Please do your due dilligence and find a non racist company. The shed companies they work will are on the same mindset as they are. I needed to move the shed the I (ME) am paying for. I had to call them and SEEK permission!!! WTH is that all about. I don't have to seek permission to give them the money so why I am seeking permission to move a shed. I moved my car, I didn't have to call Capital One and ask could I move it. I will find every channel to report these people. If I could give ZERO stars I would!! One more month and I am done with these Klansmen!

My mom and dad ordered a shed from this company only to realize they were charging her for a monthly payment as well as rent for 1 shed. That is like being charged twice for the same building. What a con! Who does that to a retired couple on a fixed income? Do not use this company they are con artists!

I WOULDN'T BUY NOTHING FROM THESE CROOKS, I BOUGHT A BUILDING FROM THEM, RENT TO OWN, AND PAID OVER $8000.00 DOLLARS FOR IT AND THE BUILDING DIDN'T COST BUT I THINK IT WAS AROUND$7500.00 PAID THAT AND THEY TOOK MY HOUSE AND SOLD IT AGAIN AND MADE MORE MONEY ON THAT SAME BUILDING THEY AREN'T A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH !!!!!!!!!!!!.....

I live in West Virginia, but my local shortage shed business finances their buildings through BLI. I had an excellent experience financing through this company. No credit check, and the amortization schedule on their loans definitely favors early payoff. Two years into my loan, I was still able to save over $1200 by paying it off early. This is fantastic compared to banks and other loan companies that front load your interest, making you pay more in interest during the first half of your loan. Additionally, their customer service is phenomenal. No waiting on the phone for forever to talk to someone, and friendly / knowledgeable representatives when you get through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BLI to anyone who is able to finance a building through them, provided that person is able to pay the building off quickly, as the interest rates are a little steep for someone who follows the loan through to the end of it's term. But if you can pay it off in 2 years, this is an excellent company to go through.

Let’s start from the beginning!
Ordered our building and they said 3-4 weeks for delivery.
That was NOT the case at all.
8 weeks later after calling them 2 times a week to see what the status was, The building was delivered.
Mind you, They never once called us to to let us know the status, We called them!
The building is a 12x32( outside dimensions, Not inside ( So all our materials had to be cut to size .
The floor is Warped and held down with nails Not Screws.
So all the nails started to back out!!
We had to screw them all down!
The floor doesn’t have enough support on it and when u walk on it , It moves.
As for them leveling it they only leveled it in 4 point instead of 6 points .
Everything was done is sections for the walls So nothing is 16’ on center. Because they wanted to save on Lumber and make the spend wider.
Had to get all special insulation.
Horrible experience and I WOULDN’T recommend this company for any building!

This Company is a total rip off got a chicken coop from them when they delivered it told the delivery driver he could not leave it there they left it there now I’m getting citations in the mail from my township and they refused to move it it will go back to them along with all the citations

I was affected by hurricane Laura where my home was a total loss and the kennel was demolished. I call to let them know that the kennel was gone. Our town is suffering a loss where we have nothing left. The entire town will have to rebuild. I called BLI to inform them and all they could say was that I am still responsible for the building even though I do not have a home to ho back too, a teacher with kids. They do not care. I am seeking an attorney tomorrow because it us no way that I should have to worry about a dog kennel that was demolished with my home.

This place is a joke. Signed a contract for a $2300 shed. Have been making payments for a year and a half, totaling $2150. I receive a "renewal notice" stating that my amount to payoff is... yep.. another $2150. I called to ask why, they tell me "it's a rental, not a purchase, so if you rent, your total amount to ownership is $4250". The lady on the phone seemed to delight in the fact that she works for a company that likes to bend people over. In real terms, they are giving a loan, calling it a rental, then charging 48 PERCENT INTEREST and justifying it by calling it a rental. The ONLY reason they get away with this (absurdly illegal) interest rate is by calling it a "rental". DO NOT RENT OR FINANCE THROUGH THESE CRIMINALS!

These people are rude. Weve paid almost $6000 on a $7000 shed. We fell on hard times, and are 2 months behind. When I called to schedule a pmt today, they won't take anything less than the full 2 months or they are taking the shed. We've never been late in 1.5 yrs. They suck. I'll never finance through them ever again.

They are very understanding and they will help you in anyway that's possible. I lost my job and was behind almost 3 payments, they didn't repossess the property but they worked me to get my payments back on track.

The people have always been nice to me. The only bad thing was my roof leaked and a gap between the walls so big I could stick my finger through it.

0 stars if it were possible!! We have never dealt with a company as rude as these people! They built my shed and I’m pretty sure it was done by a toddler, screws punching thru boards, it’s not level and it was supposed to be white. We had a financial set back and called to let them know the situation and that we might be late. They were more than willing to work with us, which was total bs. They called 2-3 times a day harassing us threatening to pick up the shed after they agreed to work with us. Completely rude customer service reps! Refuse to help us in any way, and refuse to transfer us to the cs rep we initially spoke with. We should have done more digging before renting from BLI! 40 percent of your payment goes to bli not to your principal pmt then if you want to pay it off early you have to pay 60% of the remaining interest! Seriously!!? This place is a rip off! Total scam! I would STRONGLY advise going with a different company for a shed. Shawdy craftsmanship, rude, inconsiderate harassing cs reps and interest is outrageous! GO SOME WHERE ELSE! SCAM BUSINESS ETHICS!

