Recommend you consider a more reliable company for your roofing needs. I scheduled a meeting date and time for Structure Ace to inspect my roof and give me a quote for installing a new roof. When they didn't show up, I had to call to find out they could not make the appointment instead of them calling me. Re-scheduled for a 2nd date/time and the exact same thing happened. Re-scheduled for a 3rd date/time and again the same thing happened - which is when I gave up. If you can't trust a company to honor their meeting commitments, how can you believe things will go any better once you hire them?

Structure Ace was referred to me when I mentioned needing roofing repair work. I contacted them and was pleased with Mr. Henry and his team. He was thorough, very informative, knowledgeable, and professional! I’m pleased with his recommendations and would definitely utilize Structure Ace again!

The Structure Ace team replaced our roof and repaired other damage as a result of the 2020 active hurricane season. Working with insurance companies is always time-consuming, but Structure Ace team hung in there during the entire process until we had a fair settlement. The quality of the work was excellent, including cleaning up when they were done.

Rashaud provided a no-nonsense quote for a whole roof replacement, complete with an estimated available start date. I signed and they started on time, finished on time, and there were no hidden charges or fees. He and his team were very professional. His foreman on my project even came out the next day to check for any trash or missed nails. I plan on hiring them for other renovations in the near future. Bottom Line: This is one of best experiences I've had with a company and I would recommend them to anyone for any project.

These guys did an excellent job on our roof. I'd hire them again in a heart beat if we had another roof to do! Our roof had been damaged by storms and displayed several of the telltale signs of serious shingle damage including creased shingles, missing shingles, impingement, streaking, more. Our insurance covered the entire replacement with us responsible only for our deductible. We also upgraded the shingles to a top-of-the-line version, for which we covered the additional cost.

The material was dropped off the day before they started working. The job took about 3 days to complete and was done under a hot sun. Their crews always arrived on time and worked long hours. We have an in-ground pool close to our house so they covered the entire pool with a large tarp to help keep it clean. Two passive turbines were added to vent the roof and a nonfunctional motorized power vent was replaced with a new one. I had lots of questions which Reshaud and Carlos were more than willing to answer, explaining how they do the job, which eliminated any anxiety I had about the quality of their work.

Everyday they cleaned up the job site including running a magnetic tool over the ground to pick-up as many nails as could be found. At the end of the work they spent additional time cleaning up and ensuring that nothing had been missed. I highly recommend Structure Ace for your roof repair, be it large or small.

They went out of their way to make sure we were happy, worked seamlessly with our insurance company & got the work done quickly.
