We were needing to replace windows in our 3 season porch. We had been researching best window types for our space. Other contractors came out to try to sell us windows that were way more than we needed. When Stephan from Summit Builder's came, he gave us a bid for a good quality window that worked well for our porch. In addition, while he was estimating the bid, he noticed an area of our siding that needed repair and he fixed it right then and there!!! Summit Builders kept us informed of progress of manufacturing… gave us a date when they would be out to install the windows and they followed thru! The transformation of our 3 season porch is amazing! 12 large windows replaced , work site cleaned up in a day! We are so grateful to Summit Builders ! We highly recommend them! We will be using them for any future projects!

Emmanuil was wonderful to work with. Him and his crew replaced our roof and siding after a hail storm in June of 2023. Our insurance company was a bear to work with. He did a fantastic job to get them to pay what was damaged. We then hired them to replace our deck. We changed and added some stuff along the way and they were so accommodating to our changes. We live in Howard Lake, they had quite a drive but they didn't mind it. I highly recommend summit builders for your needs.

I have to call out Stan for his remarkable persistence in working on my claim with State Farm Insurance. My former contractor misinformed me that I had hail damage when Stan found that I did not. However, he challenged the insurance companies conclusion that new shingles were not needed around my damaged soft metal. The sheer amount of communication required was astounding. Even if the insurance company refuses to cover my roof, I will definitely use Summit Builders when replacing my roof. Stan has earned my loyalty!!

Summit Builders persevered and worked with us for 6 months contesting and proving to our Homeowners insurance (who is not a good neighbor) our roof had hail damage. The end result is the insurance company wouldn't budge and we paid for the cost of a new roof at a price point we could afford. We respect Summit's work ethic and professionalism. Summit exceeded my expectations on our re-roofing project this August. From the time we agreed on the contract to the time of completion of the project was almost 2 weeks. Incredible response. Excellent communication throughout. Professionally completed. I highly recommend them.

Summit Builders recently stained, caulked, and painted our cedar siding and trim. Alex and crew did an excellent job. Alex was easily accessible and we are very satisfied.

Stephan and Summit Builders took care of replacing about a dozen of our 15-year old builder-grade windows. From the start to finish, Stephan was very thorough and made recommendations/kept us informed of next steps. What I liked most compared to others that we got quotes from, he didn't try to over-sell and was very honest on timelines/expectations. Plus - prices were very reasonable. The work was completely quickly and the crew was very mindful of our pets/kids and cleaned up after themselves each day. Would definitely recommend.

Dillion and crew from Summit builders did A1 job on my roof and siding would recommend if you had an older home he knew how to handle it

Summit Builders did an excellent job installing our new replacement ranch style basement window. Once the custom new window came in, it was installed within (2) hours on site. Stephan and his helper were neat and efficient.I would gladly use Summit Builders again.

Dillon and his team were great! Got my roof and siding replaced and their team was fantastic. They were quick and super friendly. And Dillon was on top of communication with me for times and drop offs. Great company and I’d highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Summit! Local and highly skilled! We had Dillion work with us and he throughly explained how the process would go. He made us feel comfortable answering our novice questions and fixed everything to our standards. I was also able to qualify for financing which helped ease the burden of the roof!
