My experience with this company has been very negative! Do not use them!
When we returned home we found broken exterior lights, torn screens on the windows and gutter damage that Suburban roofing did while installing our roof.
Greg did come out and make an effort to repair some of the lights and screens. He never repaired...

I would like to thank the owner Jeremy for his professionalism. The company came out to repair a good section of my roof. They dealt with my insurance company professionally and got the work done in a timely matter. I don’t normally write reviews, but I highly recommend you at least get a quote with them, and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

I know sometimes that I may have called Jeremy too much because I was concerned, but he always answered my phone and promptly responded to my issues.

If you are looking for an honest company to work with, I highly recommend Suburban Roofing. We had hail damage to our roof, and we got a few quotes. Suburban Roofing walked us through the process and worked with us and our insurance company. The process was easy and they did an outstanding job on our new roof. I am very pleased with the new roof Suburban Roofing installed on my house. It looks amazing! The company was very professional thru the entire process. I had an issue where some molding was damaged during the install and they had someone out that week to replace and paint the molding. I'm very happy with the work! Thank you guys!

I had several estimates for a new roof (January 2016). The owner came highly recommended and provided the most comprehensive written quote at a fair price...including aerial views for exact meaurements. He was able to schedule the job and have everything completed less than a week after my initial call. He was at the job site from start to finish and was kind and compassionate during a difficult time for my family. Highest regards, The O'Brien Family

My experience with this company has been very negative! Do not use them! The BBB rating should be F
The story begins 8 years ago when they put a new roof on our home after significant hail damage. My wife and I were in Philadelphia at the time with our new born son in ICU for weeks after being born in Atlanta with a life threatening condition.
When we returned home we found broken exterior lights, torn screens on the windows and gutter damage that Suburban roofing did while installing our roof Greg did come out and make an effort to repair some of the lights and screens. He never repaired the gutters.
Since then we have had nothing but trouble with the roof. The insurance adjuster plus other roof companies confirmed the roof was installed incorrectly and in one area the used the wrong shingles for the pitch of the roof plus they reused the original flashing.
We have leaks and water damage from the incorrect installation and gutter damage.

The most recent attempt to get them to be honorable and correct their errors has been a nightmare
I have been calling them on a regular basis since early March and never got any of the management on the phone. ( it is now May 3) They did finally send a guy out who admitted the roof was installed correctly. He then ask "who did the work?" I responded your company did . His immediate response was..."Your roof is out of warranty" he had no idea how old the roof was. It gets better. He went weeks without quoting the job for the needed repairs. When I called and threatened to write bad reviews the technician called me back.
He said he would do it on the side if I wanted him to. So he was not even going to put the job through suburban roofing! What kind of outfit is this?
I would tell anyone considering a roofing contractor to run from this company quickly
