I highly recommend Sunny Day Construction for any job they choose to undertake. I had them repair and paint eves, fascia boards, etc. on my two-story house. Jorge and his team did an excellent job!! Their experience, depth of knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in a job well done was quite apparent. I valued their prompt arrival on the job and complete clean up afterward. I also appreciated the clear, written communication of what I could expect prior to starting the job. It was a pleasure having the Sunny Day team work at my house. I will definitely re-hire them in the future.

There are many great contractors in this county. But if you want someone who is actually pulling through from the beginning till the end, getting the work done, and not ghosting you is Sunny Day Construction. Jorge and Nina are very responsive, honest, and easy to work with. Their bids are fair and reasonable. And their crew was responsible and respectful. I have hired them twice and planning to hire them again for the next project!

Cedar fence repairs, building and replacing 3 panels and setting posts.
Cleaned, repaired, re-sealed all gutters, and then added a filtering system as an added request of mine mid project. The company owner kindly agreed to add the filters, then shopped around for the best filter system available, and installed it.
They sanded, pressure washed and painted my large front porch including the railings and columns. They repaired a broken step as part of this project. They did a beautiful job on everything they did. Very knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring crew. They worked 8 am to 5pm, and worked hard and efficiently, cleaning up at the end of each day. The job was completed per their estimated timeframe.
The cost was less than I expected, especially after adding the gutter filtering.
I'm very happy with everything they did. I absolutely love my beautiful front porch!
You won't go wrong with hiring this company for any work you need done. I highly recommend them.

Sunny Day Construction is amazing! Nina responds quickly and is incredibly friendly, Jorge and his team came and actually did two jobs for us. Painting the outside of the house and renovating a room which was in desperate need. They finished gutting the room, repaired and replaced everything that needed to be done and were totally reasonable when some other issues arose. Its a pleasure working with them, and our home looks so much better!

I've been a general contractor for 35 years but when I needed help with my own home I called these guys. They did a great job at a reasonable price and finished on time. I met Jorge a year ago and since then I've subbed out work to him with painting, drywall repair, and decking. On my house they replaced the LP siding with Hardie plank, replaced my plywood soffits with t&g bead board and painted my 3 story home. I'll definitely be calling them again.
