Patty‘s roofing completely replaced my roof on our house to include all the plywood sheeting under the roof. Excellent job, a hard-working crew, given the heat that they had to work in. totally covered the house with tarps to catch all the debris, four guys on the roof and one guy on the ground, constantly cleaning up. I like the fact that the dumpster came the morning that the crew started ripping the roof off and left the day after they finish the roof, so it only was in front of the house for three days. I used Paddy’s based on a recommendation from a family member who had their roof done by this company and I am very happy with the end results. The price was great and new roof looks great, and it was tested two hours after they finished the job in a rain storm. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof.

I had my chimney flashing replaced to address a leak and also had the wash of the chimney redone as well as having the chimney repointed. I'm very happy with the repairs and the price I paid as well as the quality of the work.

We recently had our roof replaced by Paddy’s Roofing. We are very happy with their work from the first phone call to the goodbyes from the whole crew when finished. They were Professional, proficient, and pleasant during the whole process. Whatever was told to us for the timeline happened exactly on time. In several ways we feel the workers went above and beyond their required duties. At the end of the day, when the workers were coming down the ladder for the last time we heard singing. Buying roofs is boring and it's not a fun thing to spend money on, but Paddy's made it less painful. They were communicative, professional and did very good work.

Loved my experience with Paddy’s. They helped me to finish a repair job I needed to help a client complete closing on time. They were prompt efficient and affordable. Randy turned around my quote the same morning on a Friday and by Monday morning the repair was done. Carolyn was also helpful in sending documentation of the project once completed. Living in an historic district can make outside repairs difficult, but Paddy's came to my rescue and not only fixed the aluminum siding that got damaged in a windstorm, but did so within 48 hours of my first call to their office when no other businesses could help us. Scheduling was easy, and their contractor was very professional. You can't even see where the piece broke off. 10/10 recommend!

Fast, efficient and a truly outstanding job! Workers arrived on time and immediately got to work. Replaced gutters and downspouts with speed and accuracy that only a professional could do. They quickly cleaned up and departed after letting me know they were through and I did an inspection of the work. 1000% satisfied and happy customer here!

We got several quotes for replacing siding,soffits,fascia,gutters and redesigning and replacing our front porch.We chose Paddy's because they were knowledgeable and could do the total package of work. Workers were timely,neat and worked efficiently with the overseeing of Andres. Our project manager Beth kept us informed along the way. Our final inspection was done by Antonio who had an amazing eye for detail making us know we had a fabulous job done. We not only added value to our home but from Paddy the owner to Beth our project manager to Antonio and Andres and all the workers we added to their family of satisfied customers. So for anyone needing home upgrades or repairs and maintenance give Paddy's a call. They will not disappoint.

Very happy with the new roof on my home; the Paddy's team completed everything in a day, including a great job cleaning up--highly recommend Paddy's!

I was referred to Paddy's after a piece of my chimney cap was dislodged by the wind. There was a delay in doing the repair because the team determined that a lift was the safest way to reach the height of the chimney cap. During the delay another strong wind dislodged a second piece, adding to the complexity of the repair. In addition, there was another repair pending in the community, and Paddy's was proactive about pursuing an option to split the cost on the rental of a lift. Rather than tripling the cost of my repair, they were able to get the job done at only twice the original estimate, thereby saving me close to $600. The work was performed yesterday, and I'm very satisfied with the results. The dislodged pieces were given a fresh coat of paint and reinstalled with longer, more secure screws. In addition, the cap was reinforced on all 4 sides with additional screws. It looks great!

I contracted with Paddy's for a full vinyl home siding replacement job inclusive of some suspected wood damage due to a historical termite infestation. My experience with Paddy's was absolutely excellent- from sales to completion of the job- and I'd not hesitate to recommend Paddy's to any consumer.

The damage to my home turned out to be quite extensive. I was kept abreast of concerns as they were discovered and presented with visuals throughout the process-overall transparency was wonderful. The Paddy's work crew had amazing personalities and were skilled not only in siding installation, but also in general carpentry, and they labored from 8 am until sundown for over a week to ensure all work performed was of premium quality. The project manager kept in touch throughout, provided me with options relative to my asks regarding optional accents, and made sure I understood labor and material costs prior to additional work being performed beyond the original contracted price.

