Teaming up with Sunrise Adjusting Solutions on my insurance claim was a great decision. My public adjuster, Val Gonzalez and her associate, Joe were the first to contact me and initiate the claim. Then, Lucas, Jen and Ethan from Sunrise Exterior proceeded to follow up with plans for the work to be completed. It was a seamless experience and their crews did a great job on my roof and gutters in a professional and timely manner from start to cleanup. It was a pleasure to work with all of them.

They were amazing. Removed my old singles, installed my shingles, and cleaned up debris in half the time I expected. The final outcome looks amazing. Highly recommend.

I had Sunrise file a claim for me with State Farm insurance for damage done from a recent storm. They sent out an agent to work with the State Farm adjuster. I received an estimate a few days later and could not understand it. Another agent came out (James Eady) came out to take more pictures and explained the estimate to me in a way it was understandable. to me if you need an adjuster they are the way to go.

Ethan came by and knocked on my door, He explained that I could qualify for roof replacement for storm related damage through my insurance company. They took care of the claim process from start to finish then one of their inspectors named James came out and was very professional meeting with the insurance adjuster they seem to get along. I had a unique challenge when it came to some damage on our home and was at the point of just having to ‘deal’ with it. Luckily for me, I was actually referred to Sunrise and decided to give them a call. My main POC was Dustin and cannot express the professionalism and expertise he provided from the very beginning and even though I discussed my challenge, he listened and promised to do everything he could to take care of use. He went above and beyond to help us and couldn’t be happier with the decision to reach out to him and the entire Sunrise team. The work that Jose and his crew did was incredible and left us in awe of how quick and prompt they were when completing our siding - they did not skip on the quality of work by ANY means. We are very happy we used Sunrise Adjusting to handle our insurance claim for storm and do the needed roof and exterior work. We had too much on our plate at the time to deal with an insurance claim and Sunrise handled everything from start to finish. We have had many interactions with staff starting with Steve F continuing with office staff Alma, Katie ,Ethan, Lucas, Jorge, production manager Jose and roofers Mario and crew and also excellent window wrappers. Everyone was attentive, professional, well qualified, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
When everything was complete and satisfactory to us Mario did an excellent job of cleaning up our property. We had work done earlier and got a flat tire from a lot of nails left in our driveway which we had to clean up. After Mario left we couldn't even see one nail.
As long as your insurance policy reads it will cover your damages Sunrise goes to bat for you to make sure everything goes as it should. We would highly recommend Sunrise.

Dustin came by and was able to get the process started with filing a claim for the exterior of my home. He presented himself very well and even showed me damage.
During the inspection James came and met with my insurance adjuster.
James was very professional he was actually showing the insurance adjuster really what the damage look like and where was that. After the insurance adjuster left James flew a drone, and showed me damage the roof that was chalked up.
I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to get their roof or siding replaced or any of the exterior of their home. Dustin and James were amazing, and you can definitely tell that they know what they're doing.

The company handled the entire claim and kept us informed the entire time. Their expertise assisted in working with our insurance company to make sure our claim was taken care of.

They did the job but really didn't put much pride into their work. It was just get it done as quickly as possible. The messed up my gutter guards but they did come back and repair them. There are also some areas of the roof that were not quite right that they also fixed but neither issue should have been left like it was in the first place. They also damaged a lot of the shrubs in front of the house from shingles coming down. I would find another vendor if I had to do it again.

Terrible company. Signed with the company because they sounded like a great company, they cancelled on me twice for insurance quotes. I called 15 plus times to get through to someone to get a quote from them and they refused to give me one. When I argued about they were in breach of their contract with not giving me a quote they threw their lawyers at me. I was forced to pay them to release my contract after doing nothing. Ended up getting a better price of gutters and a roof verse sticking with sunrise for just a roof. Lessoned learned and I hope this helps someone in the future.

I highly recommend the team at Sunrise Adjusting Solutions. They took care of dealing with our insurance company to insure that our roof and siding were completely covered. I didn't have to do any "fighting", they were our advocates and took care of everything.

When the time came for the install their contracting arm was equally amazing! Their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. They take great care and pride in each and every job. They replaced the black boxes that contractors put at the water line for the hose and even went so far as to use caulk that matched the color of the siding. Additionally they added 1/4" insulation under the siding, because the house originally didn't have any...I was absolutely blown away!

If you are needing to replace your roof and siding because of storm damage look no further. Go with a company that was started because the founder of the company wanted better for his customers and started a company and built a team that cares about their clients homes as if they were their own.

After storms hit your area where you live people are coming in with flyers constantly. I recommend doing research before you sign anything. I've worked with other companies in the past, and I can definitely say Sunrise adjusting solutions will treat you right. Very transparent unlike other companies. Local to the state of Illinois. Highly recommend using these public adjusters to help advocate for the homeowners to help you get approved through your insurance company.

My mom had her siding done. Michael Intud was very sufficient, following up with the claims, installation, and quality assurance. The installers were friendly and did a very good job. All of the staff that she spoke to was very thorough and communicated each step of the process. She is very satisfied with their work.

We had hail and wind damage from a pretty bad storm last year. We contacted Sunrise and worked with Dustin to get our roof approved through insurance. Once approved, we were unfortunately at the tail end of Fall and had to wait till spring to get the roof installed. Working with José and Ethan has been a great experience. They have been in frequent communication with where they are at with the process, and have taken additional time to explain issues/barriers. In our case we needed additional work done to bring the roof up to city code.

The day the roof was installed, they brought a massive team and had our house, sunroom, garage, and shed completed by mid-afternoon. It looks great! The crew was also very professional and kind (waving and joking with my two kids under 5) Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done!

Chris and his team from Sunrise was so wonderful to work with while I was in the process of getting my siding done. Their staff was so responsive and detailed when getting status updates and the timing of the projects. They finished my siding in one day and cleaned up so well after they were done. Sunrise/safeguard installed my roof, gutters and siding. They worked diligently with my insurance claim adjuster. Dominic B and Jose G are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy professionals. Jose G was extremely patient. He ensured my expectations were met by personally providing a walk-around of the work that was performed on my property. He is very detailed-oriented. A lot of work is involved in insurance claims. Sunrise’s knowledge helped make the process easier. Safeguard and Jose did a beautiful job making our house beautiful again with the new siding, soffits/fascia, gutters/downspouts. Jose treated our home like it was his own.

Safeguard provided us excellent service from start to finish for replacing our entire roof. Darryl did a great job introducing the Safeguard services and qualifying us as a candidate to work with our insurance company. Safeguard worked through all three stages of the adjustment process with a successful result. Throughout the process Katie kept us informed as to status, returning calls and emails almost immediately. Safeguard management including owner Chris Morgan also responded directly to questions and provided solid guidance. Once the roof replacement was scheduled, Reggie and Ethan worked with us on final decisions regarding shingles and skylights. As Darryl had told us early on, Reggie and Jose highlighted the quality of product (e.g., Owens-Corning shingles) used by Safeguard and their standards for installation. All were top-notch. When roofing day came, Jose and Jesus led a team of 10+ professionals who installed our roof and cleaned up our yard all in a single day. Lastly, a final walkthrough was performed by Lucas, who also answered our warranty and other questions.

In summary, we would HIGHLY recommend Safeguard for their customer first focus, experience, knowledge, professionalism, cost-effectiveness and quality. They are a very easy firm, with very nice people, to do business with.
