Stonescape Steel Roofing and Exteriors lives up to their website promise--Honesty, Integrity, Quality. I would recommend Stonescape if you need roof and/or gutter replacement. We started out with a different contractor way back in 2023 when original storm damage occurred. Had to switch gears and reached out to the Laramie Stonescape office in November 2024. Donavon S. (who is an outstanding representative for Stonescape) from the Fort Collins office contacted us. A service agreement was completed in December 2024. Actual paperwork (prestart, scope of work, preliminary pricing and construction agreements) was not completed until March 2025. Due to shipping delays and weather, the roofing replacement/install did not occur until the end of May. We had a new roof, completed by a great crew (a neighbor noted how respectful and nice they were), in one day. This included an issue with two areas of old decking that needed to be replaced before any underlayment or shingles could be completed. The crew still finished the job in one day. Before the crew began work on completion day, they laid down tarps to catch as much debris as possible. When the crew finished the job, they walked the yard picking up debris and used a metal detector to catch as many stray nails as possible. This type of work always leaves strays behind. Gutter replacement was completed about one week later and in one day. Crew was able to extend the downspout along our outdoor dog kennel as well as adding an elbow on the garage downspout to help drain water directly into the sidewalk canal. These were very much appreciated. We did have a couple of issues with gutter replacement. 1) Gutter materials were originally quoted as being steel. Donavon, our Stonescape representative, was able to adjust the final invoice downward to reflect the difference in material cost. 2) Old downspout holders were in a different place than new ones which left holes in the stucco siding. Donavon said he would get a crew on it--well he did the repairs (which included color matching and painting patches) himself. Terrific customer service! Kudos for an overall job well done.
