Tyler and his team did an amazing job cleaning the outside of my house. They were professional, timely, thorough and neat. They protected my plants and stained wood and managed to safely remove all the mildew buildup in various places. I came home to a sparkling exterior with no evidence that anyone had even been here. The exterior of My house looks better than I imagined it could. I could not be happier!

Tyler came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. The day that was originally scheduled was extremely windy. For the sake of quality and safety he rescheduled for the next favorably forecasted day. Tyler arrived on time and ready to work. The North side of the house is over 25 feet high and had the heaviest amount of soiling. Not a problem for him. Entire house was washed and areas of most concern looked new again. His prices are more than fair. The business is insured and he has the equipment and knowledge to do the job right. If you don't go with him when you are getting estimates you probably will be disappointed in your choice.

We had Sullivan's Softwash and Memorial Restoration clean over 200 headstones and 1 columbarium. Many of the headstones are extremely old and fragile. Tyler and his wife were very thorough and conscientious about cleaning the headstones the proper way without damaging them. We once had moldy black headstones that were hard to read and now thanks to Sullivan's we have clean readable headstones. Very Satisfied! Concord United Methodist Church

TYLER, was extremely professional, performed above and beyond what was agreed to on time and at the value price that was quoted. Sullivan Softwash was recommended by a brother in law to pressure wash my fathers home and commercial business, super thankful for the great work. I am hopeful that my father will have TYLER schedule this service a couple times of year. Not mentioning the ugreat business aspects the results in the work speak for itself. Kudos-awesome to see a well run business and service.

Tyler did a great job on my home. He was fast and very friendly! His prices are the best and fairest around. He worked well with my schedule and got the job done when he said he'd get it done! If you're looking to get your house done, you really need to do yourself a favor and go with Sullivan Softwash & Pressure Washing!
