I have an older home that has original wooden fascia and soffits and has never had gutters. Summit Exteriors replaced and repaired all the wood rot (which was substantial on my garage), wrapped the fascia and soffits, and installed gutters. All of the workers were prompt, polite and friendly. Dan went above and beyond to help work with my old house quirks (including figuring out how and where to move the home's main electrical hookup, which I was very worried about). He made sure the job was done right and that I was happy with the results. I cannot thank him enough for making the job as perfect and stress free as possible. Everyone at Summit was a joy to work with! We had a small soffit job we were struggling to find help with because of the size of the job. After sending some pictures, Summit agreed to help and came out two days later. Not only did they complete our job perfectly in a short amount of time, they also fixed some siding we were having trouble with. We highly recommend this company!!

They were very attentive to get everything right. Color schemes I was very impressed with as they rechecked and double checked that everything was perfect. They did my roof in one day! They worked so hard. Everything was professionally done. It looked wonderful. Next was gutters and they looked amazing. Best part of it all was they finance as I couldnt afford it all at one time. Jeff was wonderful to work with. He was professional, respectful, and very patient. He was referred to us by a neighbor when we needed a repair. Jeff came out and assessed our issue. He made the necessary repair but also noticed another problem related to our chimney. Thanks to his insight, we were able to take of a problem before it became a much more expensive issue.
We called Jeff again when we needed to replace our roof. He was so easy to work with. His crew was great. The job was done in less than a day, and they did a great job of cleaning up any mess.

We used Summit Exteriors for roofing following a hail storm. We were more than pleased with quality work, as well as their help and guidance in dealing with the insurance company. So much so that we just had Summit Exteriors remove and replace our siding, soffit and facia. Again very pleased with the quality work.

Jeff was very responsive and easy to work with, definitely appreciate the professional customer service throughout throughout the process. Jeff came out to my home for a cost estimate and was very knowledgeable and provided me with a thorough recommendation of gutter and downspout system specific for my home. I was scheduled for mid November/2021 for an new gutter install however, Summit Exteriors found a way to get my gutters installed 3 weeks ahead of my install date which I was very happy about before winter. The install crew came out and did a great job. It took them just one day to complete. I appreciate them cleaning up all debris around my house as well. The seamless/ hand mitre corners on our gutters look excellent and very clean!! We highly recommend Summit Exteriors!

This was the fourth project Jeff has done for us (siding, windows, gutters and roof. All have gone well. Jeff has always been easy to work with. He listens to what we want and always keeps us posted on progress. I will always call him first.

I had damage to my roof. I called Summit Exteriors and spoke with Jeff to get my roof inspected. Dan came out and inspected the damage. We had the insurance company come to inspect the damage and they said the same thing as Summit Exteriors. To replace our shingles and repairs needed. The work was done in 1 day, professionally installed and looks great.

The only thing I didn’t like was I did find nails around the yard for a week or two after they were done, but I think that’s kinda expected to have some.

Summit provided great service and responded quickly to all of my questions. We changed our mind on colors a couple times and they were very understanding, helpful, and made sure we were able to have the color we ultimately wanted installed. We could not be happier with how the gutters turned out - now we just need a bit of rain to put them to use!

The team worked hard due to rain, snow and cold. They far.exceeded the expectations we had for completion but on time. They also helped us with the paper work that is required on roof repair.
We would definitely use them again and will pass the Summit Exteriors Inc to all of our friends and family,

I had major hail damage after a big storm last summer and called Summit upon referral from a friend. I was more than satisfied with them. Jeff showed up when he said he would and gave me honest and professional feedback/advice about what was needed. Upon agreeing to go with Summit Jeff worked closely with my insurance company on the claims and I was able to get my entire roof replaced and covered by my insurance. When it was time to do the work his crew showed up when he said they would, finished in 2 days, cleaned up all their mess/debris and the quality of the work was great. I'd definitely recommend Summit Exteriors and would use them again for any exterior work I needed done.

We hired Summit Exteriors to replace our roof after a hail storm. We certainly were not the first to be contact someone to work on our roof. Jeff Hubbard, the owner, came out to inspect our roof and provided us with an estimate. The crew showed up one morning and got right to work. I am not a roofing expert but I could see from the finished product that our roof was replaced expertly. We also had Summit replace our gutters with a leaf guard-like gutter product. Again the work was done quickly and perfectly. I would highly recommend Summit Exteriors.

Summit exteriors redid the siding on our home. They took off all of the old wood siding and put up a beautiful vinyl siding for us. They were punctual and efficient and the workers that came to the house were really kind and respectful of our property. We were really happy with the work they did and felt like the cost was reasonable. We would use them again for any other work on our home.

