Troy was so friendly, professional and listened to our needs. He was very informative up front and always responded quickly with any answers, even at off hours! I'm 76 years old and have put on two roofs of my own and had two roofs done by contractors in the past. As far as the roofers that put my roof on from Summit their work was excellent. The roofers arrived early and finished the roof in one day in 100° Heat. Their work was excellent and I was impressed with their cleanup. With my experience with getting a roof replacement I find that the key to everything really is the contractor, in this case Troy. I wish I had known this before. I've never seen a contractor do what Troy did. Most contractors may be spend an hour or less evaluating the roof and then would leave. Troy spent at least 3 hours looking over the roof and in the Attic looking over the structure of the roof which I've never seen before in 100° Heat. My insurance company was not too generous after their inspection as they only wanted to do a partial roof replacement even though shingles were flying off on other parts of the roof. Troy documented everything in detail, with pictures as well as drone pictures. Troy spent a lot of time working with my insurance company and wound up getting a full replacement with upgraded architectural shingles and replacement of decking that was bad. I would hire Troy in a second and would recommend him to anyone.SUMMIT ROOFING and SOLAR, a company you can trust!

Best advocate for you to deal with your insurance company on your roof replacement, it was a blessing to run into Troy by a purchase and I saw Summit Roofing on his truck and asked if he could come look at my roof, two other local companies came by but failed to even call me back. They are one of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with! I made my monthly payment late and didn’t include the late fee so I received collection calls telling me my account was past due. Apparently if you don't pay your late fee (I didn't make it before they closed that day so late fee was assessed but I had already got money order for payment and was going to pay late fee the following month) your account is in collection status. They filed a small claim the first part of December because I hadn’t paid my late fee for October and wasn't able to pay my Nov 22nd payment until I got paid again in December. Also, I had an issue with a manager and asked to speak to a supervisor. They gave me the number to Tracy. She is very rude, hateful and unprofessional! I’m sure the owners would be embarrassed at her representation of the company! If you want a professional company who is willing to work with you and not chastise like Tracy did me you when you have a financial hardship go to Rogers County Loan or anywhere but there!

I have nothing but good things to say about Cash Security and their employees. The employees are professional and courteous who really care about their clients and do their best to help you in whatever they can to help. Definitely recommend.