The customer service is terrible! They’ve implemented a new pay by phone system which did not work 2 months in a row. After the first month I was told they just needed to get my payment info in and forgave my late fee. Second month, I called and asked to pay my payment and I’d be talking with my husband to to pay the total balance off. The payment was not applied and though they had notation, still refused to forgive the late fee. Customer service is both incompetent and snarky. I had them come get the shed over this. I’m a firm believer that the payment options they offer should stand. I shouldn’t be at the mercy of whatever works at the time. If I’m kept to a standard, a company should be as well!

@Jen_S Normally I do not reply to others reviews but yours really struck a chord with me. You and a few others seem to be missing some very basic common sense.
Let me ask you: If you rent an apartment does any of the money go to principal? What about if you rent a self-storage unit? How about a banquet hall, vacation get-away, power equipment, costume, or boat?
You are renting, not purchasing using a traditional finance company or bank. The only difference with a rent-to-own company is that they actually put a percentage of your rent toward owning the structure. With rent to own you don't have to keep the structure, you can give it back since it's a rental. The bonus is that if you keep renting it for an extended period of time the company realizes the depreciation of the structure and allows you to keep it. Rent-to-own doesn't make sense for everyone, but it's definitely not a sham. It's just an option that makes perfect sense for a lot of people.

I've always had great customer service, reasonable monthly pay, only issue is I've had my autopay randomly stop without being notified a couple times, but it was always fixed quickly without a fuss!

I wish I could give them zero stars. bought a porch from them was built with broke boards and the whole porch is uneven and different size boards. same board 5 inches on one side and two inches half way down the same board. was told once I paid it off they would address any concerns I had with the porch. paid it off now they say they cant do anything bc its paid off.

I wish I would of read the fine print.. This company takes 40%+ off interest per month.. Out of the $80 I'm paying monthly These thieves only apply $44 to my rental.. Then if you decide to payoff you have to pay 60 percent off of your monthly rental fee. Why do I have to pay a rentals fee if I'm already paying for the shed monthly?

Amazing company to deal with. Anyone on here complaining about the price of the shed or the quality of the shed should take it up with the manufacturer of the building. As far as what they charge to hold the paper on these buildings, again, if that was not explained to you, that's on the people that built or sold you the shed, the people that wrote the contract that specifically states all the fees etc. Many of you people complaining and giving bad reviews are blaming the wrong people and this is wrong. Hopefully one person will read this and remove their review. Thank you for everything you do for us!

Total scam company
When you buy one of thier buildings they will not tell you all the fine details.This company has taken the idea of interest and changed it and has called it rental cost per month which comes out to 40 percent of your monthly payment.Thats 40 percent interest folks per month !!!! They do not allow any principal to come off your payment.If you pay any extra per month on top of your payment it goes into a reseve account (basically taking your money and not applying it to payment ) Then if you decide to payoff the purchase you will find out you have to pay 60 percent off of your monthly rental fee to them..in other words you are screwed if you want to pay off early.So in the long run you will pay way more interst( BLI calls it rental fee ) And the fee is way more than any high interest credit card.I was a little naive to my purchase from BLI and now am very dissapointed i ever bought one of thier buildings.
Be very very carefull dealing with this company .Very very shrewd bussiness practices.Buyer beware!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with building. It took months to get the building and when we did it took several days to put up. Our trim work keeps falling off. They used as few screws as possible to put the building up. I was also shorted trim work the first go around. That alone took weeks to come out and put up by the second crew. The second crew that came out and put trim back up said it needed extra screws on roof as well, which they did. trim is once again off.

Not to mention my payments keep going up. They say arkansas raised leased to own taxes. This the second time my payment has gone up. I don't understand this new law nor the last one. Will be looking into this. And if you asd for a print of payment it is impossible to read.

I paying them off tomorrow and be free of them.

We purchased a 12X20 Double Loft storage building from them.
1 great build, no cheep products "press board" used.
2 quick setup
3 Rent to own once we rented it for about 10 months we had money to pay off called made the payment over the phone, EASY.
4 Remember rent and if you rent for the full contract you should know you will pay more 1 1/2 times. And they do apply payments to principle, just like on a car you have to tell them. And if you call they will tell you. Somif you don't know, ASK.
5 If you don't pay your payments and they repo your unit, well hello what did you think they were going to do.

These people discuss your financial business and leave detailed messages on answering machines, which by the way is against the law, once they have been warned and continue to do it, that now and voids any other payments due to them!!!! That is collection laws. These people do not apply any extra paid on the acct. to the principal. They are a joke!!!!

Do not purchase a building from them. In the FINE PRINT they will charge you more fees than you pay for the building itself...They are complete SCAM ARTISTS! When you pay online they 'forget' to credit your account with your payments too...how convenient...you have to call and harass them to accept your payment and credit your account.
