Highly recommend! I reached out to Premier late on a Monday evening to schedule AC repair for the following day. They were extremely communicative and had someone on site a few hours later. The issue was fixed same day. Excellent customer service, especially for a last minute repair. Alejandro was the tech, and would definitely recommend him for future projects.

After being ghosted by not one but two AC technician's I called PCS, they were out the next morning, arrived on time and went straight to work assessing the problem (not blowing cool air). Identified the issue, fixed the issue and at an affordable rate. Chad was very professional and courteous throughout the entire visit. I prefer to use local services when possible and very much appreciate timeliness and professionalism, and honesty, Chad check all the boxes, thank you.

I randomly chose to call this business at 8:30 AM. The tech, owner of the company, arrived at 9:45. He performed a thorough check on my furnace, checked my attic to ascertain insulation levels, adjusted some settings on my thermostat, cleaned the orifice, and adjusted the propane pressure on the furnace. He recommended a contractor for installing more insulation in my attic.
He was professional and personable throughout his visit. The furnace is operating in a much more efficient manner now. All of this was completed for a very reasonable fee, especially considering he traveled almost an hour from his business location.
I will never use another company for any HVAC issues I have in the future. I cannot recommend this company any higher.

Went to do some work on a house and upon entering it was at 32’ I called a different HVAC company and they couldn’t make it out until the following day. I called Premier comfort, and they were able to make it out within 2 hours!! And had the furnace running in no time! Technician was very nice, and professional, and the fact that they came right out and had the heat on so quick I thought they would charge me an emergency dispatch fee and it would be so expensive, but it was not!! The price was very reasonable! I have found my new HVAC company for sure! I will suggest them to all my friends!! Thank you so much for your assistance today!!!

They were amazing!!! Got me in right away when I had no heat on a Saturday! And had a new furnace installed by Monday! Even drove all the way to Winfield for the service call! Definitely will be using them in the future!

Once again, I was pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their employee, Alejandro. He was very personable, polite and competent. Turns out I needed a capacitor in my a/c unit and was initially taken aback at the price but Alejandro didn't pressure me, he just explained my options and I think I will be happy with my decision. Time will tell, I suppose. He cleaned up after himself and made an excellent impression on me overall. I will continue to use Premier Comfort Solutions so long as their employees represent the company as well as Alejandro did.

Fast and excellent service! My furnace wasn't staying on leading to a cold house with a cold front coming. Less than 24 hours after my call Chad and Alejandro showed up and had my furnace working and tuned up in no time.
They were very knowledgeable and quick with their work.
I will definitely call Premier Comfort Solution for any HVAC issues in the future.

Premier has a great service! It is hard to find companies that will do what they say and also be knowledgeable about their craft. I look forward to the next project!

My personal experience with premier comfort solutions is that they are an upright and honest company. Always making sure they go above and beyond for their customers an order for them not to experience breakdowns during the hottest or the coldest parts of any season. I would highly recommend signing a service contract with this company so they can keep your system regularly maintained an order to prevent breakdowns at times you need your system the most.

Chad rook good care of me. The panel on my furnace had gone bad and he came back several times to get it working. Communicated well and showed up when he said he would...I highly recommend them.

When our air conditioner stopped working, I called to see how soon someone could come out. We received a quick call back to schedule an appointment within a couple hours. I was given an appointment time between 5-6. The technician (Tom) arrived at 4:15, diagnosed the problem and was able to get my air conditioner back to cooling our home in under an hour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks!

Our AC went out on a Saturday. I had called Premier and Chad Shepler took the call and he came out within an hour on a Saturday to do my service of the AC and repaired it super fast and he was very efficient and thorough and I appreciate his service. I will always use Premier.

We woke up to our A/C not blowing out called air in our house. We had our daughters birthday party at 1:30pm and we were scrambling to find a technician to come out to look at our unit. We called Premier since they are local here in Haysville. Chad came out within 20 minutes that we initially called them. Chad was able to fix our unit within a hour and we had cold air again! Premier Comfort Solutions came out and performed routine maintenance on my system. No repairs needed, which is always good! The technician was professional and courteous. Seemed to be very thorough, especially when cleaning the outside unit. I would recommend these guys for any HVAC needs!
