My experiences with Laramie Mechanical have been excellent. I have interacted with three of their technicians and they are all very friendly, honest and efficient. They successfully diagnosed my problem, and told me how much it would cost to fix it. They communicate well and show up when they promise. Hats off to Bryan, Garrett and Grant. These guys did great by us. We had them come check out our heater after our gas bill nearly doubled in one month with no explanation from the gas company. The technician came quickly. He went above and beyond, checking for water leaks or any leaks in our gas line that could have explained the problem. He serviced our furnace and gave us a clean bill of health. He was great working with our tenants. Very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier.

My furnace went out in November and this company went above and beyond. Laramie Mechanical and Heating fixed my furnace (with a replacement part) for about the same price another company charged to look at it. The tech was professional, and very prompt. I am so grateful how quick they got the part and got my furnace running because it was freezing outside and I have two little ones. Thank you!

When a furnace unexpectedly went out in one of my multi-unit rentals Laramie Mechanical was prompt and flexible with getting a technician (Grant) over to explore repairs over replacement. When it was concluded that repair was not going to be a feasible option they were prompt about providing an estimate for replacement. The estimator (Matt) took the work seriously and was able to provide an estimate that came in significantly lower than other quotes I was provided. Given the nature and urgency of the work, they flexibly scheduled both the removal and installation of the new furnace and were able to complete the work over the course of a few days and the job came in lower than what I was originally quoted for!

Overall, they went far above & beyond expectations to ensure that my tenants had heat restored as soon as possible and completed the work without incident or issue. Can't recommend enough!

I recently had a problem with my heater not working. I didn’t know who to call, but was lucky enough to pick Laramie Mechanical & Heating! They came out within a couple of hours as promised, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and charged a very reasonable amount. I recommend them very highly and will definitely call them next time there’s any problem.

This company is amazing!! We had two other companies look at our furnace and were not happy with their inspection. We were still concerned about our furnace and had Laramie Mechanical and Heating come look at it. They were much more professional and thorough. Because of that, they discovered our furnace had a major problem that was causing carbon monoxide to leak into our entire house and causing a safety issue for me, my wife and our two daughters. They had to immediately shut down our furnace but made sure they were back within 15 hours to put in a new one so we had heat. Everyone we dealt with were knowledgeable and extremely good people. Please go straight to Laramie Mechanical and Heating for anything you might need looked at or fixed. You will not regret it.

Amazing professional service. Had a furnace failure and couldn’t find anyone to come out and they squeezed me in same day and installed a workaround until replacement parts arrived. As a bonus they voluntarily researched my system to ensure everything else was in proper order to help prevent future issues.

I have had such good experiences with this company! They have went above and beyond multiple times. I had water leak down on the new circuit board they had just installed in my furnace. It wasn't anything they had done wrong whatsoever. The tech came over, saw what was wrong, climbed up on my roof and put silicone around the place it had leaked from. There was no additional service call, he just fixed it. Just had a different problem (this is a few years later) They came and fixed it quickly, they always give a fair price too. I can't say enough good things about this company!

We recently purchased a duplex in Laramie, Wyoming. The house required a new HVAC system due to age and lack of maintenance. We contracted Laramie Mechanical to review the existing system and give us recommendations regarding a suitable replacement.

Their guys did an excellent job with the installation and treated us very fairly on the price. I would highly recommend Laramie Mechanical if you need timely and reliable HVAC installation or servicing in Laramie.

We recently added a two stage furnace to an already constructed home. Since we were living in the home at the time of install, it was important to us for everything to go smoothly. Once they started, our installers were polite, clean, and professional. They were great with our dog as well. They arranged for the electric company to come in a timely fashion so all things were done at the same time. We were very pleased with the process.

We needed service and inspection on our 17 yr old furnace. Greg was here two days later, answered all of our questions and got the job done. We were very pleased with the service, professionalism, basically everything!!! Thanks!!!

I was very impressed with the service and how quick they came .are furnace went out and we have a newborn baby called around town and seemed like we were goin to have to wait but when I called them they said they would put a work order in so I figured a couple days but they were at my house in 20 mins and fixed the issue really grateful for there help

Thank you, Laramie Mechanical, for your assistance in replacing our home furnace last month. The process of obtaining estimate, help with the temporary fix (when the temps were in the -20 degree range), ordering and installing the new unit is greatly appreciated.

The "Big Storm" was coming--- Our furnace was having big problems and we knew it probably needed to be replaced. Grant came out immediately.
The "Storm" hit the day the installation was scheduled. Dan and Taylor
arrived with snow building up everywhere. They got right to work and
installed our new furnace by that afternoon !!!! We didn't freeze !!!!

If I can give zero star I will. This is the worst shop I have ever seen in Laramie. My furnace had a problem that the heater stopped burning gas before it reached the set temperature. The shop sent an arrogant mechanic. He took a few looks at the furnace and left. Before he left, he told me to call the shop for further information. During the following three weeks, I called several times, nobody who answered the phone knew what's going on. Out of frustration, I called another shop, It took them less than a week to fixed the problem.

Called about a heater not working. Week and a half later I hear nothing out of them. Call them back 3 days in a row trying to find out if I have even been put on the schedule. Service tech called as prompted by the receptionist. He did not seem interested in coming out to take a look. Called a different company. They are supposed to be here tomorrow.

This company installed central air conditioning in our old house. We appreciate their professionalism from the first call until the last interaction. Excellent work and company.

Extremely pleased with their service. They came out and fixed my heater the day I called in, very professional and efficient.

Absolutely loved working with these guys. We had them inspect our heater because it was leaking carbon monoxide and they said it needed to be replaced. Winter had just arrived and they completely understood the sense of urgency we had about getting a new one in (we have a 4 month old). Within 24 hours they had the old one ripped out and the new one installed for a very reasonable price. Josh and Dan (the two guys we worked with) are very knowledgeable and did excellent work at a very high level. I would highly recommend working with Laramie Heating.

The customer service from this company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My heater wasn't working, so I called them to have it looked at. The first guy they sent didn't fix the problem. The second guy they sent a week later found the problem and said he would order a part for it and install it soon. Two weeks go by, no call from them whatsoever. I call them again, they say they forgot to grab the serial number off my heater and forgot to give me a call. I gave them the serial number, and a week has gone by without a word from them. They weren't apologetic at all, and have made no attempt to make any type of amends. Do not use this company unless you need your heater worked on over the summer when you have some time for these people to actually care about their work.

I have used these people to fix what others can not on our commercial hood system. They are very knowledgeable and reasonable, will not screw people over. Extremely pleased with their service.
