I have had him work on many of my projects and he always exceeds my expectations. I have many more in line for him. I would never hesitate to recommend Tom. No job is too big or too small. He is one of a very few contractors I implicitly trust and he has a great easy-going personality to go with it. I know he puts in an honest days work and is worth every penny of his reasonable rates.
