This was one of, if not the best, experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Tim is the absolute best. This was a big project, roof, siding, and gutters. Tim stayed in touch with me the whole way through and paid attention to every detail. Not to mention his honesty and professionalism are above reproach. It also was important to me that they are a local company and will back their work- if needed. Tim walked my insurance claim through from start to finish and was an expert at the little details needed to make sure the insurance company doesn’t deny the claim. Believe me, they tried. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my exterior needs and have referred all my neighbors to Randall and Son- specifically Tim.

We had filed a claim on our roof back in 2020 but were denied. Fast forward to summer of last year and we get a knock on our door from Evan. We had pretty much completely counted this out as an option event since our denial, but Evan explained that we could try again, and that we had just as good odds as anyone else. We initially told him no, but after giving it some thought and a few google searches ended up going through with it, and got approved!!! This is a major weight lifted off our shoulders as I’m sure you can imagine. RNS saved us allot of money. Thank you Evan!!

The job isn't complete since I started in June. Roof was replace but still waiting for other work to be completed. I'm more involved in the process than I was told I had to call the insurance company multiple times as well as get in contact with the sales rep. Not what I paid for in having to do the work myself. Lots of radio silence when the 1st half of the check was collected. Then when the 2nd half was needed that's when all the leg work was starting to be done. But once again no follow up and still not complete I am the one who has to follow up must not be important to them. The process for the whole thing was not what it should be. I was advised that RNS would work directly with my insurance company on any issue. Come to find out the message was sent to the "wrong" person. This whole process dragged on far to long and should have been completed quicker.

What stood out to me the most throughout this process was the crew they brought out to do our roof. I had seen some neighbors get the same job done, and sometimes it’d just be 2 or 3 guys which took multiple days. These guys were able to knock this out in ONE day, with a crew or 6 or 7 dudes.
