Strukture Contracting

We've worked with Strukture Construction on two projects now and we continue to be extremely impressed by their attention to detail, customer service, and excellent execution.

During the initial estimate of a laundry room remodel, Sarita spent a lot of time time asking questions to understand the motivation behind the project and suggested several improvements to my original idea. When we were getting quotes, she was the to ask about trim colors, flooring, and lighting. She also identified ways to decrease the cost of the projects and scouted out risks that could increase the cost of the project once construction started. She also stopped by both during construction and upon completion to ensure everything went well.

The construction team also exceeded our expectations. They saved us some $ by salvaging our old cabinets, communicated any delays/ deviations in the plan, and went above and beyond to ensure the projects weren't just "done", but done well.

We hired Strukture Contracting to finish our basement and add a full bathroom. Sarita listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions and in some case alternatives that would work best. The team and especially Hugo were all so hard working, here everyday till late evening sometimes and even occasionally on the weekends. We had an unexpected plumbing issue and the plumbers they work with (Ray from B & R plumbing) were here to fix it the next day. Sarita, Hugo and team then took over to patch and paint walls we were not expecting to have to fix. Sarita was always in contact with us, letting us know schedules, pricing, etc. The finished basement looks amazing. I could not be happier with their work. I highly recommend them and I will be using them for our next project.

We recently used Loco to fully remodel our kitchen. They did a phenomenal job! Sarita & Alberto were very easy and accommodating to work with. Willing to find ways to stick to the budget and save money all within a timely manner! Alberto’s workmanship was top notch! Especially his tile work(backsplash).

Also, Loco collaborated with Asian Granite & Cabinet for the quartz countertop and cabinetry installation. The results were exceptional and beautiful! We could not have been more pleased! Everything far exceeding our expectations!

Is is clear both companies are built on a high level of Integrity and trustworthiness! I would highly recommend them and will certainly keep them in mind for any future endeavors!

I have involved Loco on two different redesigning projects. They did a great job and the work was done early. In the two cases, Armando worked with our insurance agency to ensure we got the payment that we needed. Would use them again.

Nothing but great things to say about this company. I worked with them for a remodel of a home and got the owner of the company as my project manager. He came out in the middle of a snow storm to keep our initial appointment day and time!!! This spoke volumes to me as a consumer and was a forecast of what the process would be like working together. First class Professionals! Sarita kept everything on target and was extraordinary to work with. This is the roofer everybody needs while working with an insurance agency. LOCO knew precisely what to do to make sure we got paid. We got a quality roof and they were not difficult to work with.

After searching google, I reached out to Loco to check an addition out that was started by another company that failed. Sarita, one of the owners, walked me through the process, took over managing the project, and things went great from there. The team worked things through, and was considerate to my partner and I. The results were great and would highly recommend them.

Contracted with them to do a garage. On the first day they wanted an additional $4000 for foundation block they did not consider. The roof is the wrong pitch (4/12 vs design of 8/12), the walls are not plumb, and they did not install the french drain. After 5 weeks of no one showing up to do work ( unless I agreed to a LOT more money than the contract) we agreed to part ways. DO NOT use this company.

I used Loco to install some tile backsplash in my bar area. These guys were extremely professional, on time and the quality of the work was outstanding. The tiles I used were handmade and not rectified so they can be tricky to install but Loco did an excellent job. I’d highly recommend and I will definitely use them again for other projects.

I highly recommend this company and their workers. They were responsive and professional from the start. They kept me updated on the progress of orders and timeline. The work of Bob and his assistant was high quality and informative. I would hire from Loco again for any home reno or repairs we have.

They installed our backsplash and did a great job. We had a few updates and changes, and they were accommodating and even came with recommendations. Fun to work with and service was quick and easy!
