When I was referred to this company by another company that couldn’t do the job, I felt I could trust the guys who came out to get my estimate started because of how professional they talked and were so polite and assured me that they would help me with my situation. Sadly, I’ve been waiting for my estimate since April after being told they were trying to locate material but couldn’t yet. No calls or text messages ever since beginning of May (that I initiated) to give any updates and/or an apology to explain that they can’t get the work done, but it would have been appreciated and they could have let me know if that was the case. For these reasons, they get one star but actually should get zero.
Success Roofing completed my home and shed replacements of the roof. The team was quick and efficient. All of my roofing concerns and questions were addressed quickly and efficiently. My insurance questions were explained to me very thoroughly and interior items where leaks had occurred were addressed thanks to Seth, Giving us the best insurance outcome. Highly recommended.
