Straight Arrow Roofing

Had tile roof refelt, leak fixed from bird damage that caused leak into bathroom, and had bird stop installed and recently had a Ventilation pipe erected through the roof for bathroom remodel. We are roughly 4 years later with roof work and only had to call for a tile cap patch after some severe storms. Ventilation leak free for 11months and we still suggest this company 100%. I feel like a review after all the work years later speaks volumes. Was sad to hear our original guy who quoted our job had passed on. I believe his name was Tim Pierce.

Had my roof was redone in 2020 and we haven't had any issues. Recently contacted straight arrow again to come out and install a vent. Jacob came over same day to quote and completed to job in several hours the following day. Very professional and prompt service.

Straight Arrow Roofing was recommended to us to upgrade our 28 year old roof prior to having solar installed. Requested a quote and got a response same day to set up a time for Lee to come over for an estimate.

Lee was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered each of my many questions and many emails.

Our roof job started in the middle of monsoon season. At first we weren't thrilled about that, but Lee assured us his guys would do the job correctly and that if there was a leak, they would make it right. We had no less than FOUR storms come thru while the tile was off our roof. Each time our ceilings stayed dry!!! Shortly after they were finished, we had a storm with 60 mph gusts. No one tile moved! I consider it all a good testament to the craftsmanship of the crew.

We could not be happier with the results and are looking forward to another 30 years of having a quality roof over our home.

Brian came out today after I was having a leak through the window under our patio from rain the past few days. He was quickly able to identify and explain the problem. He didn't charge me anything as it was an easy fix I could do myself. He even gave me a tube of the sealant I needed to get it done right. He was great with our dogs also. He was honest, on time, and provided great communication to let me know his ETA. I would highly recommend Straight Arrow to anyone in need of roofing services.

I was moving out of my house and needed to get the some tiles replaced, as well as some loose tiles fixed. The team arrived on site and was able to repair the issues quickly and were very professional. I have referred to friends due to my experience with them.
