I recommend Structural Technology for any roof replacement. They replaced my roof with quality shingles and did so very efficiently at a reasonable price.

On September 12th, 2023, a big storm hit my home in Mesa. Mr. Joseph Rubanow, the owner of Structural Technology Custom Homes Roofing Division, was a true professional. He met my insurance adjuster at my property, and the replacement/repairs got approved ultimately. I needed roof repairs/replacement, exterior paint, and my garage door replaced. Joseph’s communication was excellent, sending me photos of each step before, during, and after, plus he supervised each step. The quality of the paint job on my home was outstanding. I was so pleased with his work that I happily recommended him to my friend. My friend was delighted with their work, and I received a $300 roof referral fee!

Joseph came out to look at my roof after a micro-burst had "rearranged" some of my tiles. He made some really great suggestions, and repaired what he was called out for and did some additional work on top of that... extremely fair price and, while he suggested some work that will help in my electric bill, he wasn't pushy or "dooms-day" about it -- which I REALLY appreciate

Joe is a man of his word. I first contacted Joe, about a suspected plumbing leak, hopeful he could get out to my house within a couple days, but he arrived same-day for the initial assessment. Joe put his Plumber, Perry, on the task and all was addressed and fixed in a timely, proficient, and affordable manner. I HIGHLY recommend contacting Joe for your needs, cause chances are Joe has just the guy you’ll need.

Joe Rubanow has taken care of our roof for the last twelve years. He comes promptly for requests to inspect the roof for tile breakage from golf balls, and he has come immediately when we had a problem with a clogged duct. He recently redid our patio roof top. He explains his quotes and keeps you informed. His time management is excellent and he always goes above and beyond

Structural Technology not only fixed our roof they painted the outside of our house. I wanted to go with Gray tones and Joe suggested with the color of our roof it wouldn’t look as great. I’m so glad we listened to him. We went with a lighter color and it makes our house pop which I’m in love with. His crew finished the house so quick, they moved all the furniture and put it back. Joe did come back after the job was done to check it out and see if we liked it. He also picked up all the garbage and took it for us. We would highly recommend this company again to our friends and family

Had them come to a house I was interested in buying in Chandler to inspect the roof. Thank God I did. They were very professional and thorough. After a complete inspection they found termites in the attic. I was very impressed with the knowledge Mr Rubanow had. Will absolutely use them for any issues I have with the house I eventually buy.

Joe and his team are incredible! They took a unique challenge of helping me build out my studio in less than a month and they exceeded all expectations. Joe’s expertise, willingness to explain his game plan while also being receptive and open to my ideas made the entire experience so easy. They got the job done in 19 days, did an exceptional job and I had the rest of the month to relax and slowly prep for grand opening!
