From start to finish this experience was absolutely amazing! We visited the Sundance showroom in Middletown, Delaware and were able to view different window options and also pick up some brochures to review at home. While we were there, we set an appointment for the sales person to come to our home, and I immediately stated that I did not want a long drawn out, pushy sales presentation. Freddie was our sales person and I have to tell you he was fantastic. No pushy sales pitch. He was very informative and made us feel comfortable. He knew the products, he measured all our windows, counted gave us a price we were happy with. He made it so easy. The installation was also outstanding! Cleanup was done thoroughly, the 4 gentlemen that installed the windows were very thorough and very clean, very courteous to our landscaping and our home overall. This was just a great experience that I never would have expected to go off so well. I would highly highly recommend Sundance for any of your home improvement needs!

Sundance replaced 3 doors in my house. The project manager (Ben) and the team that did the work were both amazing. They did great work, cleaned everything up thoroughly and were really good with my dogs and cat (which made the whole thing way less stressful for me). The pricing was in line with quotes from other companies, and the communication and payment process were convenient and straightforward. Great experience, highly recommend!

Had a new roof installed by Sundance. Showed up when they said they would did an excellent job and cleaned up like they were never there. And the cherry on top was like most other contractors I wasn’t hit with any extra cost or hidden fees.

Dave and Gustavo were wonderful to work with. They were meticulous and very thorough with everything that they did. Working with Jason was also pleasant. Emily and Jada are so professional and together they all made this experience very easy and above all, my house looks beautiful. The work was impeccable and they kept to their timeline. I would use them again in a second, no hesitation!

This was my first time working with Sundance and I'm so impressed with the quality of work and customer service. They found a solution that was budget-friendly and quickly answered all of my questions. When the door arrived, they met the truck at my home and inspected it. They did the work the next day and we are very happy with the final product. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

me, first, our roof and this time, our deck. From beginning to end, I couldn’t have been more pleased! The men who did the deck were very professional and thorough! From price to quality of work, we have no hesitation to use Sundance again.

Having seen how well Sundance maintains the appearance of their work vehicles, we contacted them about a roof replacement for our park model RV. Their response was prompt, courteous, reasonable, and professional. The work done was the same. They finished in one day and the job site clean up was outstanding. We would recommend them to anyone else who needs a roof replacement.

Our non-profit has completed many projects with Sundance Homes; our most recent project was a kitchen remodeling. To be clear, this was not your everyday kitchen remodel! Our organization serves adults with developmental disabilities, and our goal was to remodel the kitchen to make it a safe, learning kitchen to encourage the residents to live as independently as possible.
Denise was more then up for the design challenge and exceeded our expectations! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Becky, as always, was efficient, communicative and great to work with. Evan, our Project Manager, and his team of skilled workers did exceptional work! They were all very conscientious of the home's residents, asked questions as to how they might make the residents comfortable with the transition and change... Incredible! The completed kitchen is simply amazing! The residents of the home are thrilled, as is the staff working in the home!

Every person involved in our project were a pleasure to deal with and did an awesome job ... sales person, design team, administrative asst, project Mgr, construction crew, and the subcontractor roofing and siding crews! We are so pleased with our new A-frame patio cover, pergola, and siding ... it all looks amazing! Extremely professional, hard-working team that performs quality workmanship!!

This was the third kitchen that we have renovated and I have to say the Sundance crew went above and beyond all of our expectations.
*The designer that we worked with, Jayda, was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She made suggestions when we asked for ideas and worked with us until we were happy with the design. We never felt rushed or pushed. We spent about 5 hours with her total.
*When they said they were going to do something they did it. i.e. arrival time, wallboard, etc.
*They gave us a schedule ahead of time (for the entire project) and if there were any changes they changed it on the schedule and they notified us in person.
*Jayda was onsite once a week to be sure we were happy with everything. Shawn, the project manager was there almost everyday to make sure things were going smoothly and he would inspect the finished work almost every time. He worked with the electricians, plumbers, and countertop people. (There may have been more.)
*Then there were the two people who were there almost everyday. Scott and Mike were amazing. Their skills were top notch and we bombarded them with questions. They were very patient with us and easy to talk to.
*There was one incident where it was discovered that there was a support beam that interfered with some of the design. They brought in engineers and Shawn and Jayda and the entire team worked with us to come up with an alternative for part of the design. It was worked out seamlessly and we were so happy with the results.
* When there were slight alterations that needed to be made Scott worked hard to come up with solutions.
***I recommend Sundance to anyone who is considering any type of upgrade or renovation. We have already discussed with them doing our master bath. Can't wait!

