Our roof on a 1902 victorian 2-story house has leaked after a rain for the last 4 years. We had 5 roofing firms try to seal the leak. Chris of Stonescsape came, evaluated and then professionally repaired the leak.

We picked Stonescape to help us update the roof, gutters, and windows on our new-to-us home shortly after retiring in Cheyenne.
Jack Hale worked with us through the process, A-Z, and was always very accessible and informative through the entire process.
We went into the process understanding that a stone-coated steel roof is more expensive than your standard asphalt shingles, so there wasn't any sticker shock.
All of the projects were completed (fairly quickly inspite of our unprecedented rains) in July 2022 and, with the batten style roof installation and the new windows, we are seeing a decrease in our cooling & heating costs as well as a decrease of our home owners insurance cost.

Brandon Wright came over to look at a possible leak in our roof. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to decipher it was not a leak but a old sealant issue around a vent pipe. I was impressed with Jay Montague as the inspector / estimator and was given a package to review. The package contained a preliminary Service Agreement which I was asked to ultimately sign in order for them to proceed dealing with the insurance company. As my daughter is an accomplished attorney, I asked her to review this agreement. She stated that it all looked fairly normal except for the final open-ended clause on the back of the agreement stating that if you decide against going ahead with the work, you will have an unlimited liability for the hours and mileage they have invested. When they were unwilling to eliminate or even limit that clause, it became a deal killer for me! I will not sign a document with which I am unwilling to comply!
