We can't say enough about what a terrific job Jeff and his team did on our house. It is so nice to not have it raining inside our home. The roof is wonderful. We also had 19 windows replaced. Our windows were the original old single pane windows. We couldn't open them because we had no screens. It is heaven to walk through the house and feel wonderful cross breezes. There work was reasonably priced, expediently completed and looks just wonderful. Thank you guys for everything you've done. Jeff, you and your team are just wonderful.

We had a great experience with Jeff and his team! They came out quickly to give us a quote and were back the next day to complete the work.

We needed a shutter put back on a second story window after a strong storm and rather than just popping it back on, Jeff went above and beyond to ensure it won't fly off in the future. He also cleaned out some bird nests and repaired other shutters he saw needed attention.

Jeff is the friendliest contractor I have ever met. He answered all of my questions, he went above & beyond, price was AMAZING, he was thorough, and he spent time trying to save us money & not trying to make more. I would recommend 100% . For all the ladies who have to hire a contractor or hate dealing with them, & have felt deceived by other contractors. This company was NOT like that at all. He kept his appointment, showed up when he said he would & actually fixed the problem.

Nothing but great things to say about Cowdenko! Last year high winds did serious damage to my roof and the owner Jeff came out to assess it immediately. Jeff provided communication throughout the project, which was done quickly, efficiently, and within budget. Great work from start to finish. I'll 100% be using Cowdenko again in the future for more home remodeling projects.

Had an emergency situation with gutter backing up and water going under roof and into the house. Cowdenko showed up the very next day to figure out what was wrong and fix the problem. I was extremely happy with the response time and work they performed. Very honest and trust worthy and very reasonably priced.

They have taken care of numerous projects around our house, from the whole house being resided, to shoring up wild life entry points in the attic and chimney, and finally fixing up some sore spots in the soffit and fascia.

Always reliable, always fair prices, and most importantly they show you pictures of the completed work, letting you know exactly what the problem was and what they did to fix it. They've got a repeat customer in me and have put roofs on both of my brother's houses and our neighbor across the street.
