Great value. Very clean rooms. AC kept up well. Close to the beach, restaurants and Shops. Nice view from our 3rd floor room. Proprietor was very nice and helpful with recommendations.

Location is the biggest point for us. Beautiful place . Nice and clean apartment. Had all the necessary things. Perfect loaciton. Very close walking distance to bioluminescence bay port . Walking distance to beach and plenty of parking at beach. Few small restaurants around. 2 bedrooms really help with family of 4. Clean kitchen and bathroom .

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in February. It was truly wonderful. The apartment is large, clean, and the air conditioner in the rooms work great. The balcony has a stunning view, the host was communicative and accommodating, close walk to many restaurants and bars as well as the kayaking tour companies. We want to bring the whole family back here.

Highly recommended for people prioritizing safety, service, and location. The parking area has a coded gate and they supply beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The bedrooms are air conditioned - there’s a nice fan in the living room/kitchen area. Our apartment had a fridge, microwave, sink, and an oven (wasn’t about to use the oven in August in PR lol). Please don’t expect the Ritz Carlton but otherwise this place served us very well. A 4 minute drive to Seven Seas Beach - a great beach for families with kids and there’s a marina next door that takes people to Cayo Icacos - an amazing island that looks like it could be on a postcard. It’s known for snorkeling and scuba. There’s also some really good local food all around the neighborhood and that includes limber! I appreciate these kind of places as they remind me of my childhood when I’d visit my extended family during the summers. A rustic pleasure. The pics are of the view from the apartment.

Firstly, I want to say thank you to the person who was texting me. Very nice person. Great communication skills, very kind. Very understanding and helpful. When I walked in the apartment it was very clean .. SPOTLESS-
Secondly, my dad was very happy with his queen size bed. The back patio door. His words were,”this is the best place I’ve stayed in.” (He is 76 years old)
Thirdly , I love the parking, the patio, the stores are 1 -2miles away. It’s cozy, I felt like I was at home.
Overall I will definitely be back.

No idea how they got anything above a 2* rating. Hot water in sinks only, shower fixture pitted and rotting, “drain” is a grate that they tiled over. By the time you’re finishing your shower, the water has backed up. Some plugs don’t work. Half the windows don’t open. AC is in the large bedroom only and is inefficient for that room. Don’t plan on sleeping on that futon as you can feel the metal springs as soon as you sit down. Floor might look clean, but the grout is filthy, which made me wonder how clean. Veneer on doors is splitting. There’s a stopper on the front door that drags and you can’t adjust it. Door stop on the back door doesn’t even reach the floor. ||||Website pics are downright fraud. (No reviews there by the way. I’m surprised they didn’t mfr those like they did the pics.) That lovely rooftop with pretty patio furniture & an umbrella? It doesn’t exist. There’s a rooftop – it has two scattered, ratty, leftover sectional pieces. That lovely patio with tables/chairs? Nowhere to be found. The view from your balcony? You overlook a scruffy potholed pkg lot with rusted falling cyclone fence. Yes, you can get that pic - just bend down low so the railing blocks the rest of your “view”. The secured property with gated pkg? Remote doesn’t wk. ||||Overpriced, rundown. I wanted to be near the water and a view. Technically I got that but all I wanted after I arrived was to leave! Hence no photos- I just wanted out. This is such a scam.

Well set up, good place to stay, not in very bad part of town, has rooms then just been one room, and good for saving money with what you get from the place, but dose have weak internet

Such a beautiful property with amazing views that you can't get for the price the we paid anywhere else on the island. Everything is very clean and comfortable and many activities within walking distance are available. Michael and Naomi were wonderful hosts and we will return again very soon. Thank you for such a memorable stay in Fajardo, Puerto Rico!

This is a wonderful "no frills" place to stay for a vacation. It's more of an apartment than a hotel. There's no room service and not much amenities, but you'll get a full kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared back balcony area. The AC units in the bedrooms worked well. The nearby harbor to tour the nearby islands or bio bay, and the nearby seven seas beach are all walking distance. There's an active park nearby with several restaurants and bars. It's more low key than staying in the big city but there's surprisingly a lot to do in the area. Staff was within easy contact by text message at all times. I would go back.

Farajado sometimes has a smell. It isn’t the hotels fault. The owners and very nice and attentive. Don’t let bad reviews fool you. Great for the price.

The shower hole is rusty and looks disgusting. The shower doesn't work. Imagine you already took off your clothes and you had to call the owner. She said 3 possible reasons and asked me to do it one step after one step. It was still not working. She asked me to use the shower next door. They don't provide hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. They only have toliet paper and hand soap. They only give us one small towl which is in bad quality. I used it dry my hand and strings fell on my hand. It was disgusting.|The toliet is not function well. Every time you flush It, It will take several minutes to refill the tank and then you can flush it again. It is annoying. Microwave is extremely small.|The outlet is not even on the wall. It fell off from the wall.|We regret booking this hotel.

Close to beaches, restaurants, marina lots to do , friendly owners second time staying , clean has everything you need I love this place

Room was full of mosquitos.
Walls had been covered with mildew and just painted over.
Lots of water damage/most appliances rusted.
No wifi. They say they have it. Just not in any of the rooms. Only on the ground floor porch, outside.
Construction on adjacent units started at 8 am.

Good location. Could be a good place. Currently an overpriced party-pad.

Wouldn't go back.

There was a weird stench in the entire area sorrounding the apartments.

View from the apartment is a parking lot on both sides of the building.

Everything on the inside is dated and barely functional.

Windows are poorly insulated to a point where you hear everything going on outside at all times.

Only positive thing I have to say is that it was clean.

