Complete Roofing Systems did a good job with arepairing tiles & maintenance job. The estimate process went well. The only glitch was when they didn't come on the work date. I was notified that it was a mix up in communication between contractor & workers. They rescheduled and finish the job on that day. Before & after pictures were shared with me to show what work was done. I'm pleased.

Cierra was vey nice and informative. They sent a roofer the next day that took care of the issue and Henry answered all my questions. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend their work.

I would not trust Complete Roofing Systems with your roofing project. They lack integrity from the very top of the organization all the way down to the customer facing worker. On a positive note, I will say that each employee I spoke to was polite and I ultimately did get a refund on my deposit. I just don't know if they are truly interested in repairing or maintaining roofs.

I called to get a quote on getting some cracked tiles replaced. Without going on the roof, Martin was able to determine everything my roof needed and quoted me $1,450 for tile roof repair and maintenance. He said that I was missing cement in certain areas. I trusted Martin's assessment and made a deposit.

A few days later, Arturo contacted me to schedule a time to do a pre-inspection. When Arturo arrived, I asked him to explain what Martin was talking about, and Arturo said the cement looks fine. He said he was going to go on the roof and take pictures and determine what materials he will need. I never saw any pictures and was never told what repairs were actually needed on the roof. I was concerned because I was hearing conflicting information and didn't really know what I was paying for. He came in the morning, and I waited until mid-afternoon before calling the office after not hearing anything from Arturo's time on the roof.

I left a message on a Monday afternoon telling them to hold off on doing any repairs until I'm told what is actually needed on my roof and asked them to call me. Nobody got back to me, so I called back on Wednesday to cancel the job and get a refund.

I ended up getting a call from a VP named Mario. He talked about how he's been a roofer for many years and apologized for his employees' failures. He said that he would personally come over and walk my roof with me. We set-up an appointment for 8 a.m. on a Monday. Mario was a no call/no show. I did end up receiving an email from Camille stating that Mario had an emergency and wanted to reschedule.

We rescheduled for Wednesday at 8 a.m. Mario did another no call/no show. Nobody from the company has contacted me since.

I rarely provide negative reviews but want to warn other trusting individuals that this is not a company that you should just trust assuming they will do the right thing. They do talk a good game and can give you the illusion that they are competent in their trade. It could also be that they are not interested in doing smaller jobs but don't mind taking the money as long as they are not doing any actual repair or maintenance.

Its challenging to trust contracters . The guys here have been helpful, through and for the most part good at communications. I am happy with the completed silicone roof.

I was extremely impressed with the work performed on my roof. Each day the workers cleaned up any debris that might have fallen from the work area. The workers also added items that the original home builders did not use, which probably caused my problems. My roof is cement tile with a rolled under layer. Approximately 25 tiles were cracked or damaged and the cost was already included in their quote, which was very reasonable. I only replaced a section of my roof and will definitely use Complete Roofing Systems to replace the other section that is remaining to be updated.

We had our roof replace on our garage. It was so easy, they came out, measured, showed samples and had a quote very quickly. Once the materials arrived they had the whole thing done in just a few hours. The crew was amazingly fast and incredibly respectful of our property and our neighbors. They had replaced the roof on my grandma's house just a few weeks before and provided the same wonderful service. I highly recommend them to everyone for big or small jobs.

We recently contracted with CRS for a complete roofing replacement. We found this company through an advertisement and are very happy we did. The estimate was very competitive and they were very pleasant to work with. The roofing crew was excellent. They work fast with extremely high quality. They were very good at letting us know when they would be delivering tile and sent a crew to make sure they understood the logistics for stacking the large amount of tile needed for the job. The crews know what they are doing and it is impressive to watch them do their craft. Upon completion, one of their inspectors made sure everything was done correctly and completely. All employees (including sales, office administration, scheduling, onsite workforce and management) were very congenial and respectful to work with. I have and will continue to recommend them. If you want the job done right the first time, this is the company you want to work with.
