I am a Realtor and have used Right Choice more than once. Highest quality at a fair price. Fast, Fair, Efficient, and does what he says. He just saved a Real Estate deal for me, stepping in where another roofing company failed miserably. In less than a week, he had replaced the roof with a higher quality roof for thousands less than the first (well known) roofer! The property was immaculate when they finished, not a shingle left on site!

A little over a year ago, on Fathers Day, a bad storm caused a large tree to come down on my home causing roof damage. I was introduced to Austin with Right Choice Roofing by a friend. He was a godsend! Austin was so helpful with the process of storm damage & insurance. His crew did an awesome job. With damage again to my home with the recent tornado in Claremore, there was no hesitation who I would call. Austin will be a lifetime choice for me. There is no other choice but the Right Choice!

We had Austin come to our house and quote a complete tear off and reshingle with Impact resistant shingles. The process was easy and he even came out to show us different samples twice. After we selected our choice scheduling was easy and the crew was fast and efficient. These guys/gals know their job. All of our concerns (internet antenna on the roof) were addressed thoughtfully and completely by Austin and the crew. We had a corner of our roof practically ripped off (See first picture) during one of our (Oklahoman) famous Highwind/Hail storms. We had water in our bedroom and bathroom. We called several different roofing companies and all of them wanted to come out and give us an estimate first before patching. I had a friend tell me about Right Choice and we decided to call.

We just talked to Austin over the phone and he had his lead roofer come out THE NEXT DAY and put a tarp on that corner and even spots we didn't even know!

Austin came out after that, got up on the roof, and sat down with us and laid out the whole process for us. His pricing was lower than the competitors. We decided to have Right Choice Roofing fix our roof. After agreeing, it was just a short week later and materials started showing up.

Throughout the whole process, Austin was involved. He worked with our insurance, showed up to work with the adjuster, and worked with our schedule to assure I was onsite. He was even there during the roofing job. He always answered my phone calls or immediately called me back if I had any questions. The guy was out in Claremore (after the tornado recently) on top of people's houses, putting tarps on to help the community, and he still answered the phone! If we could rate on Austin's customer service, it would be a 5 Star too!

After the job was done, they cleaned up everything so well. The roof looks stunning. Austin and Right Choice Roofing did a fantastic job! Check out the finished roof!

We had a branch fall on our roof puncturing the shingles and decking. I called Austin at a friend’s suggestion, and he scheduled a time to come by. I was given an estimate and the job was finished a little more than 24 hours later. They were able to color match the shingles perfectly, and the price was more than reasonable. Do your research before going with an honest roofing company. I’ve had other well known roofing companies come out and willing to get my roof replaced but most of them are only able to get me level 2 to level 3 shingles for what my Insurance quoted me. They will try to replace your roof with the lowest grade of shingles for premium dollars.I ended up going with Right Choice Roofing and I tell you what. I couldn’t be happier. Nick Miller replaced our roof after a huge tree branch fell and ripped a huge hole through it. He quickly met us at our house after the initial damage and worked with our insurance and adjustor. Because of the tree blocking the roof, he wasn’t able to do a digital read for the roof measurements and so he had to do it all by hand. Basically, Nick went above and beyond again and again and I would recommend him to a friend or family member in a heartbeat. I know we had to have felt like such a difficult case, but he never made us feel that way.

Our shingles came up from several storms worth of damage. They were able to come out the next day. When they came to give an estimate they also noticed a shoddy job done where our hot water tank was replaced. They quoted us a rate that was VERY acceptable. One of the things I appreciate is the continuous updates they give us on what they are doing and the amazingly kind staff. I VERY HIGHLY recommend the and we will use them in the future for all of our roof work. Austin and Justin went above and beyond to make this experience easy and painless.

