We were experiencing some minor water damage that would be resolved by installing some additional gutters. We sought a few bids and decided to select Blackrock. Penny did a fantastic job of evaluating our situation and making logical recommendations, and this was the deciding factor. The process was easy and we signed the contract and made a deposit all on-line, which saved time and was super convenient. The crew arrived, set-up, did the work and made sure we were satisfied then did a thorough clean up and off they went. I think they may have been on our property for an hour and a half! Penny followed up to make sure everything we discussed was completed, which is a great touch!. The team at Blackrock has been fantastic throughout out project and I recommend anyone give them a call for a bid on any home projects they can help with.

Wow Wow Wow!! We hired Blackrock Exteriors after our roof was damaged by hail and we could not be more pleased with how it turned out. They make the process very easy on the homeowner and they deal with the pesky insurance companies so the homeowner doesn’t have to. Penny and her team are the real deal! 10/10!

We had a great experience with Blackrock Exteriors. We called Blackrock about a leak in our roof, and they were out the very next day to assess the situation. Penny immediately diagnosed the problem, presented a plan for fixing it, and gave us a quote (less than we had anticipated!).

Other companies we contacted for quotes took weeks to get back to us, or sent over employees who did very half-hearted inspections. Penny quickly responded to all of our emails and texts and was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. She and her crew showed up promptly, worked very quickly, and took care to thoroughly clean up the site.

Bonus points for the crew helping me carry a heavy baby stroller down the front steps!

Penny is truly amazing. She managed the work for a new roof and siding for my home. She helped me make decisions and she did not hesitate to steer me in the right direction. If you want a hard worker and someone who is honest and dependable, she is that person and more.

Penny came out to inspect our roof after we’d had some leaks. We were so very appreciative of the time and effort she spent teaching my husband about the roof and how to repair it ourselves until we can get a new one. She was very knowledgeable, meticulous and thorough, and willing to educate us about the roof and its issues. It made an impression, as we greatly value honest and kind people with the heart of a teacher. We have not yet used the company for a new roof, but we had a wonderful experience with Penny and Black Rock.
