Needed a new grilles for the bath exhaust fan's, that comes out the soffit. Contacted folks that had done work for me in the past. Didn’t even get a call back. Called Tyler and he showed up the next day. Took one of the grills with him in order to match. Came back next day and replaced all 3 of the grills. Did great work, didn’t charge too much, and was a pleasure to meet. Anyone needing any work on the exterior of your home, give Tyler a call.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had was when Tyler and John were extremely unprofessional in handling the situation! I started the claim with Tyler and he estimated the damage on the right side only and said we can fight it and win it with the insurance company even though I let him know about the deductible on the policy which was 1% of coverage around “3100$”
After all the case was closed because the deductible was not enough to cover the damage
I have been calling and texting them for 2 months and they never answer, and now I have to pay everything out of the pocket and the claim is counted against me!!
BTW I went to this location in the picture to talk to them and get updates but the address was an office for mailing I believe!
This review is a long time coming but, I was reminded recently of the fantastic roof I have after a big storm came through. I moved to the Nashville area back in 2017 into a brand new home built by DR Horton. For those that have bought a new home in the Nashville area, there are a number of us that know the builders around here aren't too interested in a ton of quality - just quantity. The roofing materials they use are no exception. A big storm came in and started lifting many of the shingles off my roof. Eagle View roofing came replaced my roof back in April of 2021 and it's still going strong! They were attentive, responsive, did all the legwork with my insurance company and completed the job in a day. After 4 years and MANY storms later, my roof looks as good as they day it was installed. Thanks, Eagle View!
