Above & Beyond Roofing & Construction did an amazing job fixing up my property! I had their team do multiple projects. They fixed my roof, siding, soffit, and created a closed ceiling on my front porch. They built a small deck back porch. I also had them add an anti-skid additive to the stain on my porch and ramp. They did such a great job I decided to have them do more work for me! I had them clean up my acre size yard and install a fence. I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. They were great to work with, I highly recommend! They really do go above and beyond!

Very impressed with this company! Lee listened to what we wanted, Sean and his crew made it happen. They arrived when promised and worked hard every day. We love our deck and would hire them again.

The crew of Above and Beyond Roofing and Construction are well above spectacular. They provided a great addition to our house with a deck a couple years ago. They recently refurbished and re-coated the deck because of discoloration from the original sealer/coating that was originally used. A whole lot of hand sanding to remove original coating was necessary. They did a wonderful job and restored the great looking deck. My experience was with a very reputable and willingness from them to get the job done well.

We had them fix water damage caused by our previous roofer. They did great work, always communicated their work plan and did great work!

I’m not the type that writes many reviews unless the service is really bad or if it was exceptionally good and thank goodness in this case it was far more than what my wife and I expected. To start with Lee the sales rep was very knowledgeable about building decks and easy to work with and felt like someone I could trust. Shawn the owner and his team were very professional and the quality of materials used were outstanding. They were also very knowledgeable building decks as well and communicated with us every step of the way. In this day and age it’s getting a little harder to find contractors that you can trust but with Above and Beyond they are a Company you can believe in.

We had A&B install an egress stairway from our basement. They do more egress windows than stairways, but they tackled this with enthusiasm and professionalism. Shawn, the company owner, was on-site for most of the construction work. They completed the work in a timely manner even though a snowfall caused a few days delay. There were a couple unforeseen complications but they handled them well.

We highly recommend Above and Beyond! They built us a new deck this summer and it was a great experience working with them - and Sean did amazing work. They were communicative with us on details, pricing, issues they ran into, when they would be there to work - and they showed up when they said they would. Lee and Sean always responded to my texts and answered my questions. We changed things a few times with design and Sean was great with communicating what needed to be done and Lee would follow up with pricing estimates. This was a big project - brand new, covered and screened in deck as well as the patio beside it. We now have an amazing deck and patio that we are enjoying every morning for coffee and entertaining friends in the evenings.

This company goes truly above and beyond. We had structural issues with our deck and Lee gave us the best price with the most reasonable approach - reusing all the railing wood that was still good to save on costs. Throughout the whole process, Lee was transparent, straightforward, and matter-of-fact.

Sean, who did most of the construction, was professional and highly skilled. Most days it was just him working in the summer heat, and he still managed to finish the whole project in less than two weeks with impressive results. Sean would let us know when he was coming and was great at communicating any issues or questions as they came up.

Most impressive of all - when the deck stain was put on a bit too thick and dried sticky, Sean came back out, stripped it, and re-stained for no extra charge. We have already recommended Above & Beyond to anyone who asks and will continue to do so.

Lee the sale rep was great! Sean Fellis the owner came out when the insurance Adjuster was here to make sure we got properly assessed. They did a great job! Since Sean is a licensed contractor we had them do some additional work. My wife and I are very pleased with their work!

I called for an appointment to have someone look at a chimney/siding/roofing issue and the lady I talked to was very nice and told me she would contact the sales guy. After speaking with them I am looking forward to working with them.

We hired Above and beyond to re-side our garage and house. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. Shout out to Lee, the salesman and Shaun and his crew. Would highly recommend.

Above and beyond recently completed a second story room addition on our 1926 full brick exterior balloon framed home. This was no easy job and to simply say we were happy with the work they did would be an understatement.

This was a complex undertaking and many other contractors around town did not even want to take on the job. Sean and and Lee were excited about the opportunity to do this job from the get go and had confidence that they could do it right and in a timely manner. Their eagerness to do the job really made the decision of choosing them as our general contractor a no brainer (among many other factors).

Among the many aspects of construction they had to do to finish this job included removing a load bearing wall and installing an LVL header in its place. Next was demo of some existing structure in order to be able to frame the new room. Complete rough framing of the room including floor system, walls, trusses, and tying into the existing roof. Next was boxing in the entire structure, adding waterproofing membranes, etc. installed windows, siding, roofing as well in order to make the entire exterior complete and weathered in.

If you are looking for a company that can do this type of work as well as many other things I would highly recommend Above and Beyond. We will be using them for any future projects without hesitation!!!

