We were very please with SDC Roofing. They did a great job on our roof. They were always on time, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up after. I was actually really impressed with the care I saw them spending daily cleaning up nails and debris from the property in the rocks and pool. I have recommended them to several of our neighbors already and will continue to do so. Thanks Paul and crew!

Paul and his crew were amazing to work with during the entire roof process with no hiccups at all. The before and after of our roof color is just out of this world. We got several estimates and his was by far the best. He was in the middle price point but his attention to detail was top notch and that is why we chose him.

When I was driving home about a month ago I saw a roofing company doing a roof about two blocks from my house. I stopped and talked with one of the workers. I asked him for the information on the company. He gave me the information I needed. It was the Sunland Development Corporation, roofing division. I called and spoke to Pau lHalmrast and asked him to come and give me an estimate. When he came he went up on my roof and came down several minutes later. He asked me if I had any leaks and I told him no. He said I could probably go another two years. I told him the house was 21 years old and I probably needed to do it now. I told him I would get some more estimates and would get back with him. I have representaives from nine other companies and Paul's estimate was by far the best and was using the best materials available. Before I call Paul I check with my neighbor and she said she had no complaints and was very happy with the work. I called Paul and we set up for a date to have the work done. They were there promptly and cleaned up every day before they left. He said it would be about four days to finish. On the second day they worked past their normal quitting time. When they came back on the third day, they went right to work. They finished up and said the roof was complete. Paul came and checked the work. He was satisfied and we we completely satisfied with the work. Well done Paul. I will definitely recommend his company to all my friends

We spoke with 2 other roofing companies before choosing Sunland Development and they were definitely the right choice. We decided to go with them because they offered more value (warranty length) for the same price other roofers were quoting.

Every step of this project went smooth. I contacted Sunland and they responded timely. Their representative, Paul, came out with samples, explained the process, and we had a written estimate the next day. Once we decided on the color and signed the contract, the shingles were delivered shortly thereafter. We were planning to take a short getaway and Paul said that would be a perfect time for the crew to do the installation, since it is a noisy, dirty process. When we returned the job was done, the worksite had been cleaned, and the finished product looks great.

I had 8 quotes for a re-shingle. Went with Paul and team and never regretted it. I actually asked Paul way too many questions about our home renovation and he was nothing but generous with his time and knowledge. The team got it done in two days in the hottest part of July. Would highly recommend.

Sunland replaced the water barrier and underlayment on the north side of my roof. They also added a row of new tiles and additional barrel tiles to make up for the skimpy roof job done by Del Web in 1993. Their bid was competitive with other roofers (although the quotes varied widely from one contractor to the next), they arrived when they said they would, worked continuously, completed the work in approximately 8 hours, and left the outside of my house as neat as it was before they arrived. The proof of their work will be the next heavy rain we have. Until then, they appeared to do a proper and professional job and I was pleased with their level of customer service and attention to detail.

Paul sets the bar high...meaning that other roofing companies should take note. He was very helpful in helping me with my insurance adjuster after last month's hail storm. He stayed in touch on my claim's status and I had a new roof in one week! His crew were professional, on time and made short work (approx: 8 hours) of putting on a new roof, a new skylight and taking off and on the satellite dish AND when they left, both my front and back yards were cleaner than when they came. Paul also helped keep it on budget when a problem was discovered and took care of it too, You will be very glad you hired Sunland when you need a reliable and honest company for your next project.

One of five quotes I got to re-shingle my roof. I check out all companies before getting a quote. All had good reputation but Sunland Development has all 5 star reviews and now I know why. They are builders and very knowledgeable. They were good to deal with and finished the job in one day the week we hired them. They were at the low end of quotes we got and they threw in some extra patio roof repair for no extra cost. It is refreshing to work with a company you do not feel is trying to get as much money out of you as they can and shows up when they say they will.