They worked with our insurance company to make the process super easy for us. They were very fast! We didn't have a long wait to get our new roof and once they started, they knocked it out in a matter of hours.
They cleaned up after themselves so nicely that you'd never have know that a crew had been working here that morning...except for the beautiful, new roof.

We could not be more happy with the new windows that we had installed. From the beginning, the communication throughout the entire process was amazing, and the team that did the installation was absolutely fantastic. They placed tarps everywhere and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend Sundance for any home project!!

On time, on budget, and kept an extremely clean work area. Most of all, the work is of very high quality!

Had roof replaced all shingles and osb. They made the process quick and easy and coordinated the project well to where it did not disrupt my day to day life. Started in the morning and were done when I got home from work. Work area was cleaned up immaculately. Do not hesitate to use this company for your next home project.

I hired Sundance to replace my old siding and roof. They did a great job. Very timely. They kept in touch from the time i signed on until the job was done. I would certainly hire them again. Cleaned up everything at the end of each day and at the end of the job. Pics are a comparison of the new from the old.

Sundance recently replaced two large windows and an exterior door at our house. We had a great experience with the project lead and workers who performed the replacements. We now have increased energy efficiency and have remediated some underlying damage.

I recently scheduled a project with Sundance Kitchen and Bath and had the pleasure of working with Kate. She designed the plans that we envisioned and worked with me to get all the details correct. She was patient, kind and cared about our experience! Unfortunately, we had to cancel the project, however, Denise worked with me to make sure things were left on a positive note which is much appreciated! I thank Faith as well for assisting when I stopped in on several occasions. I learned a lot and appreciated the understanding and professionalism they all extended to me throughout the project!

I am very satisfied with the quality of work that Sundance provided! They replaced my entry door, large window and patio door. They provided timely updates on their work and resolved issues that I wasn’t aware of! Great customer service!

Sundance did a great job on my roof, came on time, cleaned up, everybody was friendly and it was done in a decent amount of time.

We were helped by Kate Luzzi in the selection of flooring, countertop and backsplash for out kitchen renovation. She helped significantly, and we were impressed with her knowledge and experience. When the project started, Shawn McGee was our project manager, and he was on top of every step of the process.
Day one was to get the countertop measured and get the flooring started. Day two finished the flooring, and day three was the demo of the backsplash and installation of new drywall. All the workers were professional, and took care to keep the dust and dirt to a minimum.

Week two began with the installation of the countertop and sink. We were only without a sink for one night. Then, DJ came to install the backsplash for the next 3 days. We couldn't be happier with this project. We were never inconvenienced, and Shawn kept us informed of what would be happening each day and what time to expect the workers the next day. Everyone was right on time.

We would highly recommend Sundance KBE to anyone looking to get quality work done in their home.

Very pleased with entire transaction. From the first phone call to the install I was never wondering or in need of any information. I was well informed at all times of the progress of the project. The expediency in all aspects of the project was beyond expectations.

UPDATE: it's been over seven months since our new roof installation and we are completely happy! We've had plenty of strong winds and heavy rains to test the endurance of our new roof and it has passed with flying colors!! Thank you, Sundance!