The place was not only over priced but it was not up to the standards to be consider a hotel at all. It smells like sewer. It had a split for AC in the rooms, however the pillows and mattress had a plastic cover which made it very uncomfortable. Also, there was not soap, shampoo or conditioner to shower. I had to use hand soap since it was midnight and no place open near by. We stayed there because it was next to the kayaking activities to go see the Bioluminense lights. I DONOT recommend this location. We were past 10 minutes from our ck out time and the lady continuously called me to kick me out.

We love it here. Nice and peaceful location with room for a small family. We’ve stayed twice and I have recommended to my friends and family as well.

This place is at a great location. It is away from the city but close to many things to do on the water. Excellent views of the ocean. Close to beaches and enough good restaurants and stores to suit you. If you don't like the big city atmosphere this place is for you. They take great care of you and bring towels and such to your room while you are there and they are receptive to anything you need. They are only a phone call or text away and actually respond and try hard to make your stay a good one. I will definitely be staying here again if I ever come back to Puerto Rico! You can't get a better value for the price.

Good location right on the harbor. The place was cleaned. I wish it smelled a little better when you walked into the units and bedrooms. There are only AC units in the bedrooms, that should definitely be part of the description. I would've never stayed there if I had read that as part of the amenities. I would've looked at other places that offered AC. It wasn't pleasant at all to walk out of a cool bedroom into a very hot living room/kitchen.

There's kayaking available right in the back. Parking is safe inside. Owner is a sweet lady. Clean little apartment. Felt like a little house. The only downfall is the smell of the sea shore. But that's do to natural resources problem that haven't taken much care of the water trash. There are boats available to take you to Palomino and Culebra or Vieques. It's also close to the Luquillo beach. The food place I would recommend is La Estacion. It was delicious.

Wifi was always off. Everything was clean nice kitchen the balcony needs a few repairs Noemi was great when every we had a problem was fixed. The smell on the street was bad but never reached the apartment

Clean, lots of space, easy to get in, right next to kayak tours and several restaurants. Beach nearby. New furniture and linens. View of ocean.

Nice spot, lots of tour places basically next door. Nice beaches in walking distance, restaurants and bars too. Take the long way around your GPS will send you over a very very steep hill, small cars don't like.

This is a great location for the price. You are right on the beach with easy access to resturants, activities and the beach.

The owners provided great service and are on the property every day. The loaner chairs, beach towels and even sunblock are a great touch and you wouldn't expect it at this price point. Tour operators charge $10 to 25 for chair rentals daily, just to provide a baseline of the savings.

The location feels safe, traveling as women. There is a locked gate and the rooms have codes which are changed after each guest.

The AC is ice cold and cools the bedrooms fast. The balcony off the back has a cool ocean breeze and offers great views at night.

Seven Seas beach is within walking distance and is a public beach. There is a trail from that beach to other beaches for adventurous walkers. Kayak Village is right in front with shops, and local tour companies ans water taxis.

If you are looking for a home base on the east side of the island to explore the rainforest and other things in the area, this js a great place to stay.

I highly recommend Sueños del Mar due to its location, affordable price, free parking for guests, and included towels, kitchen gadgets, utensils, wipes for your stay. Neomi is super attentive, helpful and accommodating.

Muy agradable el lugar. Estacionamiento amplio, vista hermosa, accesible al comercio. El apartamento que nos toco ideal, espacioso y equipado. Recomendacionón un poco de mantenimiento algunas areas y arreglar el area donde esta la barra que seria de más atractivo para los huespedes. Yo volveria a quedarme.

Plenty of space. It has kitchen and microwave and living room which is nice for longer stay or a family. Clean in general; though the beds smelled, probably due to humidity or something; I suggest to improve on that, otherwise it is a deal breaker for some people and ruin their experience. Nice staff that made easy check-in and check out, really appreciate that.

Awesome location, amazing owners. Steps away from the beach, tons of restaurants and fun activities. This place is in the heart of it all, amazing views day or night. The apartments are big and comfortable, high ceilings, ac in the bedrooms, amazing front and back balconies and rooftop access for killer views. The owners are aa phone call away and they pay attention to your needs. I will definitely be back, thanks Mike and Noemi!!

Beautiful views and close to everything. The owners are hands on and take really good care of the place. Kayaking, beaches and water activities are literally right outside the back door. Beautiful deck with Ocean view and private entrance to Beach

Nice place. No ac in main room but bedros have it. Main room and both bedrooms are nice and fine. Bathroom had great water pressure in shower bur floor could use updating.

Pleasantly surprised with this location. It wasn’t in the actual beach but more of an inlet near the blue luminescent area to canoe. The apt was comfortable, and the bedrooms had AC but zero internet. It won’t work in the house. That’s a disappointment—great places to eat just a few feet away.

Location the people and the view . Very clean had all the amenities . Mike and Neomi were wonderful hosts very down to earth. Can't wait to go back !!!

Sueños Del Mar resort||||A hidden gem. Sueños Del Mar resort is an amazing place to stay at, with impeccable service and outstanding hospitality. Thanks to the accessible roof top, one of my favorite pastimes was drinking a cup of coffee, as i would overlook the horizon, watching, the sun rise or set. The beautiful view is one you’re still able to see from the balcony. Overall, I loved my stay. Noemí made my stay at Sueños Del Mar one of a lifetime. She made sure I had everything that I needed, as well as recommended a lot of amazing places around the area. I will most definitely be back in the future! by far, even better than actual 5 star hotels.

This is family bussiness and is AMAZING fast reliable in the croabas! I loved it ! Lady was so nice i love it !