Repaired a challenging leak, that had been done incorrect previously. Matched existing shingles. Tested repair and followed up after the first rain about a week later to ensure issue was resolved. Fair, honest, and cares about the quality of work. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a breath of fresh air!!! You won't be disappointed. Austin is very professional and believes in Malarkey shingles. They should be proud to have him as a representative of their products. Not only did he NOT try to rip our heads off in pricing, he went way above and beyond our expectations.
There was much more damage then we first thought to eaves, soffits, facia etc. They took care of the unseen problems, used premium lumber and even reinstalled my guttering properly.
Austin was always in communication with us. He told us what would be happening, when and where. The entire crew from Carlo's and Saul, to all the other workers, were helpful and conscientious about the jobs they were performing. Not only did they show up on time, they actually came back the next day! I live at Grand lake, trying to get workers to work in a timely manner, much less show back up is a rarity. They didn't damage any of my landscaping, picked up all trash and debris. They ran their magnetic wheels all around my house and yard to pick up the nails. Without a doubt they are the right choice! Right Choice Roofing.Is the right choice! Austin Reed. was with me from beginning to the end of this installation. Kept me updated During the whole installation process.He stayed with the adjuster when inspecting our roof. ..unfortunately was not enough to justify hail damage or wind damage. Justin stayed with adjuster while inspecting the roof. Gave me a very fair price. once I gave him to go ahead He had the materials at my house within two days. They started the Job the next day. His crew started at sunrise and did not leave until sunset. Unlike other contractors they showed up when they said they would be there. I have also requested Contractors to come out and look at my roof and my sons ceiling multiple times and never got anybody to show up. I also had contractors do work before, and they showed up several hours late took two hour lunches. I have also heard horror stories,where people have approved roof repair, they throw down some tarp stick a bunch of shingles on the roof and don’t show up for several days or weeks later. highly recommend Right Choice Roofing. Made me feel good about spending a whole Lotta money which we didn’t have. These days it's hard to find people like Austin. Austin wanted my business and he got it.

These guys are awesome. They put a new roof on our house over a year ago and it looks great. Recently, they came out twice attempting to correct what we thought was a small leak. On the second visit they discovered that it was actually a plumbing issue. I offered to pay them for their time but the wouldn’t have it. They are a great service based company.

We are very pleased with the TPO roof instsllation that the good folks at RCR did for our business. We had a very old tar and gravel roof that was a disaster. I needed some fascia work done also and they were happy to get on it. When you’re dealing with repairs like this you want guys who are responsive, professional, who communicate during the whole process, who do what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it at the price they quoted, and follow up. I was in desperate need of getting a house roofed, so we could close on it. He started the next day and finished in 2 days. Just in time for us to close. We were so pleased we had him roof another house for us. Plus we had some shingles blow off in a storm at our house and he fixed and didn’t even charge us.

On May 21st 2019 we suffered hail damage to our home. The neighborhood was flooded with contractors the next day as you can expect. Some were complacent and some were a bit pushy as they wanted to scoop up as many customers as they could. One person stood out amungst them all. This was Rick from Right Choice Roofing. He took the time to go up and get pics of the existing damage and present the pics and what time has done to my roof. I asked Rick to come back the next day so I could do a little homework on Right Choice and this did not pose any issues with Rick. From then on they were by our side through the process of the insurance claim including the meeting with the adjuster.. They sent out Saul the crew leader and his guys this was before an insurance check had even been mailed. I cant say enough about the guys on the roof, everyone of them was polite and respectful at all times. Except for the sound of the nail gun you wouldnt even know they were there. It was hot as heck and these guys worked for 13 hours the first day and were finished by noon on the second day. Billy the owner is personable and treats all customers like family, he takes pride in his comapny as well as his employees and it shows in the attitudes of the workers. The roof looks great. I would reccomend these guys to anyone and would have them back again hopefully not for another 20 years but if something happens to my roof they will be the first people I call. Thanks guy

Right Choice Roofing are very customer oriented and explain everything about a roof simply to feel more at ease. Austin Reed met with my insurance adjuster and pointed out leaks as well as hail damage totaling the roof and gutters. He only took half up front until the roof was complete. His team cleaned up all debris and nails and staples going through the yard front and back with a magnet two times. He added roof vents at no extra charge. Also added ice and rain shield under shingles. He added 30 year textured shingles matching the rest of the block. Very honest company that will replace bad plywood when needed. A plus company you can trust. The whole job took 2 days to complete like he promised.
