Summit Exteriors replaced some siding on my home. They did an excellent job, were professional, and cleaned up afterwards (hardly knew they were there). Ryan was very helpful in providing colors and different options. I would definitely use them again.

Josh seems like a nice enough guy, but you're only as good as your subcontractors. Workers tossed about our year old gutters like they were trash and in fact did destroy and damage parts that they then had to replace. Said they would remove all damaged rotted wood. They did not do that. We have dogs and they left lots of dangerous pieces for our dogs to possibly eat. They left garbage on our lawn. Workers sided over the dryer vent and did not inform us. Luckily we did not use the dryer during this time but if we had the outcome could have been catastrophic. Owner had to come on a Saturday afternoon to do it himself. Was told the job would be done by end of day Saturday. Owner assumed it was finished on Friday but in reality didn't get done till the following Tuesday, and product was left on our lawn till following friday.picture below is of the strip right above our garage door. It looks like an amateur job. I could go on and on.

This is the 2nd time using Summit for gutters. Both times we had a great experience. I want a company that will do the work correctly the first time, and that is what you will get with Summit. The crew that installed our most recent gutters were punctual, professional, quiet, and clean! There was not a screw or a scrap of metal left anywhere when they were finished. We highly recommend this company.

We worked Jeff and Summit Exteriors to help replace our roof, siding and gutters due to a hail storm in 5/22. From the initial inspection, working with insurance to file our claim, to the actual siding, roof and gutter replacement, Summit Exteriors was extremely helpful at every step of the way. They provided a clear detailed plan for the expectations of what was to come and guidance if anything was needed from us when working with the insurance company. Jeff and his group were extremely responsive which we found to be so valuable during such a large scale project.

In addition to the high quality work, we were very impressed by the installation teams friendliness and level of care they took for our house, yard and family. Following each work day (long hours in summer) our yard was left clean and organized.

They were professional, easy to work with and did an absolutely fantastic job on my roof and home exterior. I’ve never had to put in an insurance claim prior to this and felt pretty nervous; they explained everything in detail in an easy to understand way so I didn’t have to worry and knew just what to expect. Not to mention fast turn around time! With all the storms earlier this year I assumed it would take much longer than it actually did. I couldn’t be more pleased!

This was our first time doing business with Summit. We had a corner piece of our soffit bend away from the house and last year a bird nested in our soffit. They have never done any work on our house but were so helpful to take on this minor repair during a season that is very busy for contractors. The work looks great! The correspondence was very courteous, professional, and timely. We will definitely use Summit Exteriors in the future for any work we need done.

Jeff stopped out the same day I called to take a look at our roof. He gave me his recommendations, sent over a detailed quote and everything seemed extremely reasonable. Jeff was very responsive and professional! The process from estimate to installation took about a week, and the finished product looks fantastic! The price was right too!

The main job was replacing all of the siding on the house and repairing a few rotting problems underneath. The job also included a rain gutter upgrade, some window wrapping, and some electrical work. It was truly outstanding. The in-person rep, Dan, was a truly great guy to work with. He took an intense interest in the job and talked to us often with high interest and commitment to our preferences. The siding crew were perfectionists, and it is a perfect job. The lead of the siding crew, Luiz, was a deep expert at his trade and had many suggestions with detailed explanations of the reasons. I was surprised at how they opted to do some really picky work just to make things look better in a couple of tight spots. All I can say is Wow, this company and their contractors are great. We are completely delighted.

We had storm damage to our original vinyl siding. Summit was responsive and provided a lot of options and knowledge to selecting the best replacement. The installation provided many updates to the over-all quality over the original installation. The crew worked from 7am to 7pm to knock it out in 2days which was appreciated to minimize work from home intrusion. We've watched neighbors go through many issues with other "storm chaser" outfits. Summit is top-notch.

We have used summit exteriors a few times the past years for projects. This time we had some siding replaced from a previous hailstorm and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Jeff is great to work with and will keep using them in the future.

Jeff and his team are fantastic! They have done a number of jobs for me including a new roof, gutters, siding repair and more! Jeff is professional, prompt, and does what he says he is going to do. When it came to working with a claims adjuster through my insurance company, Jeff managed the process perfectly. He was at every appointment and did all the “dirty work” to make my life easier. I have recommended Jeff to my family, friends, and neighbors and will continue to do so when general contract work is needed.

