can not say enough positive things about Doug and his Steel Structures crew! From start to finish they were helpful, honest and hardworking. Doug took time with us and helped us design a shop that not only fit our needs but fit within our budget (which is extremely hard to do with product prices on the rise). Our materials came in early and we got our shop a month ahead of time. The construction crew were quick and thorough. We bought a 36X48 Ag building . Doug Miller was easy to talk with about details and went an extra mile to help with an issues. Our experience has been good and we have learned alot, since this was our first build.
The work crew was amazing! Jose got our building up in between large snow storms in January 2022. They still had it completed with 2 weeks.

Amazing job building our large multi car garage! Built it just like we wanted and we couldn’t be happier! Doug listened to us, followed up, was on time and he showed us right then and there what our building would look like on his laptop. Nobody else did that for us out of the 5 bids we got.

SSA built our shop a few years after we built our home. It was a fast build and to this day we love it. We highly recommend this company when anyone asks.

We just put up the "barn quilt" on the shop constructed by Steel Structures America. We'd like to thank Loren and the crew from SSA-they did a great job-parts and construction came in on time. The crew onsite was very polite and did a good job. We would definitely highly recommend them for any job you are considering. The only thing I might have done differently was go bigger! It's never big enough - right guys?!

SSA built a a 30x40 barn with 14 foot sidewalls. They did an excellent job in the construction. Did a good job of keeping me informed of the progress. They did everything they were supposed to, cleaned up the job site throughout the process, and built a great barn. Very happy with SSA. It was expensive but there were no cost overruns

Loren spent a large amount of time with us, answering all of our questions. They knew our budget and helped us make an informed decision toward what we wanted and needed. They are honest and clear in their quotes and abilities. Thank you for all your time and effort!

We had a shop built in July 2020 the size was 40 x 70, They let us know when material was arriving, started when they said they would, showed up everyday on time, and the completed building looks wonderful. This company is great to work with and do what they say and when they say it will be done, would highly recommend them if you are looking to build a new garage.

I was impressed having received a quote when it came time to put up the building of course the price changed so I went to another local competitor he showed up late said he would get back to me with a quote never heard from him again, so then I went on to work with Doug seemed so simple and he made me feel very comfortable he sent out three of the best workers I could have ever worked with product showed up on time everything was done in a timely manner my building looks aesthetically great Doug and his crew did not disappoint I'm very pleased.

Steel Structures America built me a shop about 5 years ago. Representative Doug Miller assisted me with this project from start to finish and he was awesome at his job. Several months ago I stopped by to get some quidance on adding more insulation and was told that Doug no longer worked for SSA. To say the least I was disappointed. The service I got left me with more questions than answers. Well, fast forward to today, I received a call from Doug Miller and he told me that he was back with the company and he was just checking up with me about my building and whether I had any questions or concerns. (Who does that in todays market?)
I was so glad to hear Doug was back and he quickly answered questions I had about insulating. SSA is certainly blessed to have an employee as Doug working for them. We had steel structures of America build our 40x30 shop four yrs ago. The price was very competitive and the material and customer service was great. Their was a mistake made during construction no fault of theirs and Doug butler and owner personally met with us and resolved it at no cost to us. I love my shop and highly recommend these guys for your garage shop construction.

We had a 24x48 building built on our property in Cle Elum. It was easy to work with CJ and he had helpful advice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone building a garage, pole barn, etc.

They took on a job other companies said couldn't be done for starters. Built an addition onto an existing metal building and did it per my design and did a fantastic job on the building and the sub-contractor they used for the floor did what I can only call a perfect job. I would use them again in a second.

Talked to Loren about building a 36x36. Once he and I agreed on the size and other details, his crew got started. In less than 2 weeks the structure was done, minus the floor. We waited for warmer weather to pour the slab. Start of the project was delayed due to issues on my side. It was getting cold when we got going. When the temps went up the floor went down, followed by the doors. Total work time, not counting bad weather delays, was about 3 weeks. Advice: start earlier in the spring. Loren was very responsive to my questions and always got back to my emails in short order. I don't hesitate to recommend him and the SSA crew.

They are very slick and will mislead you if they can. Basically don't listen to anything they say but review the contract with your lawyer. They failed to build my building to code even though I paid them to engineer it that way and I paid them for building permits. So now I have to pay for additional work but you can bet I am not going to pay them for it.
