OVERALL: From start to finish, we couldn't be more happy with Northface! Professional, organized, communication was second to none, and everyone we dealt with was polite and courteous of our property.

ISSUE: We had a slow leak coming from the second level of our 7 year old home, and entering above our front door. It was a mystery where the leak was coming from. Steve graciously came out in a down pour and attempted to diagnose the issue. He gave us a complete write up with detailed photos and descriptions. We were given a few tips to mitigate the water leak ourselves. At the time, we appreciated the option to take care of the issue ourselves and weren't charged for potentially unnecessary work. After another down pour, water started coming in again. Northface came back out in a timely manner, and did another total assessment of the area, spending several hours inspecting each potential point of entry. It was later determined we needed to pull the siding/wrap/flashing off the area of our home, and reseal with new material. We were given a direct, hard copy, of a quote; with itemized sections to see what exactly we were paying for. We were only charged for the necessary new materials, and not our siding/J-channel or other reusable pieces that were not the cause of the leak.

WORK COMPLETION: Dylan arrived on time. He was very professional, respectful of our property, and thorough. We received numerous before and after photos. He communicated with us, on-site, before and after the job was complete. The day the work was completed, it was obvious during the build of our home, a Centra Homes contractor used a broad head box nail to even out the window trim, leaving a hole in the house wrap. After 7 years, water had enough time to finally and continuously get inside our home.

FOLLOW-UP: Steve reached out after the work was complete to see if we had any questions or concerns and to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

Luckily for us, as homeowners, there are 5 star businesses still out there, that truly care about the quality of customer service they give and settle for nothing less than the best.

We worked with Andrew at Northface Construction to replace our roof after it was damaged by a hailstorm. Andrew walked us through the process, worked with our insurance company, and was very professional. My parents have also used them for a roof replacement, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.

I am super happy with my new roof, windows, and gutters. I did an upgraded roof with GAF Grand Sequoia on my A-frame: thicker shingle with more dimension. Here are some pics!

Andrew S. came out to the house to inspect what I thought was a leak in our roofing and he was able to confirm it was just a spot where paint on the ceiling was missed, not a water spot. But he took the time to educate me on roof maintenance, still did a full inspection and let me know that our roof was sound. It was a great relief as we were worried about a large expense we hadn't budgeted for. Had a great experience with Northface and Andrew, my primary contact, helping guide me through an insurance claim that took over a year to get approved. They were responsive, coming out multiple times to provide additional photos and documentation, and ultimately helped get a full roof replacement approved from hail damage. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner and looks great.

After buying a new home, Andrew came out and inspected our cedar shake roof. He is extremely knowledgable and thorough, providing us 360' views with drone photos and footage and an up close physical inspection that gave us the quality assessment and assurance we needed.

Devyn came out to check out my roof to see why I might be getting some water marks in my ceiling. He noticed a lot of exposed rusted nails among a few other things. He sealed up everything he could find free of charge! I'll definitely use them for future projects and recommend them to my friends.

The scope of our hail damage repair project was enormous and Northface Construction did an amazing job addressing every detail. Our church, parsonage, and garage incurred hail damage in Q3 of 2023. Project Consultant, Andrew Schell, was a true partner in determining the damage incurred and following through to see that every detail was addressed. Steve Linn was integral in working with our insurance company and acting in our best interest. He diligently worked with them, following up frequently, and keeping us in the loop, to keep the project moving forward. The crews and subcontractors were professional, hard-working, and meticulous. All inquiries and and questions were addressed expeditiously and responses were always above and beyond. Nate Koehler, Bryan Tamm, Erick Girven, Eric Tuttle, and Christa were all amazing - always responsive and happy to help. The entire team was there for us at every turn and the end result of this huge construction project was fantastic. Timely, responsive, thorough, professional, willing, and generous. Those are the words that come to mind when I think of our experience. Andrew even brought in burgers, hot dogs, chips, and beverages for the crew and congregation members to kick-off this huge project. The attention and care given by Andrew and the rest of the Northface team was heartwarming and reassuring. We were in great hands, and so was our church. This review is long overdue, but better late than never! Northface Construction helped us get a new roof on our house after we had some storm damage. Andrew S. was great to work with, making sure we got everything we needed. After that project was done we decided to stick with NF to replace our upper windows, sliding glass door, and front door. Though it wasn't a fast project (not their fault) they were always quick to respond when we had a question or needed something looked at. When we decided to put our house up for sale and had to fix an issue in our attic before finalizing, Andrew and Northface went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! So thankful for all of the work they did.

