I had them install skylights and repair my chimney. That was 3 months ago, so I wanted to wait to review. Quality work, no issues, and competitively priced. Very responsive as well to questions.

Had someone come out to take a look at my roof which was leaking, and was told what needed to be fixed. Was told if I didn't hear from them in a week to call... I called, was told they were out of town doing work. I was again told to call in a week if I had not heard from them. Another week goes by, so I call and leave a message on a Monday....no callback. Call and leave a message on Friday, no call back. They just completely ghosted me. Horrible customer service.

Had our roof replaced 4 years ago after a hail storm by Storm Solutions, according to the bid/estimate, which was signed by both parties, lead pipe flashings were supposed to be replaced along with roof.

Noticed slight water spotting on ceiling above second floor bathroom, but it never grew bigger, within the last month with increased rain, we noticed that there was a mold spot forming in drywall, and drywall was wet to the touch.

Got on roof to see what was going on, parts of lead pipe flashing on rear of roof is missing and underlayment is visible, flashing appears to be 20+ years old, was never replaced.

We have been trying to contact them via phone calls, emails, Facebook messages and their contact us section of the website, zero response.

Have filed complaint with BBB, we’ll see if they ever respond to any of this.

Owner contacted me, and within 3 days had the issue resolved.