We had trepidation knowing one day we would need to address replacing the original steep roof with multiple dormers, 2 chimneys and a Yankee Gutter on our 113 year old Victorian home. (A yankee gutter is a drainage system built inconspicuously into the roof so it is not visible along the roofline of the house.) The roof had the original cedar shakes with 2 layers of asphalt shingles. To bring it up to code, the ENTIRE roof would have to be removed exposing the interior of the house. THANK GOD FOR SUNDANCE, LLC. Our positive experience started with Fred, our sales associate who clearly explained the roofing replacement process and addressed all our questions and concerns and showed us pictures of similar historic roofing jobs Sundance did in the past that required the same approach. Fred came back with an extremely fair price to complete a complex roofing project. This complexity was added by the yankee gutter system that needed to be structurally enhanced and improved with an EPDM rubberized solution. Once we signed our contract, the project was handed over to a team of Sundance experts who proactively communicated next steps and provided updates leading up to the day the roofing team arrived. On the day of the project, the roofing team assessed where the debris would drop and physically removed anything that could potentially be damaged and then put down lots of tarps to catch the debris. Once the roof was on, the team cleaned up everything and moved back items to where they belonged and then sweeped the property with a magnet to collect any fallen metal objects. Sundance took pictures of the entire roofing project which was amazing to see. We are very happy and grateful to Sundance for such a positive experience during a major home improvement. The final test will be to see how the roof does with a day of steady rain and strong winds. Once we experience that, we will post a followup review. In the meantime, THANK YOU SUNDANCE for an overall positive experience!!!!!!

Extremely professional. The quality of their work was top notch. The workers and office staff were easy to work with and always had our best interests in mind. Would recommend them without any hesitation!

We had Sundance install 8 new replacement windows in our very old home. EVERYONE that we delt with within the company were top notch. Mickey came out and provided us with an accurate estimate a day after we first contacted them. Another gentleman, Chris, came out the next week and re-measured to make sure everything was perfect, and then on installation day, two installers, both named George, installed the windows quickly and professionally! We are extremely happy!!

They did my buddy's trailer roof and my shed roof same day. The work was done absolutely perfectly. Saved me from climbing up on my shed, which I'm probably getting too old to do that anyway. :)

I can't say enough good stuff about Sundance. We had a new walk-in shower put in and a custom utility sink with counter and cabinets below. The design was just what I wanted. They were professional and friendly. Incredible quality work. Showed up every day until the job was done and work area was spotless when they left for the day. Highly recommend.

We hired Sundance to install gutters, they sent out a man named Mr. Burton and a young man. The young man did all the work. We noticed the gutter were overflowing evey time it rained. The sent out a man, he never got up a ladder to check gutters, but sd they are fine. We called them 3 times no resolution. We'll, yesterday we noticed the gutters al coming down. We had a company come out to check to see what is wrong, well, the dude screwed the screws in between the 2 planks of wood, they aren't anchored. We were also told there needed to be down spouts at both ends of gutters that's why all the spillage. We called Sundance Saturday, we never heard from them so far, but the othere company called first thing. We paid good money for these gutters we got the run around. This is the front. We are going with the other company.

Sun Dance did an amazing Job on our New Windows!! We have Stone and Stucco the two man team Jose and Pedro did a wonderful job making everything look right and quality of work and detail went beyond our exceptions. Cleanup everyday was so great. Jose and Pedro were kind and respectful of everything very easy going. Mike our foreman on the job site was totally awesome. I look forward to working with Sun Dance maybe them on a kitchen project?

4/5 only because we haven’t got to the actual repair process yet, however everything up to this point has been great. From the initial conversation to the contractor reaching out for the estimate, no complaints.

Sundance completely renovated our two 1987 bathrooms and we are so pleased with their professionalism, work ethics, quality workmanship, and always going above and beyond.
Our lead carpenter, Scott, was second to none! Everything was done to perfection with so much attention to detail. Our designer, Kate, helped us to realize the bathrooms of our dreams! I would highly recommend them for your project!

I felt comfortable with Freddy the representative that came out.
He made window suggestions that were within my budget.
He explained where the window would be installed to avoid any structual issues. The last company who came out just told me where ever I wanted it installed. That may have caused me more issues down the line.

Sundance Homes built us a new staircase from the house down to the patio. As always, the finished product is beautiful and what we wanted. Jason (owner) and Mike (project manager) went above and beyond. Phil (lead carpenter/builder) was also very professional, thorough, and made sure none of the materials were damaged prior to use. This is our 5th project with Sundance. We highly recommend them!

Great service from start to finish. The communication and quality of work was amazing. The transformation of our poorly laid out bathroom with no storage and a small shower to a fully rearranged bathroom with a BEAUTIFUL large vanity with a soaking tub. It turned out more than I could have imagined.

