All star roofing is amazing they came out and put a roof on my house they were amazing and very professional and done everything they said they would I'd have them come back and do more work for me ans I highly recommend them to anyone.

We contacted All Star Roofing in a panic about a leak during a major thunderstorm. They promptly came out to inspect our roof & found the problem very quickly. Steve was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, & very professional. We highly recommend All Star!

Last month our area was hit with a really bad windstorm as this is the season for it & some of the aluminum paneling was torn off of our roof. I called All Star Roofing & spoke with Melissa describing in detail what had happened to our roof. She said that they would come out to check it out on Tuesday after 12:00.

Well they never showed up & when I called them around 4:30 she told me that they had been busy on another call, but kept me hanging. (STRIKE ONE) She apologized & said that they would come by my house Wednesday morning first around 7:00 am. Fast forward to 7:45 they still hadn’t come by, called me to reschedule, or anything. Completely irritated, I looked up their number on their website to call & that’s when I saw that they DON’T even open till 8:00 am! (STRIKE TWO)

About 9:15 Melissa texted me apologizing saying that it was too cold & foggy outside so they’d be out later that afternoon. They came by, took the aluminum siding that was hanging from my roof & said they’d be back Saturday because Steve had to do a special order for it to put up. Well here it is almost a month later & I still haven’t heard anything from them. (STRIKE THREE I’M DONE!)

As a disabled veteran serving 25 years in the military I am all about Integrity, Honor, & Keeping your word. If I say I’m going to be there at a certain time I’m going to be there. If not I will at least call to reschedule, not leave a person hanging wondering what’s going on. While they are very courteous over the phone & seem professional they will leave you hanging (pun intended) with completing any type of work. Please GO ELSEWHERE if you can.

I heard about this company from a friend of mine and Steve came out to look at what we needed done and gave us a quote. Steve came out a day later and started the job. He and his team do amazing work. The responsiveness, quality, value and punctuality was more than what we could have ever expected. The quote he gave us was less than what we were expecting. Our gutters look impeccable. He also replaced our back door which looks amazing along with a patch that needed to be done in our living room. He did such an amazing job you cant even tell anything was wrong on our ceiling. We.could not have asked for a better company. We will be using Steve at our next home once we get moved. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done.

Bad storm came thru overnight that left some of our roof exposed to bare wood. We called All star roofing and even though it was Saturday, the owner responded within two hours at our house to check my roof. After getting some supplies, he was able to complete the job within an hour! There was another storm coming later this evening so I am so grateful for ALL Star's quick response and nice professional work that eased my worries. Thank you Again!

All Star Roofing responded within an hour when an unusually severe rain/wind storm caused a leak. Steve came out to look at the roof the next day, and re-attached the flashing that had blown out of place the day after that. They were so quick to respond and they do excellent work and are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend All Star Roofing.

Despite the inclement weather, Allstar showed up and did excellent work, exactly what we asked for, and at a competitive price. Even the neighbors were impressed.

Called Allstar Roofing to address some inspection concerns on a home in a real estate transaction. They identified a warranty issue, spearheaded getting the manufacturer's Representative involved, and got the roof completely replaced in a span of less than 2 weeks! Not only did they complete the job in one day, you would never know there were 6 guys there tearing off and installing a new roof. There wasn't a spec of trash left behind. As a former contractor, I know that doing the job right is 90% of the work, But if you don't clean up after yourself, you'll never get called back. I will most definitely use Allstar roofing again.

Called All Star Roofing right after the storms hit and they came out the next day to give me a quote. They helped with the insurance company and did a great job with the new roof. I really appreciate all their patience and communication.

Steve put a new roof on our house several years ago after we had problems with our previous contractor who would not come back and fix some leaking we were having. We had some strong winds recently and had a shingle detach from our roof. Even though it's been several years since the original installation Steve replaced the single honoring his workmanship guarantee. I wouldn't have any other company put a roof on our house. They were fast and took care not to damage any of our landscaping and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend using this company.

We had some storm damage to our roof and siding, so we called to get repairs done. The guy didn't show up and didn't call or text. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called All Star and Steve was out within days. He showed up exactly when he was supposed to, and the work was top-notch. Next time I need any work done on my roof or siding, I'm not calling some "other guy" first.