We called Northface Construction for a roof inspection based on a failed roof inspection by Progressive Insurance.
We called Progressive to "bundle save money." Progressive had us drop our old home insurer, of 20 years, then initiated a home/roof inspection. The roof inspection failed their inspection and they threatened to drop our insurance coverage through them. Progressive provided us with inadequate documentation of the failed inspection and the fear of losing our home insurance and our mortgage.
Andrew, from NF, came out to evaluate our roof under these dire circumstances. He was very helpful and professional. He provided us with a thorough documentation including pictures and a 19 pt check sheet on our roof. We used his evaluation to dispute the progressive non-renewal issue and we won. Progressive dropped the non renewal threat. He gave us solid options, if we needed to do something, and shared that our roof was still in good condition.
Ultimately, we did not need to utilize any services for roof renewal or repair, but if we had to do something to keep our insurance we would have used Northface Construction. Andrew helped us greatly and we are appreciative for his honesty, attention to detail and professionalism.

Keith and his team were awesome. Communication was outstanding. And he called after the job was done to make sure we were happy and if we had any questions to let him know. Great customer service would highly recommend.

They did an amazing job with some fascia work I needed done. The most impressive part was how well the communicated everything with me. I will go to them for all exterior work in the future.

We had a small fire on our deck recently and hired Northface Exteriors to repair the siding. Gabby came out right away to measure, assess the damage, and get a sample of our existing siding. She also advocated with the insurance company to replace the French deck door also damaged. I have yellow steel siding that is no longer available. My insurance doesn’t cover matching the whole house anymore, so Gabby gave me options. I could pay extra to do the whole house. I could use a complimentary color to change the whole back of the house or a full section that was damaged. (Part of the house has a “bump out” which creates natural places to change colors. It would have looked ok). In the end, I had them “harvest” old siding from the back of an out building and reinstall it onto the house. They installed new green siding onto a detached garage. My house color is uniform and no one will ever notice the change. Gabby also gave me options on deck doors. French doors can have one door open or both, screen doors can be sliding (yuck) or hinged. Gabby advised there would be a 3 month wait on Marvin to build the door. I chose to wait. The door was ready a full month early. Bryan called to schedule install the next week. Then sent the siding crew a couple weeks later. They did a beautiful, thorough job. Cleaned up their mess and took all the waste with them. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

We had a great experience with Northface Construction company. We have had them replace our roof, gutters and part of the sidings. Thank you Devyn B for making this project work as quickly as possible. Keith L, Dylan and all the contractors who worked on this did a Fantastic job. The whole process of finding this company, scheduling a free consultation, schedules, overall planning, and overall experience with the technicians were all GREAT! We are happy with the results.

We recently completed three construction projects on our home. The overall project manager for this work was Mitch Potter.

The project manager for this project was Brian Larson. Brian and Keith Locniker’s crew replaced the roof in a timely professional manner. The materials used were first class and all work was done to meet local code. Their work was completed in the expected time frame and cleanup was done right the first time.

All work was professionally completed and passed city inspections with flying colors.

We had a leak coming in to one of the condos from our attic. Northface responded quickly and the employees showed up on time. The two young man were very professional and quickly pinned down the problem.

After having such a good experience with Northface in 2021 our HOA decided to hire them again after the hailstorm in 2022 damaged the roof and siding of our building. Now the work is done and we have nothing but good things to say about this experience. This started with the teamwork getting the work approved the insurance company and now the replacement of the roof and siding. Andrew, Mitch and Nate were great to work with. Questions were quickly answered and concerns dealt with in a timely fashion. The crews that replaced the roof and put on the new siding did a wonderful job. We just love how it all turned out.

It has been a little bit over a year since our big repair. He discovered that some of the siding is loose next to one of the big windows. We were so impressed that Northface actually send somebody out to inspect the siding and is working to fix it. Thank you Northface!!!
