We’ve been dealing with plumbing issues for so long. Called them and they were able to help us the same day! Fixed the problem with ease. The walls and flooring in my lake home was destroyed by flooding, 911 restoration was very reasonable while other quotes were price gouging, they were also very professional and quality of work was 2nd to none!

911 restoration is an amazing company, they arrived at my home in a very timely manner when my kitchen sink pipe busted and flooded my whole house while I was asleep. They came in and removed all the water very quickly and cleaned up my whole house and did everything needed to fully restore my home. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to help me in my time of need.

I called 911 Restoration in Aug 2021, because of the 5 star rating, to repair minor fire damage above the master bathroom. They were low bidder at $24,000. After hiring them they came back two weeks later and said it would be $38,000, but they would do a turnkey job beyond specs set by insurance company. Checks were always written to a MAC Construction in Claremore.
12” of new insulation in the attic turned into maybe 3”. The crew stole the mirror out of the master bath, and two boxes of floor tile out of the garage. They sprayed texture on the wall electrical recepts, costing me an additional $2000 to have replaced. They spray painted the ceramic tile baseboards in all three bathrooms, and oversprayed paint onto the red brick in the kitchen and den. They broke a return air vent, costing me another $1300. And they left paint and texture material dried on the floors in every room. They shorted me 5 locksets, costing me over $250. They were in and out for almost seven months before I finally paid them off to get them out so I could finish the house. Which took me three more months partly because of the way they left the house.
Its like they used my house as a training center without regard for how they left it.
And it all started with them failing to get a city permit to do the repairs. So city inspections shut the power off from September through December.

In response to the owner. I did a review on MAC Construction even though they are out of business. But my contract was with 911 Restoration and they were aware of what MAC was doing because I called them repeatedly while contract was still open and I got nothing but lip service.

Excellent crew. Showed up on time every time. Work was top quality. Completely took care of our issue and even arranged contractors for the parts they didn’t do directly. I absolutely recommend them if you have water or mold issues!!

OCR is amazing! We live in a rural area that is difficult to find contractors to show up when they say they will. OCR did just that! They also did an amazing job with our restoration. They left the worksite clean and in better condition than when they found it. I highly recommend them.

Update: the fact that only positive reviews get acknowledged speaks volumes. :--(

First I want to say I double checked the phone number listed with the one I called to make sure I had the right place. 1 week ago I called to inquire about renting a floor dryer to finish cleaning up a flood area in my home. The gentleman came over, was very professional, checked the carpet and provided an estimate for equip rental as we as one to have them finish the dryout. Fearing possible mold I agreed to let them do it, they floated the carpet, brought in a dehumid and fans and said they would return in 3 days. Three days later the same gentleman comes in like a tornado grabs his equipment and on his way out informs me he will see about getting the carpet crew scheduled. I was not aware that a SECOND team would have to finish. 4 days and several texts messages later I'm still sleeping on the floor. I finally contacted him noting I would finish myself and we would renegotiate the bill.... he responds with the phone number of the person I need to call about the bill and says "If you can get someone yourself to do that project that's what I would do because they seem to be backed up a ways." SERIOUSLY???? If a company is too "backed up" to complete a project as small as this was perhaps they shouldn't have started it. Service that I received was great... not knowing what was going on for 4 days and discovering I had to finish it myself.... not so great.

From the moment we met Joe Meyer and his team of young men we knew we were in the right hands. They were here in NJ to help with the flood remediation from Hurricane Ida. We had so much damage to our home in the basement and a den. They were not only hard working and professional, but also compassionate and understanding and totally accommodating. Would recommend them to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need their services. Also met with Mike Manlandro the owner and meeting him made us understand why the team is so great and respectful. Just fabulous folks.

The staff was helpful and professional and great customer service. They inspected our issues for free and was helpful with how to correct the issue. We only had a small leak and a bathroom ventilation issue thankfully. Thank you 911 Restoration for ur quality service. I highly recommend this company.

Mike Manlandro came out within 24 hours of my call to their service department yesterday concerning possible mold in my home. There was an odor in some areas, but no mold was visible.

He was here this morning to check things out. He did a thorough inspection, including a visual check and measuring the moisture levels within the entire home. He took all the time needed to answer my questions, address my concerns, and determine that mold is not the problem.

Turns out the problem is humidity inside the home.

There was no charge for the consultation, inspection, or testing. There was no pressure from him, and he didn't try to sell me anything.
Instead, he offered a simple, free solution to try: changing the air conditioning thermostat fan setting from Auto to On. That way, there is continuous air movement throughout the home which should keep the home dry.

I was already pretty sold on 918 Restoration after reading their glowing Google reviews. Mike was super responsive, knowledgeable, responsible, considerate, thoughtful, honest, and creative in the solution he offered. After the service he provided this morning, I am completely sold on them.

It gives me great peace of mind to know there is not mold in my home.

This is a company you can trust. I totally recommend them.

I highly recommend this business! We had a ton of work needed to be done mold removal, basic structural damage needing repair, and more! Joe and Shawn were our go to guys and they were amazing!! We had several issues just extra complications that happened and they worked with us the whole time to make sure the work was done right, and the cost was fair. Our job was not easy and took much longer than expected but through it all they were amazing! I have recommended this company to several people and will keep singing their praises!

I’ve known the team at 911 restoration for a long time. They are amazing. I recently had them come to see if they can help me figure out why I had a leak in my garage. They quickly assessed the problem, provide a solution and had it fixed it in no time.

The best part was with how well they communicated and followed up after the fact to make sure there was no leaks and that we were happy.

Highly recommend Craig and his team. Britney’s follow up after the fact was spot on and over and above.

Had water leak in kitchen. I called 911 Restoration and they came out at 3 30 am and started to work. Doing a great job. Have to replace wood floors. Have fans going to dry everything out. Everything looking good. Thank God for insurance 911 taking care of everything.

I had a leak in my roof that was dripping onto the ceiling in a closet and causing mold to start to appear. I called them and they were out that same day. Fixed the leak, then fixed the ceiling in the same day. The cost was very reasonable too. Great group of people and very responsive. Highly recommend!

With all the flooding we really didn’t know what to do. We have never been through a flood before so we were lost as to where we should even start. The staff at 911 came in and had us feeling a lot better about a situation where we felt helpless. They helped with the insurance company and made it to where we really only had to deal with signing some paperwork. Our big decisions were only dealing with selections.