Summit did some work for me about a year ago. They were very competitively priced and were awesome to work with! Everything was done right and even offered some great suggestions about some tricky spots for downspouts. Jeff and Dan are both great guys to work with. I would highly recommend them to do any exterior work that you may be thinking about getting done.

Called Summit based on a recommendation from a friend after a storm damaged my roof, siding, gutters, etc. Jeff gave honest advice on what needed to be done and dealt directly with my insurance company whenever possible. Likely wouldn't have made it through the long drawn out insurance process without his help. Will definitely be calling Summit again the next time I need exterior work.

Summit was always very responsive and friendly to work with. Dan always made himself available when I had questions and they were able to get my roof replaced after a storm before any of my neighbor's even got their estimates back.

We just had gutters installed from Summit and had a great experience!! From responding to our inquiry about getting gutters, to getting the estimate done super fast and conveniently to keeping us informed when the installation would be done, Summit was excellent. The gutters look great and this was easy. I know this sounds like fake feedback because it is so positive, but truly we had this great of an experience.

Updated - Had a slight gutter tweak 4 months later and he came out for FREE and made the adjustments. The gutters look great and Dan did a really good job getting issues resolved. Had an issue with the installation between the 2nd to 3rd stall transition but Dan had his crew out in less than a day.

Called for an estimate for replacing the roof on three building, due to recent storm damage. They asked alot of insurance questions about the money I received from the insurance company and nothing about my roof. Sounds like they were more interested in overbilling the insurance company than doing my roof. Ended going with a contractor that was more concerned with my roof.

Highly recommend this company. They were great to work with from start to finish! Quick and efficient with excellent work. We will definitely use them for our future projects!

GREAT job with my roof replacement! I waited a full year to write this review because I wanted to experience 4 full seasons with no issues. Perfect job! No leaks, all the new vents look and work great, no issues whatsoever. SO happy that I met Jeff and his team. HIghly recommend these folks!

I had Summit Exteriors replace a leaking skylight and they did a phenomenal job! They were able to get me in their schedule within a reasonable amount of time and they gave me a great price for my skylight and install.

The 2 crew men were very thorough, kind and helpful. I appreciated their attention to detail and making sure I was happy with the job. They took a before and after picture and pointed out the problem with the old window and why in leaked when it rained. It really looks awesome and no more leaks!

They were even kind enough to look into a concern I had with my chimney. They took another picture of what was wrong and expressed concern to not light a fire until I contact my chimney service.

I have worked with Jeff at Summit Exteriors on a couple of projects. His crew installed new siding, soffit and fascia on our house and did a great job. They were willing and able to make changes we requested after the crew started without making it sound like a hassle. In addition, his crew installed a new roof, soffit and fascia on our rental house. Jeff was excellent at communicating the work timeline to myself and the tenants. We hired Summit Exteriors to put gutters on our new home. The roof lines are really complex and we struggled to determine how we would be able to put gutters up which could be functional and not an eyesore in addition. Jeff from Summit had a number of great suggestions. We took bids from several other local companies who came recommended by friends and neighbors...who didn't have the same quality suggestions. Ultimately we found Summit Exteriors to be the most knowledgeable, experienced, and competitively priced. We are very pleased with our decision. We've had our gutters for a few seasons now and they work well, and look great. We will use Summit again and have recommended them to others.

We have been working with Summit Exteriors for several years already. Our roof has been replaced twice for hail damage and it was totally handled by Summit Exteriors with no problems. On the second time we we also added Leaf Proof gutters that have relived us from having to clean our gutters every fall before the snow flies. They also installed aluminum on the wood around the windows and doors of our stucco house further reducing maintenance as we have grown older. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and no longer bother looking for competing bids.

We have worked with Summit Exteriors more than once. They took all of the hassle out of my remodeling project. They also provided quick response and great support for some storm damage we experienced 4 years ago. Although we did get several quotes they turned out to be the most reasonable. It's not easy to find a good, reliable contractor and I am very happy we finally found one!