I had gutters installed for my son as a house warming gift Jeff was great to work with and he and his crew did a fast high quality job I would recommend them and I would use them again top notch!

They have done 4 jobs for me: 3 gutter installs, and a large bay window install. The gutter jobs were seamless aluminum, with one being a very tricky installation over a curved-window solarium. All of them look sharp, and have performed well (oldest was done 4 years ago).
The bay window install was especially noteworthy. It was on the 3rd floor (finished attic) of a 115-year old house in Uptown with a very unique style. They were more expensive than other bids, but promised a proper fit with a correct match of the style. They delivered on their promise. I've referred them to friends and neighbors.

Summit was easy to work with. They came gave a quote when they said they would. They price was fair and they came and installed it again when they said they would. They did an excellent job on the install and the gutters look awesome...well as awesome as gutters can look anyway.

The roof is the most important part of a house and it's a big investment, so i was careful about choosing a company i felt like i could trust to replace mine. I read lots of online reviews, and got estimates from four companies.
The most expensive one never even came to look at my roof in person.
I waited two weeks for the guy from the next most expensive company. He touted their excellent service record and longevity in the business, which is great, but he said very little about my roof. Another well-advertised company gave me a reasonable estimate, but that guy's answers to some of my questions left me questioning his integrity. It seemed like they were less expensive than the others because they were willing to "cut corners".

Summit Exteriors was recommended by a friend of mine. She said they did a good job on her roof, so i contacted them. They got back to me right away and came to look at my roof a couple days later. Of the four "salesmen" i'd dealt with, Dan was the only one who seemed like a regular guy who has actually worked on houses. He was also the only one to show me physical samples of the product they'd be using. The other two i'd met in person just gave me pamphlets and paperwork. They were available when i had questions and responded promptly and, i think, honestly. And, it turns out, they also quoted me the best price.

And when i decided to entrust Summit with my roof, they got me on the schedule for the following week. Two days ago, Dan and his crew arrived just before i left for work and they were done and had everything all cleaned up before i got home. The existing roof was in really bad shape, so i was concerned about the condition of the plywood underneath, but once the old shingles were removed, Dan sent a photo showing it was still good. Since i couldn't be there to see it for myself, that really put my mind at ease. I was really impressed with the new roof i came home to.

It's only been a couple days and it hasn't even rained yet, so i guess time will be the true judge of their quality and craftsmanship, but as of now, i feel fairly confident that i made the right choice with Summit Exteriors. The condition of my roof has been weighing heavily on my mind for years. So, it's good to finally have a new roof and some peace of mind and not end up knee deep in debt.

Jeff was very professional and helpful in helping me figure out how to solve a drainage issue on my roof. I left a message for him over the weekend and he got back to right away even thou they weren't open! I was impressed by his quick and helpful response!

Summit Exteriors recently completed the gutters on our new home. I can't say enough about my experience. Superior customer service and quality workmanship that is second to none.

They worked with me on selecting a color that would match the stone on the front of my house vs. having the same white gutter coming down and sticking out.

I have recommended Summit to our new development and 3 other homes have already gone with them for their gutters with more to follow. Those of us who have had them installed all attest to our happiness with the entire experience from quoting through installation.

What I appreciated most was the gentlemen who were installing letting me know in person when they arrived that they would be on ladders near my windows and to not be alarmed. They checked back in with me prior to departing and walked me around the house to show me where the spouts were and how they moved for mowing. They also pointed out two sprinkler heads that they recommended I have moved based on where the gutters landed.

Summit truly went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Summit Exteriors to anyone looking for a company who will make you feel like you're special and who's recommendations were perfect, especially for someone who doesn't know much (anything!) about gutters. They even told me I didn't need gutter covers when I was going to buy them. It's not often you work with a company who is that honest and doesn't take money for a sale when something isn't needed.

Summit Exteriors recently replaced my siding with vinyl, and updgraded my soffit, fascia, and gutters. This was my first major project as a home owner so I was unsure of what to expect. The entire process was smooth and process. I requested a quote online, and shortly afterwards, I was contacted by Dan to schedule the estimate.
The end product after the work was done was beautiful! I am constantly getting compliments from neighbors and friends. The crew working on my house were professional, hard-working, and responsible. They had to deal with a brutal stretch of winter, and took it in stride.

First they came out to examine my roof then they worked with my insurance company to schedule the insurance inspectors so that Dan and Jeff could be here during the inspection. They were able to point out things to the two inspectors that they were missing. The crew that replaced the roof did a great job. Both Dan and Jeff where professional and good communicators, they keeper me informed every step of the way. I would and have recommended them. In fact I am now having them replace my gutters.
