I recently had the opportunity in working with Peak Exteriors as I desperately needed a new roof installed on my house ASAP. Not only was Lee personable and communicated with me consistently throughout the whole process, he was able to get me scheduled and material delivered for an installation within two weeks and the roof was put on within a day! The new roof turned out beautiful and gave my house a much needed face lift!

Lee and his company Peak Exteriors provided exceptional service and did an amazing job replacing my roof. The crew was very fast, efficient, and thorough. When they discovered additional problems, they took pics and communicated. They were on time, every time. So much so we had them install gutters as well.

I don't know why google didn't show my original one, but it bothers me because that's a whole year people didn't see all the great reasons to pick this awesome company. I will be including a copy of my original review below this new one.

April 2024 - moving, new roof on the new house:

When we found out the new house we wanted to buy needed an entirely new roof, flashing, boots etc., I didn't even bother to get quotes or call around.

My experience with Lee's company, Peak Exteriors, LLC, taught me that this is the company to go with. I knew I'd get the best prices and warranties, without having to nag about when things are getting done or to keep me in the loop.

Once again, they didn't disappoint. They communicated with me, and as far as I know, the sellers, throughout the process without leaving me constantly trying to find out information.

This is the kind of reputable company with quality workmanship you used to be able to get when you'd look through the yellowpages for REAL businesses, and not the constant "word of mouth, call me on my cellphone" types that so many do these days, with no websites or ways to check reviews etc.

The roof was done quickly and beautifully and our soon to be new home looks fantastic!

We had five different companies come give us quotes for gutter installation and we went with Peak Exterior for a number of reasons:

- Best price, without having to meet competitor price
- Willing to meet competitors price if they quoted lower
- Lee is very personable
- Great communication
- Able to do the install quickly. No waiting 3 weeks!
- Didn't try to upsell us something we didn't need just to make more money.
- Didn't automatically quote us for larger installs than we needed without telling us, relying on our lack of knowledge. Instead, quoted us simply for what we needed.

Lee at Peak Exteriors was the best! He replaced our roof after a big storm came through. He made the process simple and stress-free, and our roof looks amazing! It took a week between the getting the quote and getting the materials/work done, and the work was done in one-day. We had storm damage to our roof on Feb 28th and I reached out to Lee on Saturday, March 2nd to see about getting repairs done and he had a crew come out, give an estimate, and make repairs on March 4th! It was so lovely getting this taken care of so quickly and no hassle! Very thankful for their prompt response.

Lee was always there when he said he would be and completed the job in a timely manner. He kept me informed every step of the way. I never once had to call him to get status. Great company to work with. He took care of roofing, siding and gutter issues. Highly recommend.

After a thorough physical review, the issue was identified. The team headed out to fix the issue the next day. IMO, the response time was great. The prices are reasonable. Our 30-plus year old skylight was leaking and we contracted with Peak Exteriors to replace it. They did so as soon as the new one arrived from the factory.
