These guys put a new roof on a house we just purchased before we purchased it. In trying to find a paint color, I contacted them to see if they could tell me the roof manufacturer. Without hesitation or delay, one of the owners got right back to me and gave me the answer. I say that is top notch customer service. Thank you Alex. Greater Purpose Construction recently replaced our 25-year old roof. All communication was prompt, timely and clear from our estimate, scheduling, and end of project. We were schedule sooner than we anticipated, and crews were on-time and finished on schedule. We love the new color and have more piece of mind knowing we are covered with their warranty. What can be said, but this is what you expect your contractor to be. Open communication, Upfront cost analysis, and quality work. The workers were polite and cleaned up afterwards. I am very impressed. My other Google reviews I rarely give five stars. They definitely earned the five star rating. I will highly recommend them to do excellent work at a competitive price.

This company may work well with the people that pay for the services, but they have no respect for the tenants that live in apartment complexes. Not only are the upper floor balconies having their things damaged, but the trash and nails getting left all over is not any better. The workers rarely pick up the trash left all over and will laugh at you if you ask them to do so. My Husband and a few of my neighbors with kids have asked for them to please pick up because of the safety of our kids. Another major issue we have had is them throwing the debris off the over 20-foot-tall roof into a small trailer that fits into a single car parking spot, where if missed will shatter off the side of the trailer causing projectiles to be thrown outwards at cars and unsuspecting tenants. I myself have almost had a 2x4 with nails hit me while trying to move my things out of the way. (Which I have video and picture proof) They are unsafe, and I will be making complaints to the BCD, OSHA, and a few other organizations that should be updated with this companies' safety protocol or lack thereof.

We just had our roof replaced by Greater Purpose and it was such a great experience! Alex, Slavik and the whole crew are top notch! Responsive, professional, respectful, hardworking and honest! I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to work with during our complete tear off and reinstall! I asked a lot of questions and Alex was always available to chat with me! One day during installation, I had an Amazon delivery and the delivery guy said, " Hey I used to work for GP! They were great to work for! Tell Alex and Slavik I said hi!" Spoke with Alex and he got the whole job taken care of. they are out in one day in the morning and by the evening it was all done cleaned up their mess tore it down to sheeting replaced any dry rot sheeting that had to be done and was very satisfied with their work. One of the workers crew lady came out and brought lunch and actually fed me also. What a bonus. I referred them to two other people since then.

Greater Purpose Construction, LLC ran by Alex, is the most professional company I have ever encountered. He is the most honest, straight-talking person who delivers competitive pricing, with clear communication on job scheduling and completion timelines. He keeps you informed when inclement weather can and does change job completion dates, as it did on my roofing job. My only regret is that Alex and his company only do roofing and gutters as I have other home repairs I would love his company to perform for me.

Greater Purpose Construction Just come,Reed work replacing our roof. It was a job that included taking off an old roof consisting of wood shingles, putting base plywood and new shingles. The roofers were very good - working quickly and carefully. They cleaned up the site well each evening as well as at the end. Working with the supervisors was easy as they were responsive and very helpful. I recommend them highly and will share their name with my friends and family.

Used them twice now. They did such a great job the first time, I used them on my new house. When I sold my first house the buyers home inspector had a little issues with the flashing. I called them and they fixed it the next day. That’s why I went back to them on my new house.

Out of the five estimates I obtained for my roof replacement, Slavic, with Greater Purpose Construction, was the only estimator to actually get up on my roof so that I knew in advance where any trouble areas might occur. Greater Purpose was not the lowest bid but I ended up choosing them because of Slavic. The supplies were delivered when scheduled. The tear off and replace was able to be completed in one day. Clean up was good as well. I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for a roof replacement or repair.

Great company! Haven’t had my shingles changed since I purchased the house. Was always kinda worried about cost. I had a guy named Dima come out. Was super easy to work with.