The experience that we had with Above and Beyond roofing and construction was exactly just as their title states. Replaced some siding and a couple windows. Friendly, responsive, timely. Very satisfied with the results. Reasonably priced. Have already recommended them to a friend and would again.

I hired Above & Beyond to replace my old deck and some siding around the house that had rotted out. The customer service they provide is excellent, they come to your house to go over the quote in person line by line and this relationship is maintained throughout the entire project. While waiting for them to get started I learned that my roof may qualify for replacement through insurance due to hail damage (thanks to some random company going door to door). I called the Above & Beyond sales rep, he came out to give his opinion and provided a quote for the roof replacement. Sure enough, insurance totaled my roof. They replaced my roof first, the guys that did the roof might have been among the hardest working people I have ever seen, they knocked it out in 2 days and it looks amazing. A few days after the roof was complete they started on the deck and siding. They take their time and make sure everything is done properly and in an aesthetically pleasing manor. Never once did I get the feeling that were rushing things or trying to cut corners. My job was the only thing on their minds and they were 100% dedicated to it and to doing it right. I highly recommend Above & Beyond and will use them from now on for any house repairs that I am not able or willing to do myself (which is most). - Thanks for the great work and customer service!

We needed new gutters put on our house. Lee, the sales manager, gave us a fair and detailed estimate that included some repairs to our fascia. When I called him to let him know we had decided to use his company, he came right out to have us sign the contract and answer additional questions that we had. He had his crew schedule the work to accommodate our schedule since we were going to be painting the fascia ourselves. When the crew showed up to install the gutters, they worked very efficiently, were polite and were the cleanest work crew I have ever encountered. Everyone was very professional and we couldn't tell they were ever there, except for the brand new gutters. We have found our exterior contractors for additional work in the future. Above and Beyond really does go Above and Beyond!

I had the best most professional experience with this company. Lee, the Sale Manager, answers your calls, and is a straight shooter. Lee follows through on what he says he is going to do. If he says he will be there, he will. He is time efficient, does his best to stay in your budget and is an ultimate professional. Affordable Roofing replaced our siding that was damaged several years ago and the work looks like it was just completed. Sean, is amazing as well. He is the owner and actually worked on it himself! With other contractors I have never gotten what I asked for or a job that equaled what I paid out. I got the better deal with Above and Beyond, their work is worth every penny and more! They are timely, get the job done and don't leave you hanging. They give you an estimate, they stick to it and don't lead you on. You can't pass this company up, once you use them, you won't use ANYONE else!

These guys went Above and Beyond with my project. They replaced my cedar deck and added an attached roof that looks as if it was built with the house 20 years ago. The name says it all. We had an egress window installed and we are above satisfied with the work that was done. We are so happy we went with the concrete wall instead of a drop in fiberglass wall. They made the process quick and easy. Great communication skills, and very professional. Will definitely call them again!

Above and Beyond installed an egress window in an existing room in our basement. They were professional from start to finish. Very clean and meticulous work, exactly as described in the bid. We ran into a problem during the project that was unexpected (a pre-existing leak from a window above the new egress window). They told us about it and laid out our options. They were then able to easily diagnose and fix the problem with very minimal additional expense. We are very happy with the work they did.

We contacted Above and Beyond for an estimate on our roof and they noticed some damage we weren't aware of brought it to our attention and made a great estimate that we went with. They have definitely gone above and beyond new storm door, lights (front and back), doorbell button, 2 windows added to the house that was their idea and cost. And they put a new mailbox in for us that we hadn't gotten to yet. They've trimmed trees too help us out and not just by the house but some branches threatening our lines. I highly recommend this company for anything you need done they make sure they pay attention to detail and go the extra mile.

They really DO go Above and Beyond!!! Really Awesome. They are remodeling the outside of our home. Tearing out old concrete porches and steps, and building a new deck and new back porch steps and railing. Every single day they do something way above what we expected. Our dogs are very old and they put up a fence on each side of the house to keep them in the yard but away from the work. They put up temporary stairs so we could get to the house, and then reinforced them when they saw they were a bit wobbly for us - we are 69 yrs old and my husband uses a cane. They put plywood down to make a walkway for us across the muddy area to the drive, and each day they do something really nice for us. I am extremely impressed with these guys, and will hire them every time. I don't hesitate to suggest them to everyone. They do excellent work and take pride in a job well done. Our place was really horrible, and it is getting more beautiful every day!. The owner is the guy out there working every day too. Shawn is a very impressive young man.
