Sparkling Image Roof & Exterior Cleaning

Made an appointment never confirmed by the never got a lot of information from us, but they showed up And OK job on the roof, but while they were working, they broke a lantern attached to the house and they immediately notified us I followed them up a week later and said he ordered it. It’s due any day two weeks later again he says he has the. Lantern. Also, the annoy did he break it. He left the glass all over the ground, or somebody stepped on it and cut their foot.. Never even cleaned it up. We were away at the time . A month goes by. He says it’s in his truck. He’ll drop it off. Two months three months go by not a word and he just blocks your calls. Why would he say it’s in the truck three months ago and not put it back up. I even suggested he could mail it and now he just blocks the calls. Expect more honesty from this company and my opinion.

The two fine gentlemen did a complete job. They not only moved items but replace them on completion. The owner should be proud and I would highly recommend to others

Fantastic job! Very professional and personable. We had them out two years ago and they did a great job so we hired them again. They were here yesterday and I have to leave a review this time. They did our siding, sidewalk and our back patio pavers . Everything looks amazing! I can't believe how good our patio looks :-) if you're on the fence, hire these guys!

Shawn and his team are awesome! I had them power wash my house and part of the roof. Typically I do it myself, but too much for me to handle. They do high quality work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Power washed house for very reasonable price and fixed screen in our screen door. Both jobs were done very well. The guys were professional, moved items away from house, and put them back when done.
FYI if you are getting house power washed cover your outside outlets.. water will short circuit outlets.

Shawn and the guys are friendly and easy to work with. They do an excellent job cleaning the siding and walkways in our condo community (49 three-story buildings) The soft wash detergents keep our buildings cleaner longer than traditional power washing. (PS- His prices are excellent but don't tell him that )

The team did an excellent job giving a long overdue cleaning to our house. They paid great attention to detail and made every nook and cranny bright and sparkling. I thought that our sidewalk was beyond help, but it looks brand new after Sparkling Image worked their magic. Amazing work and customer service!

This company was excellent! They came and performed service in a very timely manner and all of the men were extremely courteous and very nice to work with. The estimate was very reasonable compared to other estimates I had received. They completed the job in two hours and our house has not looked this beautiful in five years!

Great experience! I was having my mothers house, shed, and sidewalk cleaned as a Christmas gift. The team at sparkling image came out on Christmas Eve to do it! Arrived promptly, worked quickly and did a beautiful job. Very reasonable rates and extremely professional!

Our roof was moss covered and we thought we were headed for a new roof but not now! It looks fantastic and is blue again. Because we live under the shade of trees and near the water the moss was thick and the entire outside was dirty and the gutters were clogged. Sparkling Image did a remarkable job in removing the moss and cleaning the roof so it is blue again and it looks fantastic. The house is sparkling on the outside. They cleaned the walkways, sidewalks and screened in porches. The windows are shining on the outside!

Shawn installed a Ply Gem “Leaf Relief” gutter guard on the front gutter and also repositioned a gutter on the screened-in porch. The work was very well done, and he priced the project reasonably. (Far less than the local competition) Very professional and responsive in communication. Thank you again Shawn!

I came across Sparkling Image Roof & Exterior Cleaning after they had completed work on my neighbor’s house. My home was long overdue for a full power wash, so I decided to take a chance with this crew. After they completed the job, I couldn’t be happier. Not only were they on time (also completing a courtesy reminder call the night prior), but they outlined everything they were going to do and what steps I needed to take before their arrival. They were extremely thorough and their attention to detail was impressive - I had removed all screens from my windows on both floors (highly recommended) so they could clean all of the windows and ledges. Our house is pretty tall, so I wasn’t sure if they would be able to reach all heights, but they did this without a problem. The house looks like it did when I had it built 12 years ago - that’s how drastic the cleaning impact was! The extra touch for me was they noticed a piece of my downspout had disconnected from the gutter on the second floor and without hesitation offered to fix it so that I didn’t need to have someone else come out to take care of it. An awesome touch!! If you’re considering Sparkling Image - you will not be disappointed!! Highly recommended!!

Sparkling Image has done a great job cleaning the exterior of our house and removing shingle mold from our roof. We have used them for the last 3–4 years after they did a great job on our neighbor’s porch and front of their house. We also use them for annual gutter cleaning. I highly recommend

They did an excellent job on our 3 story end unit townhouse. They took down the existing decorative pieces and shutters, soft washed the whole house, deck, and walkway to make it look like new. They also put up our new decorative pieces and new shutters. They even came back the following day because I had left the caps for the shutters in a box by accident.
