I had an excellent experience with Innovative Coatings! They did a fantastic job patching/repainting the stucco on my parapet walls, sealing around all my windows, and reinforcing all the penetrations on my roof. Josh is easy to get a hold of, and finished the job when he said he would.

I am so impressed with Josh and his team. I have never lived in a stucco home before and didn’t know what to expect so when some of it started to fall off I was more than a little concerned. Josh came one and looked at the problems and explained to me and my husband why this was happening and how he would repair. I asked for a quote on just the repair work and the bid was so reasonable I then asked for a quote on repairs and on a full paint job. I was shocked at how reasonable his quote was in comparison that others had given us for half the work.

I am glad I did. Best decision I made since moving here. He and his team showed up when they said, did the work that they quoted and even more when they saw there might be a problem if it wasn’t taken care of and he never changed his original quoted amount.

I wouldn’t ever use this company again. Too little experience and complete lack of respect for peoples personal property. At one point I was completely lied to about areas of my home already having two coats of paint. My exterior lighting out front didn’t work after the crew reinstalled the lights. I went to fix them myself after being ghosted by the owner and discovered that some of the lights didn’t even have wire nuts. This was causing the wires to come apart which in turn caused the lights to not work properly. The artificial grass in my backyard was not properly covered resulting in paint getting on the grass in multiple areas. We’ve only had this grass roughly two years. More damage was done to the grass when trying to remove paint due to pressure washing. Parts of my home only have one coat of paint applied and in order to keep a valid warranty with the paint used we would have needed two full coats on the whole house. At one point the crew started to paint the patio ceiling the same color as the walls instead of white like every ceiling that I have ever seen. The stucco crew was decent but blending the stucco repairs could definitely improve. A lot of the stucco that was taken off my home was just left on my roof. Lastly and most importantly is the fact that my air conditioner unit on the side of my home was pressure washed which caused damage to the fins. Overall I wanted to like this company and even thought about recommending them to others but they need more experience and overall respect for peoples property and attention to details. The owner attempted to fix some of these issues but some things need to be addressed by professionals. The owner didn’t offer any type of discount for damages just tried to fix himself and has since then ghosted me. Look elsewhere for a more honest and professional company.

Josh at Innovative Coatings, Painted my roof with white elastomeric and did a excellent job cleaned up after himself. I’m very happy I had him do the work. I plan to have him paint interior of my house.

We recently had a 300 ft wrought iron fence built for our home. It needed to be painted and Josh, the owner of Innovative Coatings LCC was recommended for the job. Josh completed the job within a couple of weeks after the fence was built. It’s a beautiful fence! We have had many compliments from neighbors. He has an excellent crew working for him that was meticulous in the details of doing a very fine job. I recommend them for anyone needing a paining task indoors or out.
