First and foremost, our roof looks great! Beyond that, Summit and David did the job quickly and efficiently, working steadily while on our property taking care to avoid damage to our shrubs and the rest of the yard. David responded to our initial call immediately, showed up when he said he would, and handled the job professionally and so quickly - and in the winter too! Thank you so much!!

I have enjoyed a terrific experience while working with Summit Roofing of New England. They quickly replaced my roof with the GAF products and roof shingles they installed, but also the GAF lifetime warranty for our family was key! Summit Roofing also replaced 5 of my damaged skylights with Velux products, they look amazing! David the owner of Summit was always available and present during this process, honestly that went faster than I initially thought! I would definitely recommend Summit Roofing of New England for your roof repair and replacement.

This review has taken some time to post because it was needed to see the results of Summit Roofing of NE services after all the rain that New Hampshire has had since getting the new roof. It also concerns the company who put a new roof and shingle on our 3 season porch.
2023 and winter storm Elliot (I believe) came through. The storm caused leaking around our Chimney and other areas in the attic. One of the on going problems we had was in our 3 season porch that leaked where the house met the porch roof; 2017 we had Merrimack Valley Roofing and Gutter came out and reroofed (particle board and rubber roofing) the 3 season porch. I had to have them come back twice because the leaking did not stop and was worse. What the company did was send two men out and they put clear caulking where the roof met the house. I had to speak to the Manager a 3rd time and he was very nasty..I asked him to come out and see the shoddy work that was done on a corner section of the roof and the caulking was not working, he spoke loudly to me and said, "I am a 70 year old man, I am not coming out to stand on your roof. He went on to say, it is your siding. Have someone come out and fix that." I had someone come and they said they didn't put any flashing in that are, which they should. I didn't call MVR&G back....
Forward 6 years, 2023 storm, Summit Roofing of NE....OMGoodness, they stripped and reshingled the main house correcting any areas that needed new wood and reshingled the 3 season porch.. NO LEAKS at all. All is dry. And my porch is not lined with buckets anymore. It has been dry since February and with all the rain we have been having, I wanted to make sure it stayed dry before wrote a review.
David Freeman who is the owner of Summit Roofing of NE was wonderful and came to our rescue. The men on the job were professionals and knew what they were doing. David was on the job every day.
Unlike Merrimack Valley Roofing and Gutter, who did not get out of his car and didn't check to see if the apprentice on the job did the corner of the house correctly (I overheard the young man ask one of the roofers how to work the corner to the house and he yelled over to him to put something somewhere. I, also, didn't like how they didn't make a clean cut at the corner of the house and porch on the plywood...they snapped it off and stuck it there.
Summit Roofing of NE corrected that corner and put a solid piece of plywood in its place.
