I recently had my roof replaced and my house painted. Bill and his crew have been wonderful to work with. They are very professional and efficient and do what they say they will do. I have had unfortunate experiences with contractors in the past so I was a little nervous. I have to say this was my most positive experience I have had with having work done on my house. I called Sundance for an estimate on roof replacement. Bill was prompt to respond and scheduled to come out right away. Had some 1st time roof issues with the last storm 2 weeks ago. Didn't have a roof company in my contacts so I put a temporary fix on it until I did. My neighbor had the same issue with the storm and had a roofer out the next day. It was Sundance Roofers and Painting. I called them and George came out the same day. Diagnosed it. He set me up for a roof repair and "button up" the roof ( 12 broken tiles) 6 days later. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Kudos to George and William (family business) Their crew were hard workers. They bought me some time until roof replacement. Will surely use them when when its time to redo the roof.

MCGAVIN is awesome! I had roof damage and is 25 years old. Time to replace it obviously. They knocked my door and said they are in the area to inspect the roof for no cost. I was so excited cause I was working with state 48, don’t get me wrong they also seemed like a reputable company and knowledgeable. I went back-and-forth with the two companies and decided to work with Sundance roofing and painting because not only they beat the price by 15% they where extra on knowledge and quick! I would recommend them all day!!!!

Billy McGavin completed a repair to our tile roof in early 2023. After finding another area in an eave in which the plywood was damaged from previous rains, I asked Billy to give me an estimate for the repair, which he did. Because our original felt paper was 21 years old and the fact that this would be my second repair, I asked what the replacement cost would be to replace all the felt paper. He quoted me a very competitive price to which I gave my okay and the work was scheduled within a week. His crew delivered all the needed materials, inclusive of the 40 pound felt paper. The laborers started on Friday, May 31st and finished on Sunday, June 2nd. These gentlemen work hard continuously and they clean up after each day. The final clean up was met with attention to detail. They provided photos of the stages of work as well as of the completed efforts. I had also requested a new coat application for the flat roof over our patio and that was done to perfection. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the exemplary conduct of the crew.

We sought multiple bids from various contractors and decided to go with Sundance because their bid was far less than others. When we met George, who was knowledgeable, professional and provided beneficial suggestions about paint products - we knew we had made the correct choice.
His crew was fast, courteous and responded to all our requests. They expertly repaired holes in our stucco, including all the woodpecker damage.
The results are spectacular with the upgraded paint recommended by George (we recommend the upgraded paint). We know this painting will last much longer than the original builder's paint job done only 5 years ago!

I worked with George McGavin to get my house painted and he was an expert and was able to provide me with insight that helped make my decision with the color scheme, etc. They also do roofs so it’s 2 in 1. Great pricing as well! I’d recommend them to anybody!!

Wow- just wow!!!!- I am so impressed with this company. We just had a foam roof installed, the service was awesome. They did exactly what they said they would do, showed up on time, answered all my questions, answered my text msgs immediately. My A/C blew a fuse during roof installation - thinking my A/C had just been turned off during installation (since it's up on the roof) I didn't say anything till close to 5pm -this company had a team to me in 45 minutes -fixed the fuse issue in a matter of minutes. The new roof looks wonderful and I am excited to move forward leak free! This company also gave me confidence in my future knowing I can contact them any time if any issues arise. We will also be using them to paint in the next couple of months. Pricing is affordable for roofing and painting and service is impeccable ! Thank you Bill and crew!

We just had Bill and his workers replace the entire underlayment of our 25-year old tile roof: lift & stack existing tile, replace rotten plywood, install new flashing & wood battens. Started when he said he would & completed the project in under 3 days! Hard-working, friendly crew & we would highly recommend!

The Sundance crew is amazing. They work hard, are very professional and skilled. To work like they did they obviously have a lot of respect for the owner. When the roof was done the owner came out to inspect it. He saw something he thought I wouldn't like and said he'd have someone out to fix it next week. And there really wasn't anything wrong with it. The project went smoothly and exactly as promised. It was so nice to have a project that big done without any headaches or worries.

Sundance replaced my patio roof a few years ago. A recent home inspection revealed a couple of spots that required some minor remediation, William got his crew out immediately to fix it for free, including replacing some wood fascia along the side that had some water stains. Gave me a quote for just repairing current flaws he found of 19yrs on my tile roof or getting it all done which he said would have had 1.5yrs left.
