Mason did a very good job. This was new construction, and he found several places of concern. He also explained the house systems and average time they should last before replacement. We were very pleased with the experience.

Mason did a great job on our inspection. We built a new house, and it's easy to think, "I don't need an inspection, I saw them build it." Don't think that way. Mason found some issues that the builder needed to address, and having an official inspection report helped us when we had the conversation with the builder.

Unfortunately I was not there for the inspection but my sister was. She was very pleased with the inspection and what the results of the repairs. Mason wants very polite, friendly and explained everything to her. I appreciate your help Mason.

I had the pleasure of having my home inspection done by J.Mason Walker. He was detailed and thorough about the problems that were seen. He would show exactly what he was talking about and give direction in which way he would go to fix that problem. Throughout the whole inspection he would always check in to mention where he was in the inspection and what was next. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking yo have a home inspection done.

We were amazed by how thorough Mason was with the inspection. He called us back when we had questions on what he found to explain things in detail. We are not novice homebuyers. This is our 10th. He caught things we didn't even expect him to look for. We would recommend him highly.

Wow in my years of buying properties this was the most thorough inspection with an easy to read and understand report. The Inspector even allowed a video conference on sight to show me some of the items of concern. The written report even included photos. I would highly recommend this company!

Mason spent most of a day inspecting our house, and for a very reasonable price. He is so nice and knowledgeable and carefully explained the details of his meticulous inspection in ways understandable to a layperson buyer. Mason was awesome! We are first time homebuyers and he made the inspection process so easy. He explained everything to us and gave us pictures and videos to explain everything he saw. We couldn’t have been more satisfied.

At first appearance, Mason appeared to be friendly. Unfortunately he was not very knowledgeable about inspections, regardless of how he presented himself. He incorrectly interpreted my electrical box. He said it was a 100 amp box when it was a 60 amp box. He also falsely reported that my furnace was leaking CO and then called back to say that he actually had faulty equipment. We had already paid an additional $200 for him to come back out measure it. He didn’t offer any resolution other than coming back out in 2+ weeks. He never offered to refund any money for his faulty reads and I ended up having to spend ANOTHER $100 to get someone else to come out and confirm there isn’t a leak. Needless to say, there have been many other things we have found that were not accurate by his report. I was very disappointed with his service, especially after the money I spent on his services.

Quick, efficient, and easy to understand the reports. They knew we needed the inspection done quickly and accommodated us just so.