Amazing!! A company with great office staff and excellent installers! Clark and Derek had to shovel snow from the street all the way to the back of the house to remove the old window and install the new one in temperatures hovering at 19 degrees.
Their work was flawless, their attitude exemplary and their clean up was superb. Sundance should be quite proud of these two.

My husband and I were interested in new siding and a new stone front on our house. Sundance came out and spent 2 hours with us. We picked out everything we wanted. We waited 5 weeks for an estimate and it never came. I called them and was told that Eddie would get in touch with us which he did right away. We reviewed what we wanted and he said he would send a contract, 4 weeks later, still no contract. I emailed the office and got a reply that Rebecca was out sick and she would be in the next day and will be in touch with me, well that was a week ago. I guess they don’t need new business and just kept dismissing us even though we were willing to spend top dollar for the work that was going to be done. What a huge waste of time and horrible customer service.

The staff was professional from the moment we walked in the show room.The team that installed were wonderful.The bathroom is a tranquil oasis now!

I am very happy with my remodeled kitchen! I got new counter tops, new sink & faucet, and new backsplash. I got a pony wall cut down to make my kitchen more open and extended my countertop to make a counter-height breakfast bar. I love it! Alex was my designer and did a super job! in fact, everyone I spoke with at the Middletown showroom was super nice and helpful. I can't say enough great things about Jamie & Steve, the two guys that did all the work!!! They were friendly, reliable, very meticulous with their work, constantly cleaned up their workspace, and took a lot of pride in their workmanship. They were very hard workers and not time-wasters! Sean, the supervisor, was here every morning to make sure everything was running smoothly and that the guys had all the supplies and tools they needed. Scott, the electrician did a great job too. I don't know the plumber's name but he did a great job installing my new sink and faucet. Overall, my eperience was wonderful and I would highly recommend Sundance to anyone looking for kitchen renovations. They are a little pricey, but...you get what you pay for!!

We had a great experience with Sundance on a bathroom remodel. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. The interaction with the office was always great. The project was well taken care of by Chuck, and Matt and Tyler were a pleasure. Matt was so detailed, such a hard worker. The bathroom turned out great and we're happy with the process and the result.

We contracted Sundance, Kitchen, Baths and Exteriors to install new countertops and backsplash. It was a small job in comparison to many of their kitchen remodels, but we received quality and professional work by all their staff. The craftmanship of the frabicator team, Classic, was excellent. The two installers were on time and very professional. They listened to my concerns and fixed whatever I pointed out. The entire Sundance team was professional and was in contact with us throughout the project. Project manager, Bill, was there each day the installers were at our home ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. I am happy that we chose Sundance to do our project and would not hesitate to use them for future projects.

Sundance remodeled our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier! We worked with Denise on the design, it was such an easy process. The installers, from Jeremy, Mason and the others, were professional and the work was timely. The job was completed in the time stated. Although I did not have a horrible experience with Jason and Sundance, it was way above aggravating. Every part of the project was done incorrectly and had to be redone. Sometimes it would stop for weeks before they would return and everything was done with subcontractors. They also left work unfinished and refused to return address it,

Sundance did an incredible job with our Sunroom addition. We are so happy that we chose them for this project. Freddy, Mike, Josh, Golden, and the whole Sundance team worked together to make it happen. Their craftsmanship has made such a big change to our house.

Sundance replaced our roof and added shutters to our windows in just one day! They cleaned up completely, even getting all of the stray nails out of the grass. The roof is beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased.

Wonderful experience all around. Helpful and professional staff. They quickly dealt with an issue from the supplier. They hired a very efficient and professional installation crew.

We had a new roof and gutters installed. Everyone we dealt with from the company has been professional, responsive and pleasant. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. These guys are everything I could have hoped for. They were patient while the HOA>Town>County approvals plodded along with approvals. The workmanship for my new deck was spot on. And they were sooo considerate (I work from home & the guys didn't play music or interrupt my day in any way!!!!). When it was over, we noticed an outside lamp had been damaged and it was quickly replaced without fuss. What more could you ask for?

Sundance just finished remodeling our kitchen and did a fabulous job! The wife is very happy so I am happy! The crew (Adam and Ron) were very professional, kind, patient, accomodating, punctional, and very skilled. The project manager (Shawn) was very responsive and communicated frequently with the crew and with us. I am an engineer and very picky and I can't find anything to complain about. Having worked with many contractors over the years, this is only the second time that I have no complaints. We highly recommend Sundance and have already scheduled an estimate for an outdoor project.

