We had damage to our roof from several previous storms and knew we needed a replacement. But we were concerned it wouldn’t be covered under insurance since we didn’t have any leaks. Heath just happened to be in our neighborhood because of a near-by job and noticed we had some damage. I don’t usually like unsolicited sales calls but he was so polite and offered to asses the damage on the spot for free. He was also very knowledgeable about the insurance process and familiar with our carrier. So we decided to give them a shot. So glad we did!!! 10 out of 10! Got the work done quickly and the workers were very careful with our outdoor surrounding areas (pool, patio furniture and garden). They left no debris either. Very satisfied with the whole process! Would recommend to friends!

We have had a wonderful experience with this company! Heath went above and beyond helping us to also get the interior fixed from the water damage we had from the past few storms. He really made sure our anxiety over a leaking roof was relieved, explaining everything they were doing to seal and protect our home. We are so impressed with the quality of the materials and the work done. We highly recommend this company.

Stormgrade did an awesome job. They were careful with my plants and put them back gently. They explained everything, worked with my insurance company, if I had any questions they were available to answer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Anything that needed tweaked they took care. Friendly, respectful, and quick.

It is hard not to simply plaguerize Mr. Robinson, but I will do my best to be original.
1. They handled all of our interactions with USAA smoothly, crossing all the t's and dotted all the i's on all claims paperwork to ensure everything was covered
2. Used only the most premium grade GAF shingles of which he presented a the full physical variety from which to choose at our kitchen table space.
3. The entire process was explained in advance including time frames so nothing came as a surprise.
4. He statused us via phone at every step in the process
5. Something that is somewhat subjective normally was the extraordinarily high level of trust I felt in them throughout the project.
6. Their engineers worked very fast, starting promptly at 7am and completing around 9pm.
7. Our lawn remains lush and green after them stripping a 52 sq roof and replacing it all with zero indications of the busy efficiency of at least 6 workers for a 14 hour day!
8. Everytime my wife and I saw Curt at the door it was always a great pleasure to see and work with him.
9. It will be my pleasure to give them fanatically positive reviews everywhere someone might be looking for a roofer.

Can't say enough about how easy my experience was with Stormgrade. From initial meeting to closeout of project, they handled my insurance claim for me, making it a stress free process. The crew that replaced the roof was done in one day, and my roof is 55 sq! Their cleanup afterwards was perfection. I would highly recommend using Stormgrade to anyone who needs a roof!
