Had what we needed through the crazy rally time. The young man who helped us was very polite and perfessional. Even carried to my truck for me. Great experience.

The most helpful staff I think I’ve ever met at a hardware store. The employee, Nick, saved us from a interior design disaster and assisted us in finding the right paint for our basement.

I tend to shop local as I want to support local business as much as possible, with that being said, I went into Ace of Sturgis tonight to buy some paint, I know nothing about paint. There were 4 people standing by the front cash registers and none of them could even say hi to me. Horrible shopping experience, they did say good night when I left. Pretty sad they were more excited to see me leave than to help me buy something. Guess it's on to Rapid City to a big box store.

It is a small ace but it's got inventory and a ups place you can ship off stuff..bring your own box.

Lots of items to choose from at reasonable prices. Ace tools for all your outdoor and home repair needs. Now they have Christmas decorations.

The Sturgis, SD Ace Hardware is a nice store, employees are very helpful, easy to find.what you are looking for.

My motorcycle broke down during the Sturgis rally and it was Ace that had the parts i needed Not Harley

Thankfully for all the nuts and bolts they stock. Most of the time there is some available to help when needed. They rent some tools too.

The service at most Ace Hardware stores is good. Sturgis is no exception. All staff members know the store well and are super helpful. The quality of the store isn't great but I suppose one doesn't go to a hardware store for the ambiance. They mostly have what I need every time and will go out of their way to help. I've been very satisfied with this store.

This is the only place I go for hardware, plumbing items and small tools and equipment.

Very nice little hardware store. Has alot of product for the size it is. Constantly trying to change things around and bring in new product, all while helping customers find everything they need...with a little bit of stuff they didn't know they needed. If it isn't in-stock in the store, more then happy to try to get it in, all you have to do is ask. Hope to see you soon!!-

5/24/23- Josh T. was extra patient in educating me on paint, did a great job meeting my product needs, and was very personable all the while. Made for a great shopping experience. This is why I shop here vs. Going to RC where things might be a small bit cheaper.
Past: Tyler D. was helpful in showing me the snowblowers he had and even went the extra mile to show me the ones he had in his storage unit. Much appreciated.