Sundance added an enclosed 3 season room to the back of our house. Final result exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend Sundance. 5 stars.

Workmanship and attention to work is exemplary. My wife loves the work, color and beautification of our home.
The only downside is cleanup. I had to purchase a magnet to pick up approx. 1 lb of nails which the workers did not clean up. When I Broughton the baggie to Sundance kbe I was promised we would have someone contact us and come out and go over the yard again to ensure a proper cleanup. Never happened.

Sundance worked with us through every step of our remodel. We were able to look at cabinet designs and options in the showroom. Once we made our selections everything was drawn up for our review. They even guided us on timelines for ordering appliances so everything would be here on time! All of the craftsman were courteous and knowledgeable. They asked us questions and offered options. The attention to detail was superior. We are so pleased with our new kitchen and highly recommend.

We had a broken, warped piece of siding under two front windows that we just kept putting off fixing. I contacted Sundance because a friend used them for new windows in their home and loved their work. Joe Riley from Sundance came out and looked at what we were dealing with. I showed him my concerns and even showed the rotted wood underneath. I was scared of how big of a job it was going to be and he assured me it wouldn’t be that bad. He went over some replacement sidings samples with us and told us the job could be done in a day but that it’ll be scheduled out at least 4-8 weeks. After we set up the deposit that same week, it was radio silence. 4 weeks passed and didn’t hear anything. 8 weeks, nothing. I reached out and they told me they’re waiting on the supplies. I just kept waiting patiently but it was definitely passed the estimated time. I didn’t mind waiting, I understand why it takes awhile, i just wish there was more updates from them. We paid the deposit in September and they finally came in January to do the work. They did the work in about 4 days (longer than the 1 day he quoted, but that didn’t really bother me because I knew they were working hard and doing it right). They were professional, courteous, and the work they did was amazing. All the siding is replaced, the rotted wood is gone, and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest. The only thing is, I don’t know why they went over samples with us during the initial meeting. They didn’t use a single thing we picked. They picked items that look like what we already had, but brand new versions. Which is fine and I like the way that looks more, but it still was confusing to see that up instead. I just wish the communication was a tad better but other than that, i am very pleased and would contact them in the future.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Sundance Homes, LLC for another incredible job they did in renovating our guest bath. As always, the staff did an amazing job from the design phase with Denise to working with Shawn, Jamie and Steve in bringing this project to life. We have used Sundance for many projects over the years and have nothing but praise for their attention to detail, professionalism and outstanding customer service. They took our outdated and drab bath to a fresh and contemporary looking asset to our home. From a floating vanity to a built in closet and shelves and a massive soaking tub, this room is bright and inviting and complements our previous projects within the house. The electrical and plumbing help (Blue Claw Electric & Michael W. Savage Plumbing) were outstanding and were able to route the respective plumbing and electrical needs to accommodate this reno. Many of these professionals worked on our previous projects and that familiarity was evident in their approach. They respected the property and cleaned up each day and kept us informed of any hiccups along the way. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the effort Sundance put in to this project.

I had replacement doors installed. Again I had a good experience with everyone involved with my project. I just wanted to give Becky in the office a shout out because she quickly responded to all my calls and was always pleasant.

What can I say but Awesome!!!! Our latest project from Sundance was a complete remodel of our master bath. We gutted the room down to the studs and rebuilt a dream bathroom. We said goodbye to our rarely used bathtub, expanded our closet of a showers to a full walk in shower, moved the toilet over to where the tiny closet once was and made a larger closet in the area where our original shower used to be. With these changes we were able to get a longer vanity as well. Bill, Jamie, Steve and the gang of electricians and plumbers kept us informed and updated on the progress of the project. They were professional and treated this project as they did all the other ones as though they were remodeling their own home. They spared no expense with details and perfection when it came to their craftsmanship. We see beyond pleased with the result and are already looking at our next project for Sundance. I encourage anyone looking to remodel or renovate their home to look into Sundance Kitchens and Baths. You will not regret it.
