Our experience with "Fresh Coat" was very positive from the first meeting with Lamont, for evaluation and estimate, to the painter's goodbye--job done! The painters were always on time, moved furniture to paint and returned to its proper place afterwards. Everyone was respectful and went about their work in a quiet, skillful way, finishing a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a staircase wall and hallway in 1 1/2 day. Each area got two coats of paint on walls and trim. This is our second experience with "Fresh Coat Painters" and we are already planning our next project.
Our sincere thanks to Lamont, Caesar and his helper and a very thorough and kind Ashley, who can take care of most any question from the office. Great team!!

We used Fresh Coat Painters to paint an entire community art center including two gallery spaces, a classroom, office, kitchen and two bathrooms. They prepped the walls, primed and applied two coats of paint. We were able to inspect the final result on the last day of painting and I was able to ask for a few minor touch ups near the ceiling where the cut in work wasn't covering completely. (white over gray is tricky) The painters took care of it immediately and we were happy with the result. We'd use them again if we needed more painting done. Their price was very competitive.

Three times the charm. My wife and I have been busy over the last nine months trying to have our kitchen cabinets painted. Each contractor we were in touch with failed to deliver on a date they would paint our cabinets. that wasted a lot of our time.

Finally we connected, via the internet, with Freshcoat Painting. LaMont Hampton, owner and super salesman, came to our house and provided an immediate estimate. He also told us a number of important points: such as, how the process of painting kitchen cabinets would play out, the materials used and how long the project would take.

From the moment we signed with Freshcoat they were in constance contact with us to let us know when Freshcoat employees would be at our house working on our project. LaMont said they would be finished in five days, and yes, they were finished in five days. He even stopped by a few days later to inspect the workmanship and to make sure we were satisfied with the look of our “new” kitchen.

We told LaMont we were very happy with the finished product and especially happy with the work crew. They were on time, cooperative, polite and professional.

Kitchen cabinet painting requires a lot of prep work and can be messy. Freshcoat’s employees did an excellent job of controlling the disruption to the kitchen and left our kitchen as clean as when they arrived.

We had Fresh Coat Painters return for a second job at our home. They painted the concrete foundation and a basement stairwell. They did a great job, and we're very pleased with the results.

I live in a condominium and unfortunately had a leak from the unit above mine. Water damage was done on my ceilings in my living/dining area, hallway and bathroom. Fresh Coat Painters were recommended by a relative, who I thoroughly trust. They did not disappoint. The team of painters arrived on time, they did a beautiful job, and it didn’t take them all day. The painters were on time, early actually. They took their shoes off! Walls were repaired and painted in two rooms and they were finished in 7 hours. Very impressive. The walls were dry when they left. Would definitely use them again.

The painting looks fantastic! I choose 2 colors for one room and they followed my instructions perfectly. The communication with the manager and the scheduler were top notch.

I solicited quotes from 6 painting contractors before selecting Fresh Coat MOT painting.

The owner LaMont Hampton was the first contractor to contact me and schedule an appointment. He was very professional, courteous and arrived right on time. He removed his shoes before entering our home & wore a mask.
After discussing our project which included spackling repair, he input all the room dimensions and other key info in his tablet and left to go out to his car to draft up a proposal. He returned a short time later with our proposal and contract agreement. He reviewed it with me and sent me an email copy.
I told him I was waiting for other proposals and would contact him with my decision.
I contacted the referrals he had given me which included someone in our community and they all gave great reviews.

Mr. Hampton was very thorough and transparent regarding the project. I was given a presentation which touched on topics such as Company history, Cost and Expectation of Completion. I was impressed by his professionalism - he worked around my schedule and his crew, Dennis and Steve did a fantastic job - exceeding my expectations. My tenant just moved out of the house and my wife and I was in a rush to repaint the entire house preparing to list the property with an agent. The house beautifully designed had tall ceilings, over 2,800 square feet of walls and approximately 27 doors. Everything had to be done in a quick fashion knowing we’re in a pandemic and wanted to capitalize before the unknown future. The house walls needed repairs from holes where TV stands where mounted, everyday wears and junction boxes replaced. I had 3 painters come out to the house to provide me an estimate. Lamont from Fresh Coat Painter being one of them and the last one to provide a pitch for the job. First 2 estimates came in lower than Fresh Coat Painter. Someone would say why not go with the cheaper offer? You are getting ready to list the house? I wanted to WOW my potential buyers and we felt Lamont came prepared and presented his company and their work in a detailed professional manner. We know painting this home inside, shutters, and the front and back door trims would be more difficult than it seems and hiring a true professional was our smartest option. They were able to start the job in a week after reviews of the proposals. We choose Sherwin Williams SW 6106 Kilim Beige and white on the ceilings and baseboard for the entire home. The work was started on a Monday and completed by Friday in advanced of the target timeline of 7 days. We walked through the home on Saturday and was impressed with the painting. The house painted throughout looked real Wowtastic. He made the decision to paint the entire 2 car garage space and hallway leading to basement with a light gray. He repainted the steps to the basement floors and it add a huge impression on us.
Overall, I would recommend Fresh Coat Painting to anyone looking for a professional job on their home or business.

Shortcomings: He promised us Sherwin Williams paint but I never asked why he chose a different brand. He used PPG brand. It could have been that in a pandemic, supplies and logistics could have made it challenging to get the Sherwin Williams paint.

Lamont and his staff were professional, ontime, friendly, and well priced. Very happy with their work... so much so that we have already hired his team for some more work inside our home. Today they painted our shutters and front door black and it looks amazing!

My experience with FreshCoat was truly very good! I didn't rate it five stars due to the fact that everyone needs to have room for improvement. Jamey (I guess that's how his name is spelled) is very professional and communicated with me before he did anything he wasn't sure of. The paint is also of great quality. LaMont and his crew at Fresh Coat did an amazing job with some exterior paint work for our house. It looks like a whole new house and couldn't be more happy. Very professional and responsive and definitely has an attention to detail. Good price as well. Just an excellent job all around. I'm definitely calling them again.

The company did a good job filling-in the holes. The walls look great! Not cheap, but not the most expensive. Moderately priced.

Great job at a fair price - hard to find these days it seems! This was a fairly big job (5 rooms downstairs - kitchen, sunroom, family room, dining room, living room - and stairwell and upstairs hallway, 15 doors painted between the 2 floors). They addressed the few minor items we identified near the end of the job right away and delivered the job on time.
