We recently hired Sunby Contracting LLC for a major exterior renovation—new siding, a new roof, and a composite deck—and the results far exceeded our expectations. Nick and his crew were fantastic to work with from start to finish.

One of the most impressive parts of the experience was how Nick handled the insurance process. He didn't just settle for what the insurance company initially offered—he advocated on our behalf to ensure we received the coverage we truly needed for quality repairs and upgrades. His knowledge and persistence made a big difference and saved us from having to cut corners.

Throughout the project, Nick was professional, responsive, and honest. He walked us through each step, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we were comfortable with all decisions. His crew was punctual, respectful, and clearly skilled. The siding looks amazing and has given our home a fresh, updated appearance. Sundby contracting came out to access my house after a 2.5” hail storm. the insurance only wanted to give me 10 thousand to do a full remodel with a roof and 30 square of vinyl siding. obviously that’s not enough for a full exterior remodel. sundby came to my house personally and got the insurance to cover my WHOLE house which I’m super grateful for. they did an amazing job and i highly recommend sundby contracting for ALL of your exterior needs!!
