Got a great deck at a reasonable cost. The only reason I can’t give five stars is the amount of effort I had to put in to make sure things were right. I thought hiring a general contractor would mean I wouldn’t have to supervise the work, but I did. If you are willing to keep an eye on the Massachusetts “craftsmen”, I would highly recommend this company.

Sam gave me a very reasonable quote, explained what & why repairs needed. The job was completed promptly and with high-quality work, with no messes left behind. I was so satisfied with the work for me I recommended him to do roofing repairs on my son’s 80plus years home. Which they also where very happy & satisfied with. I sincerely recommend them highly.

Completed siding and gutter repairs on an old house. Sam personally bid the project, was available throughout, and completed a final walkthrough with me before finishing. Sam found a few minor fixes to to the work I wouldn't have even noticed and insisted on fixing them. His bid was fair, and he came in at price. I would recommend for any home repair or house remodeling needs.

We had to have some wood on the front of our house replaced with hardiplank boards and then we needed all the trim with new boards painted. Sam and his crew did siding work for me Siding Repair due to wind damage and fix some rotting trim board on my window and side of the house they did an excellent job on it and painted it as well I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them in the future

I got tired of major storms blowing the metal fascia strips off the gable ends of the house. Finally the fascia on the 40 ft side of house blew off and it was beyond my ability to repair. I contacted Sam to see what could be done to fix and prevent the problem from reoccurring. His solution was to install cedar fascia boards over the existing metal sheeting. His team arrived and despite of the significantly high roof line, was able to quickly and cost effectively fix the problem. The new fascia boards look fantastic and we are ready for the next big storm. Thanks Sam and team.

Sam was able to quote the job using pictures i sent with my phone, then came out the next day and did my high siding repair. The quote was much less than the exorbitant prices two others quoted and the repair now looks great. I will definitely use them again in the future.

A recent windstorm removed and damaged some vinyl siding on my home. Sam, the owner of Exteriors Plus, responded to my on-line appointment request promptly and came to assess the job in a timely manner. While here, Sam found numerous other siding problems, and he explained these to me in great detail. He is very honest, and I appreciated that he didn't just tell me I had other problems but showed me. The siding was fixed today, and he did an excellent job in finding as close a match to my current siding as there could possibly be since mine is no longer manufactured. I also had Sam and his employee do a roof inspection to check my vents. I highly recommend this company, and, in fact, I have hired them to do another project. The price was fair, and Sam is very good about replying to any calls or texts right away. I'm very glad I now have an excellent resource for any exterior home problems I may experience in the future.

Sam and his crew were very responsive and quick to come out when a gutter fell and was dangling off the house. Due to the nature of it needing quick attention I didn't shop prices much but the quote he gave me was very reasonable. Very happy with the work and speed it was performed. Thanks again!

Sam and his crew are awesome. He worked out an awesome price with me for the gutters when others wanted twice as much as he did. Also worked with me on siding for my home. They are fast and it looks really nice.

Sam and his crew were incredibly helpful for me in a pinch. I needed a small amount of siding done, for which other companies gave exorbitant estimates. He got his crew out and finished the project in a day and a half. It looks like a whole new place!

Fascia was blown loose because of a wind storm. Business owner came out on the Saturday of the storm and removed the loose piece of fascia. Then returned during the week to replace the fascia. Workmanship was good and we appreciated the same day service to remove the loose piece.

Came out and replaced gutter on my garage. Did an excellent job. Friendly professional people. Would recommend on your next gutter installation.

We were in a pinch with time and needed some siding work done. We reached out to Exteriors Plus and they showed up super fast to do an estimate, provided a great price, and then completed the work way ahead of schedule. Others mentioned, but they needed to match some siding color, they were able to match ours and we are very happy with their work. Very friendly, very responsive, and do great work.

I had siding repaired on right and left side of my home,this company was very reasonable in price and very professional.I would definitely use or refer them to others.

Used them to fix a flat roof on a back porch. did a great job showed up when they said they would and finished the job in a timely manner. Went above and beyond found a couple other issued they went ahead and fixed while doing the job. Were very thorough in cleaning up after themselves. I am using them again for another job I have to get done. Great job and would highly recommend.

Sam and his crew did a job for us a year ago and we had them back to replace our roof . Both Sam and his crew are friendly and easy to work with.

I hired this company to do some soffit caps, fascia board and patio door support replacements. I did have some scheduling issues mostly due to rain so there were several dates set up for which they did not come. I would give them a 5 based on the work performed but I think the communication could be a little better to reschedule when they are not going to come for an appointed time. When they were finally able to do the job they were fast, efficient, friendly, cleaned everything up and the price, I felt was very reasonable. The owner stayed on the premises while his crew was working. I would absolutely hire them again to do work of this nature.

We had Exteriors Plus do several small projects for us. Fixing aluminum flashing and replacing soffits; gutter repairs, and installing new gutters on our detached garage. Sam gave us quick accurate quotes on all this work. His team did top-notch work. Along the way, there were a few findings that he was quick to communicate that did expand the work a very little (rotten wood won't hold up a gutter). In the end, we were on budget and after a rain delay, we were on time!

Me and my wife was very satisfied with the work they did. And it was done very quickly also very good work.

Lived in one of the owners rentals for 2 years, in that time, getting anything fixed was a hassle. Had to constantly blow him up and when it was fixed it was always a poor job. Most recently got stuck with a $325 water bill due to a water leak that he didn’t resolve back in February of 2018. His wife and him both assured me they had no intentions to do me wrong, but both did. Will not answer any calls or texts regarding the matter. A slumlord at your finest.