My home looks absolutely gorgeous and I feel confident in its overall structural integrity now. I am also confident that should I ever have a question or concern that I'll be met again with the same prompt, professional, and friendly service I've experienced in every interaction I've experienced since partnering with Paddy's.

PADDYS did a great job covering our chimney with siding. All details and suggestions were discussed and documented in their project proposal/quote after a thorough review on site; once we accepted the proposal, this was followed up by an experienced field crew manager to confirm our expectations as well as final material requirements; and then a project manager communicated with us to finalize the schedule of work.
The installation crew completed the project in a very timely and professional manner, including meticulous cleanup.

The Paddy's team did a fantastic job on my deck! I had a huge old decrepit wooden deck on the back of my house and they took it down and replaced it with a beautiful and durable Trex deck. Paddy's replaced the roof on our house built in the 1970s. Not surprisingly, once they removed the shingles, it was clear they had to remove and replace the decking, soffitts, and fascia, too. They worked quick and clean. The site manager was communicative, the roofing team was respectful, and the project manager kept in touch during the project. I appreciate their efficiency with completing the job - just a day and a half to get everything done once they started. Most of all, I REALLY appreciate how thorough the team was in cleaning up after themselves during and after the job was complete. It's an investment to replace the roof on your house. Even though it was expensive, I think Paddy's gave me a fair price and produced a high quality final product. I will definitely call them again if I need external refurb on my house.

Paddys' is a great family company to have in your home. They were neat, professional and on time! I would recommend them for your roofing or new window needs. Beth was great to work with as the project manager. She was right there every step of the way and kept me informed weekly of the delivery and installation dates of my 13 windows. She even stopped by to see the progress at the end of day 1. Antonio met with me prior to the job to look at what was needed and take measurements. He was on site with the job the entire time managing the crew and working with them. He came by the day after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work and to make sure things were left neat and tidy! He went out of his way to repair a little piece of the siding which was not part of the job. This company cares.

Recently finished a door replacement (front and rear entry) with Paddy’s. Big shout out to Randy, Beth and Antonio! Randy came for the initial estimate and was honest and detailed in pricing. He helped make the process quick and easy. Beth was our project manager, and she is fabulous! She kept me up to date every step of the way via calls, emails and weekly check ins. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and fun to chat with too. Our doors came much quicker than I thought which was great. On installation day, the doors were dropped off at 750 am and Antonio was there by 815am. With only him and one other helper, they managed to get it done in a day. He is a perfectionist and does amazing work. He came back the next morning to finish up some last minute things and to make sure it was perfectly done. He kept me informed of any changes or little details on things that needed to be addressed to get the job done. We are so grateful for our team and would highly recommend to anyone. Paddy's repaired several roof vent boots and installed gutter guards. They did temporary repair on vent boot to stop leak until boot replacement could be completed. I had my gutters cleaned and was sent photos of 2 holes in my ridgeline. I researched the best roofer reviews online and called Paddy's. The employees at Paddy's are a joy. Stacey contacted me immediately, got my pictures to the owner, who referred my issue to Danielle for scheduling. Danielle scheduled a roofing repair technician, Ben, to repair the holes. Ben matched the shingles and did the repairs. This all happened so quickly and professionally. Paddy's staff were wonderful to deal with from start to completion. The roofers were polite and very professional.

They did the roof in 1 and a half days and did it right. Damage to my extensive landscaping plants was minimal and the only ones cut back were the one or two that they had no choice in order to get ladders up or to do the porch roof. They will come back. That's to be expected on a project like this.

They did our roof on the house, shed & gazebo in 2 days! Excellent clean up after the work was completed. Paddy’s makes home repairs as painless as possible. They also did a drywall repair inside the home and it looks great. They put the new gutters on the next day. Honestly, don’t hire anyone without talking to Paddy’s first!!!!

The whole team from Charlie all the way to Matt and everyone in between were a God send. They were professional but down to earth. The crew had some unforseen obstacles to deal with while trying to complete this job (area , clearance, and placement of the home)
But , they made the best of it and persevered. Completed all 3 roofs in one day. It looks beautiful. Protecting the house for many years to come.

Paddy's completed another roofing job for another house we own. Just as professional and nice as the first one they did for us.
They ran into some issues on this one. Though they repaired what needed fixing and pushed on through. Katie & Charlie really know the business. Katie kept me updated on repairs and let me know when weather would be a problem.
Helping us protect one of our largest investments.
