I had a wonderful experience using SDS! I had damage from the winter storm last year. Phillip stopped by and did a thorough inspection. He told me that there was shingle damage and more than likely my insurance company would cover it. He was right! Within a month they dealt with the insurance company, put a new roof on with a lifetime warranty and handled the clean up perfectly. I was really impressed with their company and would use them again.

SDS made installation of my new roof painless for me! Philip was the first contact person and he was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the details. After the roof was on, Brad came out to inspect the work and finalize the paperwork. Everyone was courteous, very professional and worked well with my insurance company. I love the color I chose and it looks much better than the pictures in the brochure. Due to my warranty, I will not need a new roof in my lifetime, but if there is a problem I am sure they would be on top of it!!

I had my roof replaced a few weeks ago and I could not be happier with the service I received from SDS of Tennessee. Philip took care of all interaction with my insurance company, the adjuster and the claim. The entire process was absolutely painless. Shonna did a fabulous job of showing us all of the options we had to choose from and Brad managed all of the installation process until the final inspection after the job was completed. Truly, a fantastic job and great customer service!

These guys transformed the look of our house with the new roof color and the ridge vents vs the old turtle vents. They were extremely fast and professional. Quality is amazing and they definitely knew what they were doing. I highly recommend and would use them again.
