I used the company Sun State Roofing that I found on this group. No complaints at all. They were prompt, honest and did not upset. My maintenance inspection said we would probably need a new roof. Even after reading the report, Benjamin suggested maintenance items instead of replacement. He arrived the the morning after my initial phone call for the estimate and the morning after my confirmation call that we were going to use their estimate. He even automatically scheduled a yearly follow up. And the price was competitive. I would definitely recommend.

I had a leak that would fill up my light in my patio overhang. I called Ben, he came out, had a look at the issue and came up with a repair plan. I agreed with it and he was out in a couple of days, repaired the leak plus gave my roof a much needed tune up replacing cracked tiles and resealing all areas. Ben is very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. He just came out and gave me a 6 month review and all is good. Thanks Ben!
